This place has apparently moved from one suite to another within the same building. I'm not sure when this happened, so maybe some reviews are about the previous location. I didn't notice any dirtiness or funny smells, except for one person who let their kid dump food all over the floor and didn't clean it up. It is definitely a bare-bones place, though. There's a TV with a movie playing and a few chairs, and that's it for the waiting room. They also apparently close from 12-1:15 for lunch, a fact not mentioned on their website. We had about an hour wait even after the lunch break was over. The staff were all friendly. Vaccine cost was $14 for one vaccine, $28 for multiple vaccines. Way better than the $150+ I would have paid at CVS or the doctor's office for a single vaccine.

I took my daughter to get her vaccines at this clinic, and it took me 3 hours, and they were going to give her the wrong one if it wasn't because I checked, the girls are very distracted and they give the vaccines in a very grotesque way. Besides, they don't give you no information on side effects..

Been coming here for 18 years and instead of improving its getting worse. I’ve worked as clinic receptionist before and Ive also dealt with all types of customers. This is the 2nd time i come to get my kids immunizations on the 2nd floor and the receptionist has no type of customer service. If I come at you right I expect the same treatment. If you’re unhappy with your job maybe customer service isn’t for you. There’s plenty of other jobs that don’t require you to interact with people. I’m definitely going to be looking into a better area and clinic where I know the service won’t be this ghetto. I know this isn’t the best looking clinic but your attitude is starting to match the area and the appearance. Get it together

Yes the facility is not the best! Staff is not the best..... But if your child needs a last minute vaccine this is the place to go without an appointment.

They said they only accept insurance and because my child didn't have the insurance they accept we couldn't pay cash because she said its considered fraud. Fraud because he has insurance but they can't accept it and I can't pay out of pocket.

Every time I have to come it is a problem, the attention and the information provided varies depending on how you are treated. On the phone they give you information and when you arrive it is different.

Just lazy. I arrived an hour before closing and was told my children couldn't receive immunizations because they were closing in an hour and they don't get paid overtime... Noone in the clinic... another lady 15 minutes late for her appointment. After fussing to get my kids seen a week days later my childs records are not in immtrac as needed.... All that fussing because yoy can't get the paperwork in the system fast enough and come to find out it takes 4 days to do. Go figure!!

This place is dirty and the staff is rude and unprofessional. When I walked in the nurse stood there with a nasty smirk on her face and made some rude comment that she wasn't expecting me. Do not recommend, at all.

Do NOT go here. The prices on the website are NOT the prices they charge. They are extremely rude and act as though you are not worth talking to. If you like being lied to and treated horrible then this is the place for you.

They Love to Confuse and Not very helpful. This place and waiting room and exam room wit fridges very old. Been coming here since I was born in 1993 to Dr.C. Now I bring my kids cuz there no were else closer. I dread talking to these nurses. They poke fun at you for not getting 1 number on yur child birthday right. Even if u have like three kids to sign up in one day. My kids bdays r very similar. They didn't even let me think. They don't let yu know if they ran out of certain shots or even if u need to come back for certain shot. My child's vaccines are a messed and just every were. Every time my children get poked they have huge golf ball on there thighs. I bring my own ice packs. It's just sad how little they care. I had to hold my 6m boy while my 3yr old daughter got poked. I brought my mom and they sent her out the room. I really needed her there to hold my son at least. Just a nightmare. I'm a very quiet person wit mild panic attacks and cry over everything later. It's just me bt if yur anything like that u will hate it here. They take at least one 1 hrs or 2 hrs just to send yu to the back room. And then another hr. to come up wit the shots. They also say, you must come before 10am and won't take you after 12pm. And 2hr. lunch. The Dr. down stairs is somehow connected to the vaccine place.

I walked in this place, the elevator was broke, we had no problem walking upstairs to the second floor, but the lady behind me was in a wheelchair. We got to the second floor, it was just ridiculous, it stinks, it's nasty, and drab, people's children are all over the floor, all the wrappers and crumbs from food/snacks they give their kids is everywhere. The people at the counter have no customer svc skills. I couldn't get my daughters' immunization because I didnt have the shot record. I wasn't angry at all, I actually felt like "good, now let us hurry up and get outta this hell hole before we catch some airborne illness!" That place really should be shut down. Take your kids to CVS's Minute Clinic, its clean, fast, and friendly. This place is ridiculous!!
