WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I wish I could give this 'clinic' zero stars. I am a medical professional myself, and was seeking integrative treatments for my cancer, to possibly help with side effects from chemo. Dr Allibone was rude from the second I met him. He let out a huge sigh when we entered his office, like he was being bothered by me being there. He did not introduce himself. He made me feel like getting cancer was MY fault because of poor diet (of which I eat a VERY healthy diet), cleaning products I used, fertilizer I used on my plants, etc, He also told me he did not believe in what Oncologists do (chemo). When he recommended some 20 plus supplements for me to take (only available to be purchased for him of course) I asked if they were backed up by research, and he told me "you can go home and google anything now days". Oh ,and those supplements would only cost me $1400/month. One of the 'supplements' was a bag of liquid that I had to insert RECTALLY two times per day with some type of 'ozonator machine' that I would of course have to purchase from him. No thank you. He also recommended several blood tests "looking for viruses and fungus" (and of course these labs would only be processed at their office, and would cost me $556. No thank you. When I called to schedule an appt I was told it would be a 45 minute consult, but we were in his office for a grand total of 13 minutes. What a waste of $335 (initial consult fee, EACH follow-up appt will cost you $200). I left in tears and have never felt worse. Please do not go to Dr Allibone, he is rude, untrustworthy, and your visit will be a complete waste of money.

My father, who had been diagnosed with cancer, went to the Houston Wellness Center to learn more about alternative chemo and radiation treatments. He was told by the doctor at Houston Wellness Center that his cancer had spread all over his body and that it would be hard for the Wellness Center to treat his cancer if he did chemo first (ploy to get him to buy into the program before starting traditional treatments). The treatment he was prescribed was a vitamin IV therapy that cost $570 per day, 5 days a week for as many weeks as it took to cure he cancer. Keep in mind, Houston Wellness Center does not take insurance, but they do take credit cards. They also prescribed him over 80 vitamins a day, which could only be purchased there for more than $1,200 per month. When we (his children) found out he was there, we literally pulled him out of the clinic and took him straight to MD Anderson. There we were told the cancer was local (not spread throughout the body) and required minimally invasive treatment. I implore you to do your research, this doctor and clinic is a complete scam, out to get the elderly and volunarable when they are at their neediest. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have two children with autism and severe metal poisoning and requested an IV chelation treatment from DR Allibone(that he specializes in!!). The receptionist said you can come in for a very quick free consult. he held me up there for over an hour, with my two children sweating and getting tired, he obviously was not intended to provide this treatment for my children , not concerned, not compassionate, sent me home and told me to give them a bath instead.. Also charged double amount. RIDICULOUS. If you own a chelation practice, how little compassion can you have to make fools and waste time and money for families like ours...

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone I care about. I was charged for a 1-hr initial consult, but was consulted by Dr. Allibone for less than 15 min. I requested IV therapy, at which was told I must purchase the 25+ supplements from the office Dr. Allibone recommended, continue it for a few months, then he would consider me doing the IV tx. What's worse, when I was finally allowed to have the IV tx, I was required to have Dr. Allibone's consent EACH time, and would have to make frequent follow up visits that wasted my time and money just to continue the IV tx. The staff at the front desk were SO RUDE, and are still the same people today. The medical issues that I came there for were never fully resolved, it was a hassle getting an IV therapy appointment, and I eventually wasted over $20,000 with Dr. Allibone in a whole year's time. I would NOT recommend anyone utilizing his sevices.

Stay away!!! If I could give no starts I would! Very unprofessional staff, rude, liars, and no empathy whatsoever. The "manager" should be fired her attitude was not an attitude from a manager perspective. Lied to me about calling me for my appointment reminder but, no track of their phone call on my cell phone record. That clinic will go down hill due to poor patient care, $250 down the drain! Hope they use that money to search for better qualified new employees or better appointment reminder "machines" as how they called them.

Terrible. Run, don't walk. Unprofessional, inept staff - deceptive billing practice. Told my visit was $150 something for Meyers and the bill was $225!! Given some membership I was never informed I was being billed for. Waited an hour for a chair, had to deal with staff who acted like I was a drug addict or dialysis patient with no veins and proceeded to use me as IV target practice. Unsympathetic that I was starting to get frustrated during the process and proceeded to tell me basically I was not mentally strong or a wimp. NO! NO! NO!

Not perfect but Dr A finds things no other doctors even think to test or look for. He is very knowledgeable and consults experts in their fields to help get your treatment right. Since he treats outside of mainstream medicine he cannot do what he does and take insurance. Which is inconvenient and expensive and makes some patients angry. But it's the system not the doctor. Doctors that do what he does in California charge up to $1200 per visit. So his fees are reasonable. It is sad the state of the medical system in the US. But not the doctors fault. He is a world class Dr and diagnostician that has practiced on 3 continents and full of knowledge.

I heard about Dr. Allibone from a friend of mine who's son has autism and is being treated with HBOT. She had such great things to say about Dr. Allibone, the clinic and the results that I decided to try it out after not being able to get rid of the flu (even though I got a flu shot). Dr. Allibone's treatments were nothing short of amazing! I was feeling better only a few hours after being treated. I'll never get a flu shot again and I'll definitely be going back to the Houston Wellness Clinic in the future!

Dr. Allibone got to the root cause of my autoimmune condition in a matter of weeks. I've been to numerous, well respected specialist over the last 6 years that were never knowledgeable enough to uncover what Dr. Allibone was able to reveal. This is costly since you can't use insurance, but I think it's worth every penny if you're a person who values your health.

I was in a lot of pain, very fatigued and had been to several doctors who prescribed lots of medication that didn't help. I was at my wits end. Dr. Allibone ran quite a few tests and was able to accurately diagnose me with Lyme disease. With the treatment, I'm now out of pain, and I'm on my way to better health. Please note that his office visits will be out of pocket and some of the treatments are not covered under insurance while others are. This is typical for alternative medicine doctors. I've read some of the other reviews stating that he was rude. Dr. Allibone gets straight to the point and doesn't waste your time. He cares a lot about his patients.
