Pulled up to the drive through for some food at 10:20 and they close at 11. We were asked if we had a mobile order placed. We said no. They then proceeded to ignore us. When we drove up to the window the worker had taken their headset off and were cleaning back turned to the window. Terrible service. There was no reason to be closing that early.

This place looks like it got some new management. I used to go here and would get bad food all the time. Im pretty sure i got food poisoning once from here too maybe a year ago. With the new management the food is always good and the people are super friendly. Monday night staff was great.

ordered at drive thru. This was my first trip to a McDonalds that my order was perfect in a long, long time. Food was hot and made perfect, like it looks on tv!

This is my favorite McDonald's. Great food. Nice employees. Fast service, especially in the mornings.

First time Ive ever been here and had quick service. Front counter woman repeated the order back, which was nice. Food was hot and accurate. Also nice that they use packets of ketchup instead of the pumps!!

0 for 4 for mobile orders. Not sure why but if you are in a hurry, don't order ahead on the app.

Don’t use mobile order at this location. They marked 2 separate orders as completed before I ever arrived or checked in. So the orders were gone and yet I had already paid. Never seen other locations mark orders as completed without me actually being there. On the second occurrence they refused to make it right or even issue a refund.

Website says they close at 11. Went through drive through at 10:30 and they were closed? Update your hours.

This McDonald's was very busy! The Manager was not doing a good job Managing she was miserable and yelling. The girl at the register was very nice and her and another girl were trying to wait on people and take care of Garbage and wipe down tables. McDonald's customer service has gone down so much!! This was a chaotic nightmare. People were standing everywhere with no idea what was going on. I have been a manager before and this Manager should be fired for how she treats people! She was ignorant and had an attitude with customers and employees. Life is short and miserable people working at McDonald's!! I am not talking about just this one because they all are pretty awful! I won't go to McDonald's again because they are rude, your food is gross and they have zero organized.

There were no clean tables to eat on. Food and scrap on tables and floor. Long wait for food so we had time to wipe off tables with napkins and water from fountain drink machine. It was a Sunday afternoon staff was nice but some on their phone and few were just kind of hanging around talking. If management reads this please make changes this has always been a good place in the past

Place is messy and it's around 2:30. Trash on floor, on counter and on floor in bathroom. Only one customer behind me and 1 car in drive thru as I left. Plus side was the dining room looked okay!!
