The
way
they
get
people
into
this
gym
is
misleading.
They
advertise
a
free
6
week
challenge.
Once
you
get
there
and
go
through
an
onboarding
process,
you
find
out
that
you
have
to
pay
to
get
into
the
challenge,
but
get
refunded
if
you
beat
the
goal
you
set.
We
didn't
appreciate
the
switcharoo,
but
decided
to
do
it
because
having
money
on
the
line
was
motivating.
I
completed
the
6
week
challenge
and
reached
my
goal,
which
was
to
lose
6%
body
fat,
so
I
did
get
refunded.
They
required
me
to
film
a
short
video
and
leave
a
5
star
review
to
get
my
refund.
I
get
why
they
want
the
publicity,
but
I
didn't
get
any
notice
about
filming
the
video
and
requiring
a
5
star
review
is
against
Google
policy
because
it
undermines
an
honest
review
system.
PROS:
The
group
classes
were
definitely
my
favorite
part.
They
are
great
for
strength
training
beginners
because
you
get
tutorials
and
coaching.
The
best
coaches
are
Braden
and
Kierra
to
keep
you
motivated
and
pushing
yourself.
Braden
does
a
great
job
switching
up
the
workouts
to
keep
it
fun.
Kierra
won't
let
you
slack.
She
makes
sure
you're
making
progress
in
weights
and
cardio.
The
team
was
very
understanding
and
allowed
us
to
restart
our
challenge
when
we
had
a
medical
emergency
the
first
week
after
the
original
challenge
started.
CONS:
The
shady
marketing
tactics
are
unethical.
The
gym
environment
is
not
super
clean.
The
program
pricing
is
high
for
moderate
quality
services
and
benefits.
The
medical
emergency
we
had
was
that
my
husband
developed
rhabdo
from
pushing
himself
beyond
his
fitness
level.
If
he
hadn't
gone
to
the
ER
when
he
did,
he
could
have
had
permanent
kidney
damage.
I
feel
like
the
gym
should
caution
beginners
to
avoid
things
like
this.
They
advocate
for
everyday
strength
training,
but
your
muscles
need
time
in-between
to
benefit
from
the
breakdown
and
growth.
Please
be
careful!
