Came in because I had difficulty breathing and a cough I haven’t been able to shake past 2 weeks. All the staff was great with all my intake, lab and imaging and treatment was fast and efficient. Caroline, Teresa, Jordan, Asia and Dr Tran were amazing. Turned a scary issue for me into a pleasant one! 🩵

The staff at SignatureCare was wonderful. Kenzie and Kelly were awesome nurses. They were very quick and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Braun and his team were easy to communicate with and they always explained what they were doing and why. I really recommend SignatureCare especially if you don’t want to wait hours in a waiting room. I was called back before I even finished my paperwork.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the registration, Ms. Cynthia, she was such a sweetheart and got me in quick. The nurse Ms. Kelly was amazing. Ms. Teresa was such a genuine soul. Mr. Hoan made sure I wasn't in pain while assisting me in blood drawn. Dr. Edwards was also amazing. This whole visit was amazing, fast & just genuine.

Signature Care Emergency Center was a fantastic experience. We went to have my daughter's ankle evaluated and we were in and out in less than an hour! Dr Smith, Jessica, Ryan, Anthony, and Erica were kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond. We had a CT scan done and had the results in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this facility and will go back in the future for all of our emergent needs.

Signature care emergency is the best. My husband has been here, and the care was phenomenal. Unfortunately I had to go to signature care today. but I was so fortunate to meet the best team ever: Cynthia, Jessica, Teresa, David and R.Ybarra were amazing. Signature care cares for you. Signature care is my favorite and my husband’s favorite place to go. Keep the good work team.

The entire Staff at the Memorial City location was AMAZING!! From the time I stepped through their front door, checked-in and was asked to go to the back to get evaluated…it was less than ten (10) minutes wait-time. I was quite impressed with that. Unlike typical Hospital ER’s where you are triaged and have to wait hours and hours in the waiting room to be taken to the back. I even shared my positive experience with my Team Members at work, during one of our meetings on Thursday afternoon . I am so glad I found this place and will definitely used their services again, if needed, in the near future. Thank you all…for all that you did for me yesterday (Thursday - 9/28/23). Keep on “knocking it out of the park”! You guys rock!!

Excellent care by everyone here from the front door staff, Julia and Olivia to the nurses Gabriela and Lauren and dr. Smith. They all made me feel welcome and had so much empathy. Thank you!

My experience at Signature Care was awesome! I was greeted with a big smile from Olivia at the front desk. Brittney, Debbie, and Mildred were very kind and answered any questions I had. Lastly, Dr. Qureshi made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my concerns.

Now that they are HCA it sucks. I came in with an allergic reaction 12/31 around 1231 a blonde In blue scrubs said I wasn’t an emergency and to wait because I could talk. Left went to another facility and my O2 stats were 89. That’s complete neglect. I told you I’m an asthma patient. I know when it’s an emergency and when I can manage. If you want to die stop by there Neglect

Amazing service and staff. The team at SugnatureCare was extremely kind and gentle. They left no stone unturned and made sure my sister was comfortable and safe. I strongly recommend them for any medical emergency. Thank you so much Signaturecare.

Mr. Anthony was so wonderful and caring he took good care of me. Wow the Doctor Ms. Edwards she was a true Blessing I felt very safe with her. The nurse Gabriela was very nice also. And Cynthia was a great help at the front desk. They all took care of me. Thank you

- Dr. Healey Was very rude to me from the greeting until the moment I walked out with my 3 year old son. I was so uncomfortable when dr. Healey came in due to the introduction and the way the Dr showed no empathy/compassion. My son broke out in a rash all over his body.. he does get this when he is sick however it has NEVER BEEN THIS BAD. I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even get the opportunity to tell her we had seafood tonight! I told her that he gets a rash when he is sick and I want to make sure that it’s not something more serious. This dr told me that I won’t know I don’t know ask his pedetrician. Completely dismissed me said he looks fine when he has a rash all over his body. He’s a lil itchy but that’s it. I get that he didn’t have a life threatening situation as this dr stated. Letting me know that this facility is for life threatening situations ! Then when it was time for him to get medicine the lady with the Dark Vader mask came in and gave me the meds. Didn’t even bother to try to medicate him. I have never and I mean never been treated like that. The other 2 nurses that came in was great. I wish the interaction was just with them 2. I have been to signature care before and never been treated like that. NEVER! I’m usually dressed more professionally however it was 2 am.. this was the worst! That dr. Needs to be held accountable for their actions! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! I hope no one walks away feeling as I did today.
