1 hour wait to be seated. Another hour to get our food and it comes out semi cold. Ver disappointed. We love pluckers but the service has gone downhill. Not worth the time…

Pluckers It is my favorite sport and bar. Although I'm not a fan of any sport😂. Wings Basket It is my favorite dish, it is always 4 large pieces of chicken breast and you accompany it with the size of your preference. Lemonade is super refreshing. In addition to having a bar with many options. The parking lot is large but perhaps not enough for the number of people who visit (depending on the day you go) but that is already a problem with restaurants in the area. The staff is quite friendly and attentive, I've never had any problem with that. My only problem and that I don't understand is because if you order an extra side there is a charge, for example in my case I ask for the sauce on the side sometimes I need an additional one (since they only give one) and they charge for it. overall it's a good place to visit.

Stopped in last Wednesday and was throughly satisfied. FYI Wednesday nights are trivia night so if that’s your thing this place would be perfect for you. I would suggest coming early because it was crowded and we were originally told the wait would be 1 hour to an hour and 30 minutes. Luckily, we were able to find seats at the bar, so this was not the case. The food was really tasty. I got the spicy lemon pepper wings and my mom got the vampire wings. Really good but I must say neither were spicy. If you want a real kick consider flavors with 3 flames or more. Overall a great visit.

Pluckers will forever be the place I go for wings. I always get the same thing just because I’m obsessed with it which is mild wings. Their strawberry lemonade is fantastic of course!

This Pluckers location does it right. Great service and excellent food everytime. There's also a nice patio at the front. Trivia night here is popping!

Thankful that this place could accommodate our party of 11. Pluckers is known for their chicken but if you get the chance to go back try the nachos or the fried mac and cheese- delicious! Parking is hectic so you can either ride around the parking lot and hope for someone to be coming out or look for street parking. Overall really nice experience and will definitely come back!

The quality has really gone down hill for this location. Parking has always been terrible, so we always pick up. The orders are always missing one thing or an other so you need to always check. The main reason I kept coming back is because I love the appetizers. But im not sure what is happening with this Holy mac I ordered. Its all bread. It was gross, not edible. The sides of sauces/dressings ordered are not even filled past the half way point of the container. They're not free. I am paying for them. I paid for holy mac, not whatever that is in the pic. We don't even get the proper receipt to get points for the orders we placed anymore. So we can't even claim points. Terribly disappointed in pluckers.

The food wasn’t fresh whatsoever pluckers must be going downhill I usually have a great experience. Fries & wings taste like they were taken off of someone’s leftovers. I’m pretty disappointed

Went last night for dinner after the fireworks on our way home. Was our very first time trying it out. They didn't fail, vast amount of different wing flavors & food options. Tall beer is huge can't complain on that. Jasmine our waitress did a awesome job as well very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend.

Overall, good. Went at 11pm on a Thursday. Got seated right away. In & out within the hour prior to closing at midnight. Location: got to by gps. Has a parking lot with plenty of room. Parking wasn't a problem for us. Atmosphere: family friendly atmosphere with a sports bar style decor with large mounted tvs playing various games. Not too loud. Tables, booths & bar seating available. Their booths are huge/long! Smelled like good food inside. Well lit. Service: Very friendly from the host stand to our waitress. Checked on regularly. Able to discuss the menu. Gave us the best combo prices for our meals (skipped the combo & ordered a half size of appetizer loaded fries). Provided good timing notifications for last call items as they got closer to closing. Food: wings, salads, fries, pickles, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs. We ordered 5 bone-in dry rub lemon pepper & 5 bone-in Dr pepper bbq. Abs delicious! Wings were hot & the seasoning on both were perfect (not too salty, not over dressed, etc). I will say the wings were a little too cooked and on the verge of being dry had they went any longer. The loaded fries appetizer came with jalapeno, cheese, waffle fries, bacon bits and sour cream- these are great with ranch. Price: not horrible. For the 10 wings, it was about $15 & the fries were about $7. Overall, not bad. Def hit the spot after a concert. Friendly, easy to order and pretty quick service.

I can't believe I never actually published my review for this place. I came here during their soft opening over 10 years ago and I continued to come here almost on a weekly basis while I worked near by. I have been a club member back when I was in Austin, so I always took advantage of their daily specials. This particular location is awesome, because it was the first re introduction to Pluckers for me in Houston, so that will always bring back strong core memories. When I come here I always get the 10 wing combo with spicy ranch and tater tots, I used to get the sweet tea, but as I've gotten older, I get it half and half unsweet. The service is solid at this location, the parking lot can suck during peak lunch hours.

If you were debating with yourself on trying this place or Wingstop and you like your wings crispy, well done, as requested, then just go with Wingstop because Pluckers doesn't know what crispy means apparently. These were soft and soggy which is not my preference of texture. They can't blame it on the sauce either because Wingstop still manages to make their wings extra crispy with sauce added.

I’m from Miami visiting Houston & When I tell you these are the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. I legit mean that ! If you’re ever in the area, come here! You can tell they clean the food properly and it’s seasoned to perfection. I would Travel here just for the wings! Phenomal af !!! & the staff was so friendly and nice and made me feel so welcomed. The bartender Debbie’s Customer service is 10/10 !!!! And I would Recommend asking for her when you arrive. Great overall experience ❤️

Pluckers was a treat! We stopped in on a Saturday night, and dang, it was packed. There was a 20 minute wait. But after that, we were seated and somewhat quickly served. The wings and Buffalo bites were what we ordered, and on their own were fine, but there is a huge variety of sauced to choose from, so our taste buds were definitely taken care of. Because of the sheer number of the sauces, there is something for everyone to have and enjoy. As for the atmosphere, there are TV's with live sports games every which way, so in between conversation there is never a dull moment. All in all, Pluckers Stafford is a great restaurant and I will be coming back soon!

Overall: The location has the WORST parking. I like to call it the neighborhood Pluckers because it only makes sense to come here only if you live somewhere in walking distance. It's pluckers, so the food will always be great, and the staff is amazing. TIP: Join the waitlist. The wait here could me up to an hour.

Pluckers Wing Bar has been a staple in my life since my high school days, and I'm pleased to say it has consistently maintained its quality throughout the years. The food remains delicious, and their extensive wing menu offers something for everyone. One of the standout features is the amazing staff. They are not only friendly but also efficient, adding to the overall positive dining experience. It's also clear that the management at Pluckers cares about their customers and their reputation. This dedication to quality and service shines through every visit. In summary, Pluckers Wing Bar is a true gem for wing enthusiasts. With great food, friendly staff, and attentive management, it's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal and a testament to their commitment to excellence.

Fantastic service! Juan and Kelly really made everything great, my order didn’t come out how I wanted at first but it was fixed and I’m a happy patron. The wings weren’t as big as I thought, I was thinking they had genetically modified chickens to have super big legs and wings. They’re just regular wings, but big ones at that. I didn’t know I had to specify that I wanted flats and not all drums, but Kelly fixed it and Juan gave me a beer for waiting so long. The gochugang were spicier than I thought they would be, but they had two pepper marks so that’s my fault for dying at the bar. Anyways fantastic service great wings but make sure you specify what you want and you’re good.

Great wings, burgers and drinks. Joining the club for $20 give you free food everytime you visit, free meal on your birthday and other perks. Pluckers has become a staple and it's a must try. Waits can get quite long typically on the weekends as well as parking can get quite full. Everyone is friendly though. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. This last time I went I decided to get something healthier and opted for the naked wing basket. I believe it had close to 100g protein , good on the cals and about 600-700g of sodium. I never thought pluckers would have healthy options but let's be real. You come to pluckers for good food. Not healthy food.

Pluckers has a lot of options from wings, to burgers, delicious appetizers, and more. You can mix any sauces you like as well creating a vast amount of potential flavors. Food: Consistently large, fresh, & non battered wings has me returning here when I'm craving wings. A full bar with a knowledgeable staff is nice too. This time, I was on a mission to take their fire in the hole challange. 15 wings in 15 minutes. It wasn't unbearably hot for me, at least. Service: I've had not so great service here before, but I have to say the management must have made efforts to address that. At the bar, Deby took great care of me despite running the whole bar. Atmosphere: Sports bar with lots of tvs. Family-friendly place with trivia night, draft night, and other events. Always fun

I cannot believe the quality and service that we were just given at Pluckers. To preface, this is a review regarding having a chicken wing in our order that was cooked with all its feathers on it. We placed our order to go, and when we got home, we saw this. (See photo) I immediately called the store, told the nice man who answered the phone what happened just so they could be aware for future orders, and then I was put on hold for 20+ minutes waiting for his manager. I will never be dining at pluckers again, everyone be aware of the NASTY quality and HORRIBLE customer service. The photo speaks for itself. Happy to mail you the wing, Pluckers.

We went last week on Friday to this place. It was my first time. I honestly felt this place was a little too pricy. The portion of the salad was big but the other plate was kinda of small. I would probably not go back.

Sauce flavors are awesome. Cool thing is if you want to taste a flavor before ordering, they'll bring you as many as you want. Besides the wings, which are crispy and tasty, the fried pickle spears are amazing! The beer is decently priced and they have various ones on draft and bottles. Kids menu is available.

Two things come to mind when thinking about this location 1. Food quality and wait time.... there is no excuse for a long wait for the pre-made processed food, they sell only to be lack luster and terrible for better words. 2. The hygiene is horrible in the pic attached there was a man standing on the food prep counter as someone was prepping food, they did not clean the table after the employee did that. We also saw an employee with gloves n a kitchen apron go outside to throw trash with gloves n apron on came back inside n didn't change apron nor gloves... needless to say this is disgusting are they washing hands? Cleaning prep areas? Nobody called anything out so my assumption is no. We did not eat the food but unfortunately we paid the bill we will never make this mistake again, because we will never come here again.

The lemon pepper wings were good, tangy, nice & crispy! The macaroni and cheese looked like the photo online (it’s sad because most restaurants don’t) and it was really good! The place was packed, but I ordered online anyway. I’d definitely return!
