This was a great find. Casual and relaxed lofty vibe for indoor or outside dining. We enjoyed the items offered on the menu and the variety of pastries and deserts available. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. We had no issues parking in an area that I always find challenging to park. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

The food was 10/10. We went on a Sunday around 11 and though the inside was packed, there was still outdoor seating because of the cold. The line was through the door but we still got our food and drinks pretty quickly and the flavors were amazing. Each ingredient really compliments the next so you have a wonderful experience with each bite. There’s something on the menu for everyone, so I would definitely recommend checking them out!

A good choice of breads and pastries. I ate a Bahn Mi chicken salad, and it was tasty. The lemonade was a little too sugary. Food came out fast. It does get crowded.

This place has really good bakery options! It's not too pricey either, especially for the quality. I got to taste all of their macaroons and I recommend the chocolate and tiramisu the most. The fruit tart was absolutely delicious. If you aren't a fan of exceptionally sweet desserts like me then you will enjoy this.

Love their cappuccino!! So amazing and fluffy! Love the sugar sprinkles on top for the extra touch! Had a pizza there with co workers… it was really really good! Especially given it’s more of a pastry type place! Will defiantly return for more of the lunch menu! Parking at this location is a bit of a nightmare but that’s everything in Montrose.

Everything looks good. There was just one person in front of me but it was so slow just to take my order. The croissant was too sweet. I actually did not like it.

Came here for breakfast, was slightly disappointed. Coffee and presentation were a 10/ 10, however the food was ok. Considering the price I expected it to taste a lot better. Got the eggs Benedict, but my biscuits kept falling apart. My brother got the strawberry French toast which he rated 5/10, he's an avid French toast lover and said he's had some that are much better and cheaper. The Chef's scramble was probably the best thing we got. Was worth coming to once but will likely not be back. Customer service was excellent though

One of the best bakeries of Houston (and there are very few). Everything is good, the pastries are great (I love the pistachio croissant even though for some reason I do not taste the pistachio but rather a frangipane. Maybe the nomination should be changed ? It is more of an almond croissant to me). Anyway everything is well made, reminds me a bit of France and I like it. Would go again!

Great scones; we had health nut and orange cranberry. Blueberry muffins and croissants were really delicious too. 🥐🍫🫐

Looooove this spot with fresh, delicious pastries and traditional breakfast dishes with a little extra. I had the soft boil with French bread and bacon. The eggs were perfectly prepared and the bacon was extra crispy as ordered. The morning buns dissolve in your mouth.

Met a friend for a coffee at the Common Bond Montrose location though after seeing all the baked goods and pastries on offer, I ordered a kouign amann, which is basically croissant dough baked in a round tin that creates this amazing caramelized bottom that is then flipped over when served. Incredible! Also ordered a chocolate chip walnut cookie that was thick and chunky. Another hit! Went in without thinking of food and ended up eating sweets… there were so many other gorgeous looking pastries that I’d like to try next time as well as the massive sandwiches and salads that others around us were eating. Very positive experience. Highly recommend

I went there for brunch and I like this place. Exposed brick decor with downtown vibes. Plenty of seating options. They are known for their bakery but I had a hotplate full breakfast. The croissant pistachio wasn't to my likening.

Delicious food and amazing staff!! Came in on a busy Saturday morning. Line move fairly quickly. Staff do an amazing quick job at clearing tables after guests. This place definitely need to expand due to how popular it is.

One of my favorite all-in-one food stop. The drinks, the pastries, and the dishes are all great. I haven’t ordered something I didn’t thoroughly enjoy. My favorite brunch item is the Fried Chicken and Biscuit. Uhhh so yum. When you go, grab a pastry. It’s a must.

Good food. The latte was on point and very smooth. I wish the food came with sides (like a salad or something) and the vibe was less busy. However, the quality of the coffee makes up for it.

First time lunch here. Incredible looking baked good. Friendly staff, nice and clean inside. Was very tempted by the bakery display but I didn't cave to temptation. I ordered their pork belly sandwich with a side of brussel sprouts and an iced tea. I found a place to sit not far from the bakery display and not for from the espresso bar. My food came out shortly and was well prepared and fresh. The pork belly sandwich was great. It has soft pork belly with peppers, onion and cheese, minimalistic but very good. The brussel sprouts were also very good...charred like most places but not too much with a little sweatness. Overall a very nice lunch...I am sure I will be back.

The food is delicious and fresh. The environment is nice and quiet. All the staff is friendly and attentive. I got the smoked salmon croissant, and the mix of flavors is perfect. The cappuccino was also great.

My goodness! I have no words to describe the meal I was at the Westheimer location on Saturday and ordered shrimp & grits. Let's just say I dreamt about it and had to go back on Sunday to order the same meal. Listen, when the menu says, "shrimp & grits" that's what you get! I have been to other restaurants and had to do a treasure hunt to find the 🍤 in my meal. On Tuesday, I went to the Holcombe location and ordered the "fall greens and tomato basil soup." My God, I'm speechless almost made a grown woman 😢. I also ordered Honey Lavender cheesecake. Kudos to the chef and the entire staff. You guys are on speed dial😋😋😋

They definitely have a big selection of baked goods for you to choose from and they establishment is very clean. Even the bathrooms. The only thing I would have an issue with is the parking but even if you choose to eat outside its quite scenic.

I moved to the Houston area not too long ago and I was on the hunt for a decent chicken sandwich. After reading about 3 or 4 articles I noticed this restaurant kept being listed as a location that would not disappoint. Welp, they were wrong! The chicken sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had. I took two bites, covered it with a napkin and left it on the table. Why the 3 stars? They have some of the best pastries I’ve ever tasted. Light, flaky, and fluffy. It reminded me of my time in Paris. If I wouldn’t have experienced the chicken sandwich they’d definitely get 5 stars. I’ll be returning for the pastries for sure.
