I’m all for supporting black owned businesses and this gym is no exception. The owner, Whitney, and the hostess, Aaliyah were so welcoming and helpful. This was my first time here and they treated me very well. They are professional and the equipment is clean and well taken care of. Additionally, the facility is ready for individual and group workouts. I highly recommend that you support this black and woman owned business in the heart of historic 3rd Ward.
