Happened to drive by this coffee truck on the way to work. I got an iced oat milk latte. It was really good. Will be definitely be coming back.

This coffee truck is a hidden gem! Everyone working and in charge are passionate and knowledgeable about their coffee (and their custom blend is smooth and delicious). I definitely recommend stopping by to give it a try and experience some amazing customer service too!

We love visiting Roma Norte for coffee and pastries in the morning! Delicious coffee and pasties. We love them so much we catered breakfast from them and I cannot tell you how unreal the pastry spread was!! Mini donuts, almond and chocolate croissants, cookie sandwiches, and concha’s!

I get coffee from this truck almost everyday. The people that work here are always very nice and welcoming. Honestly, the convenience of the location and the welcoming staff makes this truck 5 stars but the coffee is the cherry on top.

One of the friendliest places. Coffee is great and tacos are good. Not great but quite good. Love that they have a punch card so you know that every visit gets you closer to a free drink I believe. This is one of my go-to's. Especially in the mornings on my way to work. Very convenient location

I’m so glad I stopped here for an espresso fix today! I I ordered a double shot of espresso and I loved every sip. My barista was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about espresso beverages. This is not always the case. She recommended the tacos and the sausage, egg, and cheese was my favorite! The strawberry cream cheese pastry was good as well. This food truck is a wonderful location for me. Plenty of parking is available all around. I enjoy the sticker collection on the outside I would absolutely visit again for the espresso alone but I can’t wait to try another taco!

I just moved to the complex across the street so this was my fist time visiting. Jess and William were super nice and friendly! This was the first time I’ve been to a coffee truck where they immediately asked me if my drink was okay before walking off. I will definitely be back and i can’t wait to try their breakfast items. Great spot to visit for your coffee needs! Edit: they got a new employee named Jason who is a great! Fits in well with the staff and very friendly.

Sausage, Egg Cheese sandwich 0/5. Too much bread, no taste. Sausage is weird. The croissant, muffin are delicious. Tacos ok.

It's a taco truck on Taylor, near the Silos, so the weather has a vote on the atmosphere but the sausage taco was fresh and rules the competition. Both the ice mocha latte and the flat white were spot hitters.

Today was my first time trying out Roma Norte HTX. Jessica was the barista at the window and she was extremely friendly and pleasant! I went from having an okay day to a great day after my experience here and I will definitely be back! The drip coffee (even though it's hot as heck outside) was delicious & enjoyably warm and the potato egg and cheese taco was on point as well as the salsa that came with it! You can definitely tell that everything is fresh and made with TLC. I also ordered some various pastries that look and smell delicious but I'm too full to eat at the moment lol Support your local small business you won't be disappointed! 🇮🇹💞☕🥐🤘
