If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 7. All of the staff was late to the clinic. I was told to be at my appointment at 6:45. No lights were on and no one was there. 7:10 they come out and tell me the NP wouldn’t be able to do anything for me I would have to see an MD (I haven’t even checked in). I asked if I could see the NP because I already made the drive all the way here. They refused to let me. They wouldn’t even reschedule me to somewhere I could see an MD they said I can call myself. Completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. As a nurse myself, I would NEVER treat someone looking for help like this. Especially in women’s health. I will NEVER recommend coming here.

Level of care is excellent and the staff is kind, but you have be proactive as a patient administrative-wise because you are told someone will call to make follow up appointments and send your prescriptions and no one ever calls, so you end up calling back to get an appointment and/or prescription filled. Both of these incidents happened to me recently (feb/march 2023).

Front staff was kind and courteous. The back staff (medical assistants) smiled when we walked in, but were very unprofessional. When taken to the back to get my daughter's weight they were all talking about a specific patient out loud (which is a HIPPA violation). After the medical assistant finished getting my daughter's medical history she stepped out the room, closed the door, and took it upon herself to tell the rest of the medical assistants that, "I thought she was going to be easy" and, "she has a lot of things wrong with her" and kept talking RIGHT BY THE DOOR! Really?! I opened the door and told her, "I don't mean to be rude, but talking about patients is very unprofessional - especially right outside the door." She then told me, "I will spread the word." WOW! There was no apology at all! My daughter has only had 2 surgeries and somehow she is a complicated case. Residents who came in were very nice; I just don't think I would be comfortable bringing my daughter here again due to the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion from the medical assistant.

Ive literally been sitting here on hold for OVER a hour. Ive gotten as desperate as calling on a second phone to see who picks up first. Better yalls call services.

Terrible experience from the waiting for 2 and a half hours just for my appt that I showed up EARLY for to begin with, down to the very inattentive staff and obvious lack of concern for me as a patient.

Me mandaron a esta clínica porq estaba a punto de perder mi bebe. La atención que recibí fue magnífica. Desde la persona de enfrente que me dijo que yo soy bienvenida a su clínica y que aquí me van a tratar muy bien. Gracias a la enfermera y a los doctores.
