First time here and so far I’d give it a 9/10. It’s very close to my house & Happy Hour Prices were great, and I also love that they do reverse happy hour after 7pm Mon-Thur as well. Drinks were good! Had an Old Fashioned, Mexican Candy shot, and vodka soda with lime. All delicious! Atmosphere was nice. Only change I would make are the bar chairs. So many bars and restaurants have the same style chairs and I just feel that they’re uncomfortable, but of course, just my opinion. Staff was super friendly and bathrooms are very clean and trendy too! I can’t wait to return during the spring to enjoy the outside patios. Overall, I’ll definitely be back.

I’m a beer drinker first and foremost and when I look for beer, I also look for atmosphere. Beer gardens are naturally one of my favorite places to visit and a beer garden in the Houston are that has most everything I like in a beer garden plus a little bit more is Social Beer Garden HTX. Social Beer Garden HTX has two levels with a large, well- stocked bar that has about 40 different beers from which to choose along with just about every type of liquor you could possibly desire. The main level has a good deal of seating and space while the upper level is set aside for video games, pool, pinball, and more. The main attraction at Social Beer Garden HTX is the outdoor garden. And the main feature of the garden is the large outdoor viewing screen, perfect for catching your favorite sports action. There are other large viewing screens in the Houston area, but they are almost entirely on the inside. This might very well be the largest outdoor viewing screen in Houston. Besides the large screen, the other standout at Social Beer Garden HTX is the outdoor lawn chairs and hammocks. The lawn chairs make sitting extra comfortable and who doesn’t like having a hammock on which to swing? If you get hungry, you can walk up to the food truck of your choosing and place an order. There are usually food trucks back here, but I recommend calling ahead, just to be certain. Service is prompt and attentive at Social Beer Garden HTX. The beer can wall display on the stairwell, the beer stein display, and the beer tap handle display are icing on the cake. When you consider everything, Social Beer Garden HTX has just about everything you could want in a beer garden, and it earns and enthusiastic recommendation from me.

There's so many cool things about this place. Great drinks? Check. Cool atmosphere? Check. Great places for Instagram pics? Check. Food? Check. A ton of beer options (it's in the name!). There's two outdoor sections: one upstairs and the other behind the bar. I like meeting friends here because there's plenty to do besides drink!

Excellent hangout location. Breathtaking selection of draft and canned adult carbonated beverages, large patio with screens for sports, and upstairs area with billiards 🎱, darts, and arcade machines. By the way, several of their beers are from local breweries in the same zip code as this beer garden! Seems like a fancy pizza cooking self-help machine was just installed today! States that pizza will be ready in 3 minutes! Unfortunately I had already eaten prior to arriving, but will certainly try this soon!

They have specials almost everyday. They have several events at the end of the week. You can always find something different here and different people. There are games you can play on the second floor such as basketball and pool. The whole layout is fun and interactive. You could host large parties here too and still have room. It's a great place and they have a large selection of specialty beer that rivals flying saucer albeit a little pricier. I would definitely try to get out here as often as you could when you're in the mood to try something new.

Clean, sophisticated, and entertaining are three words I would use to describe the Social Beer Garden. The crowd was made up of mature professionals looking to socialize like adults. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will make sure to visit the next time I'm in Houston.

What a wonderful spot! I was in town and figured I'd try out the Slay All Day Drag Brunch. Absolutely wonderful! The available food trucks served up extra yummy eats and treats. The weather was nice (not too hot yet), so we enjoyed some time outside watching the NCAA game. Next time, I'm coming for the hammocks.

Vibe- Such a cool spot to hangout at! It’s giving Friday night vibes, girl’s night! There’s plenty of space inside, there’s hammocks and plenty of tables outside downstairs, and plenty of tables upstairs too with a great view of the city! There’s food trucks there each night and you can find out which ones will be there on the websites. Customer service- Great! All the staff was kind and nice! Food/drinks- I got some food from the THINK TACOS food truck that was there; they made me a veggie taco situation with potatoes, pico, cilantro, and a guacamole like green sauce with some fries. It was so good!!!! Parking- The best parking ever! There’s an entire lot behind the spot with plenty of free parking spots.

Loved this place. Very nice place to be social and hangout. Came to watch the UFC fight. It was packed but still plenty of room to sit. They got couches, stools for their tall tables, hammocks, picnic tables, beanbag chairs, and more. All kinds of games to play as well. The staff from the taco truck and the ones selling tamales were very friendly and even the staff cleaning up were polite. The bartenders weren't as friendly or helpful. But I will definitely come back I just won't be visiting the bar side.

The staff was nice and helpful with drinks and the fire pit. The Birria tacos from the food truck were great.

Really cool beer garden. Plenty of seating inside and even more outside. Parking can be a bit tricky there but for the most part you can find parking on the side of the street. Friendly bartenders. Food truck outside as well.

Attended a private event here, and it was an amazing vibe. Got to hang outside and watch college football on the big screen, awesome tacos from a food truck, and the service was top notch.

This beer garden is like a piece of Brooklyn in Texas. I am in Texas visiting from New York City and I feel right at home at this place. It’s got a beautiful outdoor area with hammocks, a movie screen AND it’s dog friendly! My bartender “Bleu” was super attentive and made the best Irish mule I have ever had!! Totally recommend you stop by here when visiting Houston Texas. 💙

We wanted to check this place out and it did not disappoint. Kid friendly was a plus! They had a taco bus with really good tacos!! Upstairs was fun! We prayed Foosball, there's basketball pool tables and so much more!

Went for a chill night out. they have all kind of drinks, very chill music! i did not get to try the food but it seems good. there are fireplaces and also hammocks. dogs are allowed :)

I love this place I love the ambiance I love the thousands of beer choices!!! I had Sweet Beer it tasted like kool aid ,,,, Called Cotton candy,, great place to watch sports n boxing especially!!! Then they have a whole food truck located in the back area

Lively atmosphere. Balcony is great when not humid outside, but inside has great AC. Plenty of tables and seats on both floors. Ping pong, darts, and such upstairs. Many beers and cocktails look great on the menu, but I only had one beer. It appears there are movie nights here.

Came here on a Friday night during an Astros game. There was plenty of space and my group enjoyed tacos from the taco truck on site. There also was a burger/BBQ vendor whipping up food that smelled really good (will try on next visit)! Inside, there's a good selection of beers and specialty cocktails, of which we tried a few and they were solid. Lastly, there was a burlesque show later in the evening that was a fun surprise that my group enjoyed. Overall this is definitely a hangout spot that I will be coming back to!

Great little place with lots of good libations and other options. There is space upstairs for plenty of bar room games: pool, darts, jenga, etc. Food trucks are great, especially steaks on Thursdays; great food for the price! Parking is good too with plenty of outside seating. The only negatives are that it can be too loud given that the places echos.

Overall: Great Dj, reasonably price cocktails, and outdoor seating. I am not a beer enthusiast, but they do have a lot of options for those who are. CONS: The parking is terrible, but that's Midtown for you! The indoor stools are not plus size nor short people friendly Dresscode: Leave the heels at home, Comfy cute only
