I went here the other day for my lunch. Service was better than the food. I used to love canes. I understand an increase in price, but you can’t decrease the quality. They used to have the best chicken. Not sure why they would even serve this now. 3/4 of my chicken strips were burnt to a crisp, made them feel like rubber. Fries, toast, and lemonade, were still good, but it doesn’t matter if I didn’t enjoy the main entree.

Dangerous Location - allows people to walk up to the drive threw window. I almost hit two people who walked in front of my car to give order. Manager shown in picture allowed this ! Poor leadership at this location ! SOMEONE WILL GET KILLED DOING THIS FOOLISHNESS

I pull up to the drive thru window & order a box combo. The young lady tells me it’s $9.59 as approach the window the cashier looks dumbfounded. He asked me if I ordered a kids meal. I told him no, & repeated my order again. This time another cashier walks up and asks me what did I order and who took my order, as if there is more than one drive thru window. I repeat my order for a third time. Then a third employee walks up and asked me for a third time what was my order and where was it placed. I repeated my order for a fourth time and stated that I had just had my order taken less than a minute ago. After going back and forth with me insinuating that I didn’t place an order the guy comes back to the window and says they are now closed and they can’t serve me ANY food now. Will not be going back to this location. This was wild.

Food is good but chicken tenders are almost as skinny as the fries. Prices keep going up. The fries even got skinner.

Tiny chicken strips! Literally the same size as the sauce. This one is mostly breading. They had a line that was too long for the parking lot. The sweet tea I ordered tasted dirty like it had a fishy taste. I won’t be going back to this location. They forgot my extra sauce and were nasty about it when I asked for it.

Overall the food was great, but the fries were a little under cooked. The staff were very nice and the service was fast. Unfortunetly most of the tables were dirty.

If I could give a zero I would, I literally sat in the line that was out the drive-through on to the street to get yelled at. She was rude and she kept cutting me off. There is literally only four things on the menu, it was not that hard. I didn’t end up getting anything because I felt she was so disrespectful. I drove to the next Canes, which was 15 minutes away & it was great service! This was so disappointing!

Good food and clean restaurant. Has a lot of memorabilia displayed on the walls, including pictures of performances by Elvis Presley in Houston. Plenty of parking too.

I’ve only dined at this location once. Today (6/4/2023) I dined in around 2:20 pm and ordered the 3 tender meal with extra toast. The tenders were hot but the fries were not. The Texas toast tasted dry and was falling apart. I asked for fresh fries to be made. The cashier told me it would be a two minute wait and I said fine. After waiting 18 minutes and asked 3 different employees about my fresh fries I finally received them. I was already done eating my chicken by that point. The restaurant was not that busy so the only explanation I can think of is the kitchen forgot. The dining area needs a deep cleaning. I attempted to sit at a booth but three of the ones I walked past were dirty with grease stains and crumbs.

I ordered the chicken strips individually no sauce came w it! That’s ridiculous! Seems they want u to get the combo! I don’t like the fries or toast! The chicken fingers are the best thing they have! They should offer a better way to get them rather than individually! And throw in a little sauce! This place is over priced as it is! Not coming back anytime soon!

It was horrible! They need to revamp their hiring because some of these workers don't have good customer service skills, their rude, and immature! Talking to one another instead of the customers in the drive-tru lines, turing backs to the customers while not even acknowleding our existence! Like I told you to come clock in and work here today! The corporate office need to really come and take a look, clean house! Clean up their customer service! because what are you paying some of those rude employees for! While we pay your restaurant are hard earned well deserved $$$ and get treated like trash, disrespected!! And you want us to eat here! You out your living mind! Some of the workers feel entitled and not humble at all! Not saying because you work in the restaurant your any less but it goes for any business dealing with customers and people! Like why are you working here and your rude and giving indespecable behavior towards customers that did nothing to you all but order our food and give you our money!! Yes I may be just only one person but you have lost a consistent person at your "Raising Canes" location! You need to "Raise" the standards and hire better employees and management if you want to have longevity of your restaurant chain! And that's on Period and Facts! Goodbye!!

I just ate here with my daughter. We ordered extra sauces with our box and finger combos. We got sweet tea and lemonade. They were a little not prepared to take our order so we had to wait foe a cashier to get on but we got our food quickly afterwards. The food is hot and fresh. The sweet tea and lemonade tastes great. There's a lady walking around making sure peoples meals are great and nothing is needed. There's also another lady walking up to tables cleaning them right after people leave. Great service.

I really don't like the food here. The breading on the chicken is substandard, the fries are tiny and soggy, the slaw is good quality but way too sweet for my taste, I could use the sauce as sweetener for my coffee, and why do they put enough sugar in the bread to make it a sweet roll. The drinks are small but well flavored and cold.

Love the Westheimer Raising Cane's! Occasionally the drive-thru order taker can be slow, but the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Disappointing.., waited in drive thru line for 5 mins to get fried hard tenders and half burnt fries! For $11 I would've done better at a dine in restaurant

I spent $15 on 8 fingers and would not give me 1 sauce Told me bc I didn't get fries I have to pay for sauces I didn't get ketchup or anything. Wow What great customer service you buy 8 freaking. And they don't want to give you that Sauce I couldn't have Gone to Chick-fil-A. Cheaper and better customer service

We were greeted right away. The customer service was more than wonderful. Even though there was quite a few people, our wait was not long and the food was fresh and hot as ever. I appreciate the good amount of fries given. Now I have some to share with my mother. Plus the restrooms are clean, like wow. This place definitely deserves a 10/10.

Good chicken fingers. Menu is very limited; serving chicken fingers and chicken sandwiches with fries. The bread is very good. Service was excellent.

Staff member was incredibly rude, I attempted to take a picture of the football helmets they have on display for my mother and she stormed over and accosted us in front of the whole restaurant yelling “YOU’RE TAKING A PICTURE OF THE MENU RIGHT?” Startling my elderly mother. I guess she thought we were taking a picture of the staff. Regardless, yelling at a customer who just spent money in your establishment is bad business. Will not be visiting again.

Horrible experience. We came and the officer was rude and said we cannot order, then he started yelling at us (basically trying to start a fight), then a guy was laying in his car drunk passed out in the drivers seat… we said something, but the officer said that’s not his problem. Will never go back and will make a formal complaint to the city of houston for that officer.

It's been a while since I've had Raising Cane's. I love the honey mustard sauce and toast B.O.B. More importantly I love the customer service. They have great communication skills. Cane's have great teamwork and overall performance positive vibes through and through. Yaasss💯❤️
