    Take your time to go to another location. Went through their drive-thru and waited 53 minutes. Other cars probably waited longer since they were making others wait on the side for their order. Food was room temp and fries were grainy. They were going to have me pull up and wait for my order so I asked for a refund and they genuinely looked shocked that after already waiting 53 minutes for fast food that I wouldn't want to wait any longer, baffling, right? Turns out my order was ready, how long would I have been waiting on the side before they brought it to me?

    Whataburger was a great experience. Tried the number 2 on the menu which was the double burger. Good spot for a late night snack when everything else was closed around 1am.

    Visiting from a different state that doesn't have one of these and honestly I was excited even though it's a fast food chain. There was a limited burger on the menu (Southern Bacon Double) so I ordered it. The wait was pretty long and then the burger I got wasn't what I was expecting. Then come to find out (probably some of my fault too) that the person who took my order input it wrong, so I was given a Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger. How someone can confuse the two by name is baffling to me. Especially if you come over to help the front counter person with the long line that was forming AT THE VERY LEAST, you should be able to take the order properly. Fries were good and the onion rings were good. Just very disappointed I ended up with a burger I didn't want. I'll still say the patties are BIG. That was the only plus that saved it. Can't say that it was a good quick lunch experience but the other food items saved this review. Another positive is that it feels like stepping back in time to a fast food restaurant from the 90s, nostalgia is always good. 2/5 rating for the 1 staff member's non-attentiveness and poor listening skills.

    Asked for a plain burger and still got mustard don’t know what they didn’t understand about PLAIN and mustard is nasty and stank so I threw it away because y’all can’t follow SIMPLE instructions

    Literacy would be a good requirement for staff. 3 times they have shorted me on an online order. Tonight I placed my order online at 10:31. I drove promptly to the restaurant. There was no way to notify them that I was there except to wait in the same line for the speaker like all the other cars. Finally notified them and was told to wait in lane B. Time went by and someone sauntered out to ask my name. She went back in. More time passed. She finally brought the order out. I asked what happened and she said, " I don't know. I don't read the orders!" Total time: 28-29 minutes. Food is good, but there's not much point when they screw up the order half the time and lose it another time. 😞

    Went inside ordered a cinnamon bun. Waited 14 mins. I went up to ask them what was taking so long when ppl coming after me were getting their orders and I just had a cinnamon bun. They told me they were out and then had to wait 8 more mins for a refund. 22 mins for absolutely nothing. No apologies and they acted like giving me a refund was a huge inconvenience. Maybe don't sell me products you don't have any then get mad at me for wasting MY time. Horrendous service.

    I get this is fast food, but nothing was fast nor pleasant about this location. Sat in the drive though for longer than necessary when there’s only 4 cars in line total. Went inside to get food, manager was confused, rude, and incompetent of managerial skills. I was charged for cheese, which I said no thank you to. Lady who took my order I could literally hear her chewing her own food over the speaker. Got home and still had to warm up my food because it was cold. Not one to complain and very understanding of food service employees, but get your store together especially being in a high volume area.

    I have been a customer of store 271 for five years now and On the 5 th of July I went in to buy lunch and the condition of the store was horrible it was so dirty and the soda area was filthy. We are constantly ask to write good reviews but it’s hard when your order is wrong and you pay for something you don’t get. I also called and filed a complaint with your care team . I think this store needs a visit and a staff meeting to change this. There are quite a few staffers but know one seems to be working to clean the restaurant up after the customers finish their lunches.and the people wait forever for their to go orders and the fries and your food is normally cold when you receive it . Please help us fix this. This place does allot of business and is always busy. But the lack of care has to stop.

    I never leave reviews but this was so triggering for me because pregnancy cravings are real and you get very disappointed when it doesn’t hit…. First of all mine and my husbands fries were cold and soggy. I ordered the avocado bacon burger and it literally had once piece of avocado. Not to mention the service was terrible. The guy taking our order was rude and just rushing when there was no one behind us.

    If you want an awkward drive-thru experience definitely the right place. The drive thru worker was to worried about her current FaceTime call rather than customer service. After completing that interaction, somehow, I feel wrong for interrupting. Anyway, fully expecting, hell I’d even put a parlay on it if I could bet that my order is completely incorrect…and it was. Look at that. Kudos to her, never seen a human care less.

    Usually I have good experiences at Whataburger and I personally love it but the service over here is just awful I ordered a whatachicken and the chicken was raw in the middle, when I went to change it usually they give you the whole meal and try to fix the problem or something but not in here. I’ve came 3 times and this is gonna be my last time here just because of the bad service.

    My order was wrong , my desert was cold , the cashier was so rude , could clearly tell she didnt want to be working ! . Why hire these kind of people with a horrible attitude. Horrible customer service , will definitely make a drive on lunch break to a different location for me and my co workers food ! Never coming to this location again.

    We dined at around 11pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was dirty everywhere, from the entrance to the fountain machine area to the dining area. But most importantly both of our orders, which took a while to be served, did not meet Whataburger tasting, preparation, and freshness standards. The cheeses were not even melted, both sandwiches were cold and just didn't taste right. The fries were hot but overcooked and they gave us all tiny pieces. This location has gone down significantly.

    The service here is horrible.. don’t wanna work, standing around like it’s not busy…. Manager has to do better in who he hires! Rude and attitudes here make you not wanna come back!

    Just ordered a Whataburger meal combo. Was having issues with the app but I got it working. Ordered ahead and picked up shortly after. Sat in, almost no customers inside. (Dec. 21) Had also not been in this location in a long time.

    Amazing experience. Hospitality, cleanliness, speed and accuracy were all present here. Drive thru and inside were moderately busy but they were still polite. Wait times were quick especially considering it never owed down. A constant stream of people in thw door and through the drive thru. Burger was made correct. Lobby was clean as was the restroom.

    Restaurant was clean and my daughter loved her burger. Most notably, the girl behind the counter who took care of us was exceptionally kind! I appreciate her inclusivity when she addressed my teen daughter. She is an incredible example of excellent customer service!

    These people are the laziest What a Burger employees I’ve ever seen. Extremely slow moving so there is almost always a line and it takes a minimum of 20-30 minutes every time no matter what time of day or night. The manager is very rude and short with people if you aren’t the same race as him. And the shake machine is never ever up and running. It’s always being cleaned they say. Even if you tell them you’ll wait for it to be cleaned they’ll say it won’t be cleaned till tomorrow so I don’t even know why they don’t just take it off the menu. I hate this what a burger because of the people working there and it sucks cause this the one closest to my apt.

    Had my first ultimate bacon blue cheese burger. Very delicious, mouth watering good. The service however was extremely slow and that's with being overly tolerant and considerate of a busy hectic crowd.

    WHAT-A-BURGER! The chili cheese burger I got was enormous and huge on taste. The fries were a pretty good side. The strawberry shake made it all so nice 😋. Service was quick and courteous. Definitely worth the stop if you're near this part of Houston!

    Extremely rude guy named Mohammed took our simple order. A whataburger junior meal. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive-through, and the manager finally came out and asked us what we ordered. He then had to go back in and start the order. They had no less than 6 people just standing around. Will not go here again. Come on Whataburger, it's not hard.

    Worst customer service at a whataburger. The manager sat down at our table while we waited for our food and asked us to do a survey. He would not take no for an answer and the. He retaliated by holding our food behind the counter while he served everyone else. Then pretended he didn’t notice our bag that he prepared himself. And again this was the manager of the store. Absolutely horrible experience and cold food to top it off.

    I usually get good service here, but the staff seemed distracted this visit, and they gave me the wrong order. I didn't discover until I was home, so I guess the moral of the story is - quickly check your order for accuracy before leaving the premises - it will only take a few seconds.

    11/30…MANAGER…Had a Scheduled interview at 3pm arrived at 2:45.. I told the Help I was here for my 3pm interview with Dennis, I text Dennis at 2:57 I’m here he texts back he will be there in 5 minute so I wait until nearly 3:15 and I left.. No wonder you have all shifts available in you Text to me.. I arrived on time and ready to Interview. Again I’m in the Dining room and texted back, No Answer.. Sadly you couldn’t do your JOB!!
