    I’ve been training at Austin Simply Fit for a couple of weeks now and have nothing but good things to say! My trainer, David, makes me looks forward to my workouts and is extremely encouraging. He motivates me to get in a couple more reps and I can feel myself getting stronger and stronger each week! I highly recommend David as well as Austin Simply Fit if you are trying to hit your fitness goals.

    I've been working with Sianna for about a month. I love working with her and I definitely feel like I get the most out of the workouts she prepares for me. The times are convenient the gym is clean and the energy is always good. I'm also starting the nutrition program with Meaghan and so far I'm impressed with her presentation and thoroughness. I do wish there was an element of diet coaching included with the training and it would be nice to have an option of small group training, BUT overall I'm very happy with everything I've experienced so far.

    Austin Simply Fit is fantastic! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a supportive, focused, training program. David Polansky is great trainer! He is a really good listener and created a program for me to meet my fitness goals. He is very good at ensuring proper form and creating a safe environment. He is very positive and great at encouraging me to complete a set or knock out a couple more reps when I thought I didn't have any more in me. Excellent gym with top-notch trainers! I love the quote below that is on the wall at the South Lamar location!

    I’ve been working with Dave Stogsdill since April. Dave has been tremendous in teaching me how to properly lift and reach new weight levels in the gym. It’s been a great journey with Dave so far. I highly recommend him.

    I have been training here with Nicky for about eight months, and it has absolutely changed my life. Very positively! My aches and pains are gone, I am a lot stronger, and way happier. Nicky is a joy to be around, an excellent trainer and an awesome human. I highly recommend, and feel it is the best gift I could’ve ever given to myself.

    I’m super out of shape, although round is a shape, and have been struggling for years to lose weight. I finally decided to spend the money to hire a trainer. After much research I went with Austin Simply Fit after having a consultation Bailee. She is amazing. She has been completely responsive to my needs and concerns as I have previous injuries that cause me pain. I am excited to see how I’ll feel in a month.

    I have only great things to say about Austin Simply Fit and specifically my trainer Vilita! The vibe in the gym is always chill and friendly, and V has been a delight to work with. She is so warm and supportive and has tailored our workouts to help me reach my specific goals. Our sessions are super challenging but I always look forward to them. Thanks to her, I have never felt more confident in my own strength and skills!

    I started at Austin Simply Fit 6 months ago and have had a great experience! I work with Vilita Cruz who is a fantastic and supportive personal trainer. I'm a beginner in every sense of the word- she works with me at my skill level to provide challenging workouts, and at the same time pays close attention to make sure I'm not at risk of injuring myself. My work schedule is hectic and takes me out of town quite often, she is very understanding and accommodating of my work schedule and offers the ability for virtual workouts when I'm out of town. I highly recommend Vilita and Austin Simply Fit!

    Absolutely fabulous! In 30 minutes I learn more about myself my capacity and how to continue maintaining a vital and fit lifestyle. Beckie who is my coach always shows up with enthusiasm, presence and care. What a gift! I would highly recommend Austin Simply Fit. With gratitude, Richard.

    My experience with Bailee at simply fit was amazing. She's an extremely supportive trainer and really helps cater to what kind of goals you're looking for and gives you realistic workouts that you can even learn to do your own. Over the few couple of weeks that I've been here I have gotten much stronger. I feel a lot more healthy and motivated to continue my fitness journey. Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a trainer!

    I wish I knew about Austin Simply Fit earlier as the last 8 months have been a great learning experience! It was really nice to get one on one instruction in a private gym without having to wait for equipment or deal with other distractions. I got to work with Nicky Trbovich and he was awesome! Very professional and friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on mechanically with each exercise. I would highly recommend trying out this place, especially if you’re a beginner and looking to learn the basics of weightlifting!

    I worked out at Austin Simply Fit for over a year to get back in shape before my wedding. I worked with Vilita, who was amazing! Great energy and motivator. I enjoyed all my workouts and feel much more confident in the gym. Highly recommend!

    I have been training with David for a number of years and continue to meet my goals of strength and endurance. He is meticulous in insuring the correct form and I have never been strained or injured . I highly recommend him if you want to be successful in your fitness goals.

    This place is amazing. I’ve trained with Beckie for several years and if I can do it, anyone can. I came in not knowing the first thing about weight training, form and she was the most patient and positive coach. She pushes me but without feeling pushy. I’ve sent several of my friends to austin simply fit. It’s one of the highlights of my week although I will always be grumpy about working out. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and help you reach your goals. Beckie always makes it fun and has very creative (and tough) workouts planned each week. I love being able to show up and the 30min workout will kick your butt. She always asks how we are feeling and adapts the workouts. I can’t say enough good things about Beckie and the austin simply fit family, so give them a try!

    My 15 year old son has been working out with David since last February and it has been fantastic! He was interested in training with weights but I wanted to ensure he learned how to train correctly with proper form and proper breathing. David’s training is exactly what he needed as he shows my son how to stand, how to breath, what body position he should be in and what muscles should be firing for each. He always demonstrates the move first and watches closely while my son performs the reps, redirecting if he sees something off. I appreciate this as David wants to make sure he does not injure himself and gets the most benefit from each set. What he is learning he’ll remember for life regardless of where he goes to work out later as he grows up. Great experience! Can’t recommend David enough.

    David Stogsdill is a model trainer: he listens to and understands my fitness goals, and draws on high-level technical know-how and professional talent to help me achieve them. For years I sought a trainer I could trust to tailor each workout to my long-term goals, one I knew would understand where and how I was weakest better than I did and would put good form and healthy habits above all else. That’s David. I would recommend him—without hesitation—to anyone training for long-term health and fitness benefits.

    Been coming here for a few months now and I really enjoy it! Highly recommend training with Nicky Trbovich. He is super engaging and makes the sessions fun and challenging. I had no idea where to start, but he was kind and showed me the right way to use the machines, have good form, and what exercises would help me achieve my goals. I always leave feeling good about the work I put in and also totally wiped :D I feel better physically than I have in a long time and I don't think I would have gotten here without Nicky's guidance and encouragement.

    I waited to review until I had several sessions completed. Dave earned these 5 stars. I am recently recovered from a flare of chronic cervical disc herniation. It left me afraid to workout again. Dave guides me to strength safely. He is fun which is sneaky because the next day; when he's not around I'm sore! He has taught me that 2 days sore is good; 4 would be bad. It has never exceeded 2. The gym is clean, the other trainers are also respectful and helpful from what I have observed. I am a Doctor of Osteopathy and very particular about anatomy and physiology. I trust and like what Dave is doing for my body. Try them out!

    I've worked with Nicky for months now. He's been a wonderful trainer and a wonderful person to work with. He's never gotten mad at me, even when I didn't do what he asked me to. He guided me towards my goals, and moved at my speed and was always checking in with me to make sure he wasn't pushing me too hard. Highly recommend working with him and Austin Simply Fit. They've helped me feel confident as I head off to boot camp. Thanks y'all!

    Nicky has been the absolute best trainer to work with! He is so kind, encouraging and supportive with any and everyone’s fitness journey. I initially had 20 sessions with him and without hesitation, I signed up for another 20 sessions. I was nervous first starting out but he instantly put me at ease and has made it a fun, challenging and comforting experience for me! Highly recommend.

    I've been training with Nicholas Murillo Deluz at Austin Simply Fit for a couple weeks now and am already starting to feel the benefits! I'm not new to working out but new to strength training so I needed assistance in understanding to move effectively and safely. Nick really understood my goals and is always prepared with a training plan. He's extremely supportive and knows exactly the right time to push or pull back a little. For the first time in a while, I actually look forward to working out. The gym itself is really clean and I appreciate that there aren't too many people there at the same time so you can really focus on the session.
