This
place
is
in
downtown
Houston,
so
if
you
want
to
eat
here,
make
sure
to
come
during
non-peak
hours.
Or,
prepare
to
wait.
You
purchase
your
food
first
at
the
register,
with
a
choice
to
buy
more
noodles
during
your
visit.
Make
sure
to
know
what
you
want
before
you
go
in.
We
ordered
The
OG
and
the
Tsukemen
along
with
a
Korokkaaayyy
(croquette).
The
OG
(tonkatsu)
had
a
deep
full-flavored
broth
that
coated
the
noodles
well.
I
thought
it
was
pretty
good.

The
Tsukemen
was
a
dry
noodle
with
a
thick
gravy
broth.
You
dip
the
noodles
into
the
thick
broth
to
coat
and
then
eat.
It
was
a
little
sour
for
my
taste,
but
the
hub's
thought
it
tasted
fine,
so
it's
all
about
preference.

You
do
have
a
choice
to
make
either
spicy,
but
since
it
was
our
first
time,
we
wanted
to
try
the
broths
by
itself.
The
croquette,
on
the
otherhand,
was
ok.
A
little
dry
for
me,
even
with
the
sauce.

Service
could
have
been
better.
We
put
our
orders
in
but
the
person
doing
the
ordering
did
not
ring
up
my
dish.
We
waited
at
least
15
minutes
before
I
waved
someone
to
ask
about
my
order.
I
do
give
them
points
for
trying
to
rectify
the
problem
by
giving
the
dish
to
me
at
no
cost.
Unfortunately,
they
sat
us
in
the
corner
and
was
pretty
much
ignored
most
of
the
time.
At
the
end
of
our
meal,
we
were
waiting
for
the
check
to
pay
for
the
extra
noodles
we
had
ordered.
Again,
we
had
to
wave
someone
to
ask
for
the
check
just
to
be
told
that
they
had
given
the
noodles
to
us
at
no
cost.
Although
I
am
grateful
that
we
were
given
a
meal
and
noodles
for
free,
I
feel
that
these
mistakes
could
have
been
prevented.
Giving
away
food
due
to
mistakes
can
be
costly
to
the
restaurant
in
the
long
run.
My
advice
is
to
hire
employees
who
are
willing
to
deal
with
your
customers.
