😠 Dr. Khan is a great physician and definitely fixed my problem, but dealing with his office isn't worth seeing him. He's not there very much anyway. All the complaints on here about Dr. Charron are accurate. Great mix of contemptuous and inattentive. People often mention patient, lady, called, desk,

Terrrible experience. Doctor recommended that I see a specialists and the staff pro activity to get tests requested scheduled was below expectations. I probably had to call about 4 times, as they see the Imaging Center as a complete separate unit (hello, think about customer experience, customer service!).now I'm Having an MRI done and they are more than 1,5 hour late. No courtesy of calling patient to let them know. I' should find another clinic soon

I do not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about getting well. I went in for the first time with Dr. Charron because of high heart rate. She spent about 2 minutes with me and that was it. She ordered for bloodwork to test for something. However getting those test results was like pulling teeth. I called and called and it was difficult to even get ahold of a human. Once I finally did they said that they could not give me the results because it had to be Dr. Charron that went over them with me and they said she would get to them when she could. 3 days later I have been diagnosed with a serious illness because I had to go to a different doctor because this place was so unhelpful. The blood work showed that I had the illness so if they would have just looked at the results then I would not be as bad as I am now. I still to this day have not heard from them, guess they are still going to get to it whenever they feel like it. Pretty sure that it’s illegal to withhold test results, resulting in the patient getting worse by the day. One thing I can say was that the front desk staff who checked me in was great. Very kind and helpful. But beware of the way the place runs, I believe it is malpractice. I have heard good things about dr. Khan who works there as well. But other than that I suggest find somewhere else

Overall, we have no complaints. In fact, we are delighted that Dr. Khan joined the group. He is knowledgeable, attentive and listens to our every concern. The 4 star rating is due entirely to the overly long recording on the phone system! There must be a better way.

Due to the wonderful Obamacare, I am forced to choose a PCP so I chose one close to work. The 3 times I have called to try to get in when I'm sick, they couldn't get me in for a WEEK. Depending on illness, I would either be in the hospital or better by then. To make matters worse, their billing people are horrendously rude. I was in a car accident, planned to file with my car insurance, but they wouldn't do it - understandable. So, with them not billing the car insurance you would think that they would give me the information that I need (that the car insurance company requested) so that I can get the bill paid. WRONG. Not only do the rude ladies refuse, but when I speak to a manager, he cuts me off and says the same thing. I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially if you want to be seen by a Doctor while you are actually sick.

I must say on 10/26, I had the worst ever experience with a Doctor's Office. I had a 10:30am appointment with Dr. Ogidan as a new patient. I called at 10:21 to let them know I was going to be late and was told by the scheduling group that I had until 10:45 or I would be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. I was able to make to the floor by 10:43 and had to wait even though there was a lady behind the desk that left as I stood in line that gathered up her things and said Happy Hump Day, Ladies as she left the receptionist area. When I made it to the the desk , I was informed that I would not be able to be seen after the lady at the front desk looked at the clock and also stated I would have to pay a $50 rescheduling fee. I told the lady that I was waiting before 10:45 and she told me that I hadn't approached the desk before 10:45. I explained there was a lady who could have checked me in prior to 10:45am. Then, I asked to speak with the doctor or the nurse and also explained they need to get on the same page with the scheduling group to ensure patients don't deal with this in the future as this happened to my wife as well. In front of me the lady called to talk with a nurse or someone and proceeded to speak in Spanish in a low whisper on the back phone with the back office the whole time. I asked her why she did that. Was it to avoid speaking in English where I could understand? she said she speaks in Spanish with them all the time. It's not like they don't understand English, because when you are called to the back office, they speak to you in English the entire time. The lady at the front desk did not want me to hear or understand what she was saying. It only from here. I was rescheduled to 11:30am with a different Dr. Her name is Dr. Chung. She is a really nice lady but if new patient visits are like what I went through, then, you should never go to this clinic. When I was taken back to the patient room, I was told to sit in the chair that you would have someone going into the appointment with sit on. I never made it to table where they have the paper draped over. The nurse took my pulse ox, my temperature and blood pressure while I sat there. Then, Dr. Chung came and proceeded to just look at the paperwork I was continuing to complete and ask me questions about my past and only focused on past prescriptions 'Ive taken and if the dosage they have in their system was correct or not . Remind you, I'm there as a new patient, she never checked my lungs or my heart with a stethoscope or looked at my throat or ears with an otoscope. I have never had an experience like this my entire life going to see a doctor for the first visit. Even after calling and leaving a message asking to be called back, I still have not received a call back. The lack of service was very surprising.

I went into this clinic on 03/16/19 for a swollen lymph node on my neck. Everything was fine until Dr.Charron came in and asked what brings you in, I show her my neck and her eyes get big. (Scares me into thinking it’s something really bad) them continues to tell me “okay I don’t know what’s wrong with you” as if me being almost 6 weeks pregnant and you’re telling me something like that isn’t going to scare me. Then when I took some blood test the lab lady didn’t tighten the band so I wasn’t pumping blood out SHE LITERALLY PUSHES ON THE NEEDLE THATS INSIDE OF MY ARM TO PUSH BLOOD OUT. Today is a Wednesday and I went on last Saturday my arm is still bruised and blue. I’ve been trying to reach the office to set up a patient portal and they either ignore me or tell me the computers are down..

I worked here for sometime. These are awful people. They treat patients awfully and talk behind their backs. You will not get the care you deserve or need. Uneducated staff..horrible customer service...poor patient treatment. Several patients misdiagnosed.
