Great bar and great staff. Corey the bartender was very attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming and laid back. Such a great spot to enjoy a nice beer or cocktail any given evening.

One Armed Scissor is a Tier One spot for any respectful and reasonable guest to enjoy great company and libations. The bartenders make amazing cocktails - I’m certainly quite picky about my Manhattans. The environment is very friendly, laid back, and inclusive. Living downtown, this has quickly become one of my favorite spots to visit. It’s hard to find a place that’s both unpretentious and high-caliber. It’s obvious that a lot of thought and care are put into everything here. I’d use the utmost caution when reading any negative review of this bar. The staff are not only great at their jobs, but also very patient and welcoming toward all - even those who don’t deserve it. 5 stars!

My absolute favorite bar in town. The bartenders are amazing and the drinks are always perfect. I will drive 45 minutes across town just to come to this specific bar because the atmosphere and “regulars” are that great. You won’t be disappointed.

OAS is my favorite bar in Houston. Hands down the BEST service and atmosphere. Also extremely affordable compared to other establishments in the area.

Old school neighborhood bar that has a clean updated decor. Each drink is handcrafted by a true mixologist and were outstanding! Will be going back.

Beautiful, roomy bar with clean restrooms and the best bar tenders. This is a great addition to downtown where a friendly and fun community are needed. Sometimes have pop-up food.

5 stars based on the name alone. 11/10 for everything else. There's a guy there that always brings up alien probes, someone should throw him out the window.

Great place for taking some drinks. I tried a margarita and it was great. The price for the cocktail was 8$ + taxes so it was good too.

Loved the vibe of this bar. The counter service and laid back charm combine to make a place I wouldn't mind hanging for a while at. The drinks were great, they had some really interesting cocktails. The menus were really creative and fun too.

Awesome craft cocktails. Owner is super nice and knowledgeable about drinks. Happy hour is everyday from 3-7pm and the selection is great. The atmosphere is unique. Love it.
