The place is hidden between the Zaza hotel & the Air Liquide building on the backside of I 10. Looks nice and clean but it’s closed on a Saturday morning at 8 am? Strange!

I have been working out here for about 7 months. I am absolutely smitten. When I go, I’m one of only a handful of women and the men are SO respectful. I seriously could not feel safer in a gym as I do here (you girls know what I mean). The gym is super clean, everyone (staff and members) are super super nice. It’s never crowded and I feel like everyone is there to encourage each other. I feel like this is an amazing gym home. Thanks y’all!!!!

I liked this place quite a bit for the first year but it's getting so busy and with the change to their Friday hours I'm having a tough time getting my time in. It's a shame because it's so close to work but it's losing its convince. That aside, they have nice staff and a pretty good men's locker room. Equipment is in pretty good shape, there is just not enough of it once people start camping out.

A high and fitness center for tenants of this area. I really enjoyed for the facilities and the convenience. Staff does a great job keeping the place in tiptop shape. It's not the biggest or most comprehensive facility, but it has what you need and I'll get you exercising instead of getting stuck in traffic on your way to and from work. Love this place!

Have been a member for 2 years now. No complaints. Owner is actively involved. Professional staff and well maintained equipment.

I love Memorial City Club! The staff is super friendly and attentive, the establishment is very clean and well maintained with amenities and there is never a wait on machines so you can get in and get out!

Top notch gym with amazing staff. I worked out at this gym for 10 months in 2022 while working nearby. I signed up with Ray for training. I was nearing my 50th birthday and wanted to get in great shape for a trip. Ray transformed me!! He is extremely upbeat and motivating and made workouts fun and something I looked forward to. He kept track of my workouts, measurements and nutrition. I highly recommend him for training! Sadly my work location changed and I had to go to another gym.

Great gym to get a work out before, during or after work. Clean facility with great staff who is there to help. I have trained with Ray several times and will highly recommend him for anyone looking.

By going early, no one can interrupt me-time. The coaches are lovely. When you get into a routine your class is like a family, too.

Best gym in Houston. No tripods or folks sitting on machines for 15 minutes checking their Instagram.
