The
standout
of
our
stay
was
commitment
to
service
and
customers
satisfaction
that
is
beyond
what
you
would
expect
in
a
four
seasons
hotel.
Every
step
of
the
way
the
staff
was
by
our
side
and
making
our
stay
more
comfortable
and
enjoyable.
From
check
in
to
check
out
everyone
was
beyond
helpful
and
nice.
The
suites
are
gorgeous
and
very
spacious
in
the
tower.
I
love
the
muted
color
scheme
throughout.
The
furniture
and
facilities
provided
in
the
rooms
are
excellent.
I
urge
you
to
call
the
hotel
and
speak
to
them
about
what
you
expect
from
a
hotel
room
in
terms
of
view.
The
hotel
staff
would
be
able
to
guide
you
better
so
you
stay
in
a
room
that
you
will
like.
The
mansion
has
several
guest
rooms/suites
but
I
haven’t
been
in
them.
The
residence
tower
behind
the
mansion
reserved
the
two
ground
floors
to
the
hotel.
The
most
beautiful
light
and
better
views
are
on
the
Montrose
and
Harold
street
corner
and
along
Harold
street.
The
other
areas
also
should
satisfy
most
others
as
well.
Hotel
guests
have
access
to
the
pool
on
the
10th
floor
—
gorgeous!
And
a
fitness
center.
The
hotel
is
located
in
the
heart
of
Montrose
district
but
the
tower
rooms
are
dead
quiet
and
provide
a
wonderful
away
from
the
bustle
of
the
city.
The
restaurant
in
house
is
no
ordinary
hotel
lobby
restaurant.
I
thought
their
food
was
excellent.
The
hotel
mansion
as
well
as
the
tower
hallways
are
full
of
original
art
work
that
is
a
delight
to
the
eyes.
If
only
the
very
best
will
do
and
you
want
to
do
a
boutique
hotel
and
you
don’t
want
to
do
the
hotels
downtown
or
galleria,
this
hotel
may
be
the
one
for
you.
Talk
to
them,
invest
the
time
to
tell
them
what
you
need
and
this
hotel
and
it’s
staff
will
not
disappoint.
