We went in for an early dinner expecting a good meal, based on the high rating, but we were sorely disappointed. We ordered their 'five cheese baked ziti', which is supposed to be their specialty, and it was barely even a dish. The sauce is piled on only in the middle with baked cheese on top of it. I'll admit that the cheese part doesn't taste bad but that's literally the only good thing about the dish. Even the marinara sauce seems to be on the tangy side and as you can see in the pictures, the pasta on the side that's away from the sauce, literally has no flavor. As it's an entree, it comes with a bowl of soup/salad and bread sticks. We got a bowl of their chicken & gnocchi soup, which was mediocre at best. For appetizer, we'd ordered their Lasagna Fritta which was strictly okay. We went in with much higher expectations given the positive reviews and high rating. Special mention for the hospitality though. The service is excellent. Our server, Earl, was particularly kind and considerate. Even though the entree comes with just one bowl of soup, he brought us two bowls because he saw that we were sharing it. He even split the portions of the ziti to make it easier for us to eat. Another server attentively asked us our food preferences. Even though we didn't like the food, the staff's kindness improved the quality of time we spent there. 5 stars for the service, but sadly, 2 stars for the food.

My husband, daughter, grandson and I ate at Olive Garden. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean. Our waiter was nice and working hard. The endless alfredo dipping sauce and breadsticks were a hit with everyone! Recommended!

I thought fine dinning in Houston, Texas was gone for good after the pandemic and I was completely wrong. This is reasonably priced, incredibly cozy, softly lit, pictures and effects that created ambiance that transported you to a better place and or time. We ate on real china, with coaster's and cloth napkins and the kind of service that I thought the world had simply forgotten. This experience exceeded all my expectations and made we want to rise to the occasion. I remember another time and this was it; I fear writing this review because this is so rare now and I don't want this place to disappear.

I had come in here to eat while a flat tire was being fixed next door at discount tires. I had waited 3 hours outside for a tow truck and was pretty stressed out. My server was amazing and treated me so well that I felt at peace while I waited. I did not get my servers name but he was the young gentleman working 9/1/22 the lunch shift by the takeout restroom area. Everything I ordered was fresh and came out quick. I wasn’t able to tip crazy well but did tip over 25%. Thank y’all🙏🥰

The restaurant was packed. However we didn't have to wait long. Our server was very courteous and tbe food was good! 0 complaints.

Nice and quiet atmosphere! I walked over to have lunch, while my car was being serviced next door at Discount Tire. Food was tasty and lunch menu prices are great. I recommend the staff replace restroom soap with real soap that lathers.

My family and I had a great time at this Olive Garden location. It’s a rather newer built restaurant and the outside and inside decor are so eye pleasing and very comfy. The ambiance definitely made it feel more classy. The booth cushioning and structure is very comfortable. Our server is amazing! Very friendly, quick, and attentive! Two managers came out to check up on us and this made us feel so good. The food was very tasty! The chicken and gnocchi is the BEST we have had among all the many OG locations we have ever been to (and we have been to a lot!) tWe are very thankful for a great dinner and service from this OG team. We will definitely be back!

The lady that was working the to go counter today was soooo sweet!!! My birthday is in a few days and she made my week start out in a really great way :) love her! (12 pm 08/28) Also I just tried the raspberry lemonade and its SO good! Good experience overall!

Our server didn’t let us order food while we were waiting for our friends. We had to ask for what was missing more than once. The staff where not welcoming. The food is good. I liked the soup and I wish I could add more sauce to the salad.

The food was great! I The Zuppa Toscana soup was very filling in itself although I feel it was a bit short on kale. The Tour of Italy was good but I must say the Chicken Parmigiana was by far my fav! My son had the Chicken and Gnocchi soup and he said it was awesome (he ate the whole thing) and Chicken Alfredo which he said was delicious as well. Our server was great, came by a few times to get us refills and clear some plates off our table and ensure everything was good. It was cool and quiet inside but it was a bit dim to me. The price was good for the quality of food especially since we had leftovers and all in all, we had a great experience!

OG is a good option when you want to eat Italian food. This location is good, it has good parking, the restaurant was clean and the service was good. Unlimited salad or soup and bread can never be missing. The Tour of Italy is my favourite, as you can eat a bit of everything. But my favorite is definitely the rigatoni with five cheese marinade and fried chicken pasta is my favorite.

While in Houston for a few days, we had lunch at the location on SW Freeway. I typically avoid Olive Garden but it was convenient for us so we took a chance. The restaurant was clean & in a good location. Our server, Jevante, was very friendly & an excellent waiter; our food was great. Without asking, he brought our 3 year old granddaughter’s entree first which was very thoughtful. I wish all locations had great food & service like this one.

Food was delicious, waitress attentive. Glad to see that they rather put you on a small wait than overwhelm their servers.

The food tastes fresh, delicious and is very nutritious The waiter staff has also improved greatly in the last few years. Prices are affordable for laypeople. I am glad they realized that to be a great Italian restaurant in a competitive field, customer service and experience needs to be maintained outstanding. Wonderful job

Last time I was here (October) I had such a wonderful experience. Although it was cold, because then only outdoor dining was allowed, they had some heaters going on but after two hours, you start feeling the cold. Services was amazing, so attentive, quick and friendly. Food was excellent!!! We had The calamari and the zucchini to start, both delicious! And then we shared a pizza and gnocchi, both were delicious as well!!! I hope to come and dine here again soon!!

I'm not a fan of Italian food, so I I based this solely on my preferences, this would be a skewed review. However, as I was with my unbiased family, their input will form the meat of this review. That said, everyone was incredibly impressed, and well satisfied with their choices. The pricing was good too. Seven of us ate (four adults and three children) for around $100. Not bad.

Love this place and the staff ! My second favorite location Amazingly we eat so much and the bill is so low 😂 Best place for cheesy people and amazing Italian food! Love the complementary salad soup and bread sticks !
