I am a member at Hand and Stone and go to the McMurray location once a month! Booking is very easy either by calling or using the online portal and member pricing is a great deal! I’ve had great massages by several staff members. Sam is wonderful and I choose him when I can!

I absolutely love this facility! I have a membership which I enjoy with the best facials I've ever had! Beth is marvelous and I tell all of my friends to come here so that they can experience how wonderful all of the staff is for themselves! I always leave happy, calm, and relaxed- plus my face looks amazing and glowy!!! You can't beat the price!!!

This was my first massage ever and I'm glad I went to hand and stone from the ambience in the lobby to meeting Rob to going into the room I was at ease, the massage itself was relaxing and other then to ask me if I was comfortable there was very little talking which I was thankful for. I would highly recommend Rob he was very professional. I signed up for membership before I left, I don't know why I ever waited so long to experience a massage!! Can't wait to go back!

I have been a member for years and love the massages and facials! Unfortunately this past facial visit ended in surprise charges. The facial was wonderful and I agreed to the diamond glow upgrade, but she went a bit overboard adding additional upgrades without me knowing they were upgrades until I saw the bill. Some of these upgrades are totally not worth it. I had to cancel an upcoming massage because I could no longer afford it. I’ve never had this experience here before so I felt a bit taken advantage of.

It was the best ever, thorough. I will continue with hand and stone. I have used other facilities in the PA area, best is hand and stone If u want someone that hears what you want and need and delivers this is the place.🥰 I also encourage all to add on the mint scalp massage.

I was here with other ladies in a bridal party for a spa day instead of a typical "Bachelorette party". As someone who has never had a massage before, I had a truly phenomenal experience here. Initial impression is that it's a very clean and calm relaxing environment. I was initially super nervous for a first time massage but they took great care of me and I felt absolutely incredible afterwards!! Shoutout to Sam for doing a wonderful massage and making me feel totally relaxed and comfortable from the getgo. I wish I lived closer because I would absolutely be a repeat customer!!

I have been going to Hand and Stone for over a year. Today I had a massage and it was excellent. She asks about areas to focus on and she fixes the problem. It’s amazing. Better than physical therapy or a chiropractor. I love it.

All I can say is I personally have had a good experience at Hand & Stone. I've had Facials and Massages and I've very satisfied with every procedure. I love my Hand & Stone membership. Not happy about the increase in monthly service fee but I'm guaranteed a massage each month for less than what I'd pay at a private spa. Ryan is such a great masseuse.

I have been going to Hand and Stone in McMurray for 2 years. Ainsley is amazing! Two years ago, I needed to wear makeup everyday and was embarrassed by the scars that I had had for years from acne, including cystic acne. A dermatologist told me to see a plastic surgeon. Thanks to Ainsley, I can see my freckles on my face again, hardly ever wear makeup and am ecstatic over how my skin has changed. Her chemical peels and her knowledge have changed my life! I highly recommend!

I was pretty nervous about joining the monthly subscription, but boy do I have ZERO regrets! When joining, I saw a different massage therapist for each of my first few sessions so I could find the "right" one for me, which I think was crucial to my subscription success. Amy is the one! She is PHE-NO-ME-NAL. I've had many, many massages over the years at both luxury resorts and normal local spas, and she is by far the BEST I have ever met. Perfect pressure, remembers me/preferences every time, lovely demeanor, doesn't try to force upsells, etc. The staff and therapists are always perfectly prompt and professional and friendly at this McMurray location. $69 (+ tip) for 1 massage per month is a heck of a deal, especially for a massage therapist as good as Amy!

Sarah is awesome and professional. Always a neat, clean and relaxing environment. Massage here helps me battle my osteoarthritis and improves my overall mental and physical health. Get a monthly membership, it’s so worth it!

I have always had good experience at Hand and Stone, but today’s massage with Sam was incredible. I have a condition that if a massage isn’t done carefully, can really hurt me. He was very communicative and made sure that the massage was enjoyable for me and not painful. He also gave me good tips to better care for my body. I highly recommend!

I just joined and the facial I received was fantastic! Beth was so nice and knowledgeable and the front staff was very warm and welcoming. The membership is worth every penny. I am looking forward to my next service!
