Called to order a large pepperoni stuffed crust with wings, and a 2 liter. The guy on the phone offered me a pick up special for the large pizza only $12.99 and saved me $7 by ordering carry out instead of delivery. I live close by so I decided to go pick up my order. It was ready very quickly, the woman accepting payments for the orders was very nice when I walked in I was greeted. The pizza was hot and the wings were good! (Needed more BBQ sauce) but everything was great! Nice carry out experience from this papa johns! Thanks!

If I wanted a calzone I would’ve ordered one. Both my pies were sitting sideways like Paul Wall back in the early 2000s. Folded like a lawn chair on the 4th of July after Terry lit the Big Bertha 5000. Do better Papa, do better.

Delivery took 1.5 hours when it estimated 30 minutes and they wouldn’t answer their phone after I called 5-6 times while waiting on my order.

all the reviews for this place are pretty accurate. definitely not the best experience, but i got my dinner in the end. i ordered 2 pizzas for delivery; the original estimate said 30mins and it ended up taking over an hour. the pizzas were still warm when they arrived and my delivery driver was super friendly and cordial. the cheese pizza was perfect, but the veggie pizza was still pretty raw and doughy in the middle. my stomach hurt after eating. i probably wont get pizza from here again, but i’m still glad i gave them a try.

Never again. This new location has failed to make proper pizza from the day they moved from kirby. If you can order from the location on Main or try another pizza place. Here is my most recent and last order of large pizza...its most dough. Terrible!!!

Shephard and Westheimer location is the worst! Waited 15min inside store with NO ONE present until someone walked inside from sitting inside her car the whole time she saw me enter. Staff need to learn how to read instructions, box literally stated square cut and find normal cut. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Never order from this location. Whoever owns it obviously takes no pride in their work. Took over 2 hours, pizza never showed, and when I called the guy who picked was to incompetent to create a solution. Embarrassing honestly

Excellent service and the pizza that was recommended was perfect. The manager was a pleasure to work with and will definitely be back as a customer. I believe his name is Jay. Thank you for your time and I hope this finds him as he is greatly appreciated as this Papa John's will be my new go to in the area.

My recent order experience with Papa John's left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had been eagerly looking forward to enjoying the Shaq-a-Roni, only to receive a pizza that was a far cry from what I expected. This signature pie, known for its abundant pepperoni coverage, arrived with just a few sad, lonely pepperonis scattered here and there which made it barely look like a regular pepperoni pizza. To add insult to injury, the pizza wasn't even cut… not even a little bit, not even sloppily, they just gave me the pie, no cuts. It's baffling and infuriating that this particular papa johns, could be so carelessly prepared. I genuinely hope Papa John's corporate takes a serious look at this franchise and their quality control and ensures that what's advertised is actually what customers receive. This experience fell short in every way, and it's disheartening. I'm incredibly let down by the lack of care put into my order. Most especially because that pie was a celebratory pie for my preteen. He was let down, I was let down but of course we tried to make the best of it.

Overcharged I ordered a L and received a M plus my Medium had garlic sauce half opened and ran all over my order. I hope i at least get the store credit because I can’t get a refund.. due to stupid policy. . Unfortunately I paid in cash. . I threw my food away I wish I would’ve know this location was bad . .

I wish I could give 10 stars for the service. I accidentally put for pick up for my order when I needed it delivered because I didn’t have my car and the girl just bypassed it and let the man deliver me my pizza because it was less than a three minute walk away which means the world for to me because there’s so many homeless people on the street, I was having a really horrible day so even though that something that’s not a big deal to her and the man was only going a couple minutes out of his way if at all, he really changed and impacted my day and possibly my life . Over pizza. I know. This happened on June 27 and I will forever be indebted to these people so thank you.

Whoever made the pizza I just had at 10:09 October 29 2023. Need to get a raise immediately I will be returning to only this pizza place from now on on whoever’s shift made that pizza and only that person and will invite my network of friends to also enjoy the best box of pizza I’ve ever had in my life.

I wouldn’t order from this location again. Breadsticks were still all dough on the inside. Took 1.5 hours vs 33 mins estimated. Pizza was just subpar the crust wasn’t done well either.

This is my go to papa johns because it is closest, but I am done with it because this is the third pizza with no sauce and way too much cheese. I order "normal sauce" and "normal cheese" each time... I once tried "extra sauce" and got a mess. It's not that complicated but this place is uniquely way off-base each time.

Ordered a pizza, 45 minutes later it arrives. Wrong order. I called the store. We'll remake it and send it right out they said. An hour later still nothing. Finally, after 2 hours and 45 minutes I got my correct order and an apology. No credit. No refund. Ridiculously poor customer service. Too many options to use them again

Check your pizza before you pickup. I purchased a pepperoni pizza for my children and they decided to give me a spicy pizza full of chili peppers instead. Ok I get it minor mistakes happen - BUT then they decided to not replace it AND refused to refund it. Papa John's this is a totally ridiculous way to do business.

Ordered online. Tracker says it’s ready. I get there, they tell me that one of them made the wrong size, so they had to remake it. Cool, 10 minute wait. I finally get the pizza, but it’s definitely not the half and half that I ordered. Instead, it’s pepperoni and Canadian bacon on the entire pizza. LEARN HOW TO READ AND/OR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

Half of my pizza was ruined and Tony the GM wouldn't make me another pizza for a 23 year weekly ordering customer. Thank Tony the "GM" this really means alot.

Waited a long time for my Carryout order, once I got my 3pizzas all I asked for was a few packs of parmesan. He told me he was only allowed to give me 2 small little packs of parmesan per customer! My pizza was mainly sauce and no cheese. The stingiest every. A asked to buy the parmesan and he said no. Unwilling to give!

Unfortunately this location is run by careless and rude individuals. I was staying at a hotel 0.7 miles from this location and it took 2 1/2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. We were told it would take an hour and it took more than double that. One pizza and one order of cheesesticks and when it arrived it was cold. When calling the store I was met with one of the nastiest women I've ever encountered. I was hung up on several times and when trying to speak to a manager was told she was the manager and then would hang up. I did receive a response from either the store owner or actual manager but was only given the excuse of being short staffed. I would definitely stay away from this location.
