Arrived early and was second in line but didn’t leave until 6pm! Then my exam was rushed and I was told to go back the next day to get blood work and other stuff done....yeah right! And wait another 6 hours! I even got into it with the receptionist for making me wait three hours to be seen after telling her my daughter was having an allergic reaction to a prescription... I love drThota but her staff sucks.

Do NOT attend this office looks like a jail house! Staff is rude and extremely disrespectful. Dr Only works in afternoons at 3:30pm and place closes at 4:00pm. This office is quick to collect copayments but is in no hurry to assist patients. Pharmacy is horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I have never liked bringing my kids to this clinic because the system they work under is very un organized and one doctor in particular is very inefficient. Last time I personally got services here was back in 2009 and my grandmother was there a couple of days ago; nothing had changed! Back in 2009 I was scheduled an appointment with this doctor at 10:00am which She didn't arrive to the clinic until 12pm and the same thing happened recently when I accompanied my grandmother to her check up, doctor was supposed to be at the clinic by 2:00pm and she didn't arrive until 3:30pm!

They get less than a star. This is not a professional facility at all. How can the doctor or his suppose to be staff say thry will not give you a release back to work. If a doctor gives you medication they have to tell you when ypu can return to work. Then the receptionist I am assuming says ypu have to get a release before you see the doctor really how.

Doc Thota is very knowledgeable , and she cares about her patients really well...... sometimes calling them personally after the visit to see if they r feeling better

I love Doctor Chandralatha Thotha, she has a lot of experience being a Doctor. I have been going to her since before I was a teenager. I have been to other Doctors and so far she is the best. I would give her clinic a five star but there's always a long long wait which I despite.

Very good Dr , explained everything very well. Building is kinda of old and outdated but overall not bad. First to me i went in and out within and hour. Second visit was 2 hour wait but it was packed so i understand.

Extremely rude nurses. Wait time is ridiculous. Even with a appointment. And when you call your left on hold.

My doctor treats me like a human instead of a patient. She's the bomb

Yes the wait is long like any hospital or clinic despite all that Dr Thota has always been there for my family and I, She is real informative and gets straight to the facts of our Medical issues. I will continue to take my kids for any medical concerns I may have💖

People if you go to any other place you are also going to wait! These doctors come in every day to provide services to their patients and everyone’s treatment is different then others so don’t expect to rush to treatment when you don’t have any idea what is going on in next room! I have respect for doctors who have earned the knowledge to care for others

I really don't see a need for any stars! Everytime Its time for my medication to be refilled its a hastle between my pharmacy and there staff.And in other business where you need the doctors signature for something its always something with the fax.Always want you to bring the document to them,ITS 2023!!I work and dont get PTO!This clinic is very unreliable!!

They take forever... I came in at 9:40 am and left at 3:30 😏🤯
