I
must
say
on
10/26,
I
had
the
worst
ever
experience
with
a
Doctor's
Office.
I
had
a
10:30am
appointment
with
Dr.
Ogidan
as
a
new
patient.
I
called
at
10:21
to
let
them
know
I
was
going
to
be
late
and
was
told
by
the
scheduling
group
that
I
had
until
10:45
or
I
would
be
charged
a
$50
rescheduling
fee.
I
was
able
to
make
to
the
floor
by
10:43
and
had
to
wait
even
though
there
was
a
lady
behind
the
desk
that
left
as
I
stood
in
line
that
gathered
up
her
things
and
said
Happy
Hump
Day,
Ladies
as
she
left
the
receptionist
area.
When
I
made
it
to
the
the
desk
,
I
was
informed
that
I
would
not
be
able
to
be
seen
after
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
looked
at
the
clock
and
also
stated
I
would
have
to
pay
a
$50
rescheduling
fee.
I
told
the
lady
that
I
was
waiting
before
10:45
and
she
told
me
that
I
hadn't
approached
the
desk
before
10:45.
I
explained
there
was
a
lady
who
could
have
checked
me
in
prior
to
10:45am.
Then,
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
doctor
or
the
nurse
and
also
explained
they
need
to
get
on
the
same
page
with
the
scheduling
group
to
ensure
patients
don't
deal
with
this
in
the
future
as
this
happened
to
my
wife
as
well.
In
front
of
me
the
lady
called
to
talk
with
a
nurse
or
someone
and
proceeded
to
speak
in
Spanish
in
a
low
whisper
on
the
back
phone
with
the
back
office
the
whole
time.
I
asked
her
why
she
did
that.
Was
it
to
avoid
speaking
in
English
where
I
could
understand?
she
said
she
speaks
in
Spanish
with
them
all
the
time.
It's
not
like
they
don't
understand
English,
because
when
you
are
called
to
the
back
office,
they
speak
to
you
in
English
the
entire
time.
The
lady
at
the
front
desk
did
not
want
me
to
hear
or
understand
what
she
was
saying.
It
only
from
here.
I
was
rescheduled
to
11:30am
with
a
different
Dr.
Her
name
is
Dr.
Chung.
She
is
a
really
nice
lady
but
if
new
patient
visits
are
like
what
I
went
through,
then,
you
should
never
go
to
this
clinic.
When
I
was
taken
back
to
the
patient
room,
I
was
told
to
sit
in
the
chair
that
you
would
have
someone
going
into
the
appointment
with
sit
on.
I
never
made
it
to
table
where
they
have
the
paper
draped
over.
The
nurse
took
my
pulse
ox,
my
temperature
and
blood
pressure
while
I
sat
there.
Then,
Dr.
Chung
came
and
proceeded
to
just
look
at
the
paperwork
I
was
continuing
to
complete
and
ask
me
questions
about
my
past
and
only
focused
on
past
prescriptions
'Ive
taken
and
if
the
dosage
they
have
in
their
system
was
correct
or
not
.
Remind
you,
I'm
there
as
a
new
patient,
she
never
checked
my
lungs
or
my
heart
with
a
stethoscope
or
looked
at
my
throat
or
ears
with
an
otoscope.
I
have
never
had
an
experience
like
this
my
entire
life
going
to
see
a
doctor
for
the
first
visit.
Even
after
calling
and
leaving
a
message
asking
to
be
called
back,
I
still
have
not
received
a
call
back.
The
lack
of
service
was
very
surprising.
