Extremely Disappointed on Every Level & Dirty. Hadn’t been here in years. The dining area was reduced to a small space. The late midday crowd on Sunday was very loud. The music was very loud. The wait for first table service was very long. The waitress was not paying attention to the order details and forgot things. The food was ok-portions were good. The menu offerings were very limited. The restrooms were smelly and disgusting and has signs of no attending maintenance. My daughter had to te to me to bring her some toilet paper, bc the stall was out. The manager never visited the table to check on things, and neither did the waitress. Will not be returning.

We had an excellent Sunday Brunch. We got a 10:30 seating despite Google saying they open at 11:00. I had a Bloody Mary to start, which arrived as a glass of vodka that you then take to a fix-it-yourself bar. The buffet itself was plentiful with a Mexican and Central American bias. The food was good and too varied to describe. . Service was fine-mainly drinks. . The venue was pretty open, so if you are somehow still concerned with social distancing, you needn't worry.

Waitress was phenomenal. Food was good. Seating was a little crowded but overall it was a good experience and I'll be back 👍

Really nice happy hour place that lasts until 7. They have a Margarita pitcher for $15 and all of the happy hour food was about $6. Grab a few friends after work- go and have a great time on a budget!

I had not been here in years, the food was alright, rice had some almost raw/hard bits. The drinks are as good as I recall, drank a few pitchers. The service was terrible, it took almost an hour for someone to take our order. We dined on a Saturday around 4. The place was not busy, unsure of the reason. Staff didn't come around, we had to call someone over & it wasn't just our table. Will be another few years before I return, if I do.

Great atmosphere and food. Everyone was enjoying Margaritas and the TexMex food was delicious. Portions are plentiful. Fresh chips and salsa are tasty. If visiting Houston Heights area, this should be on your list.

Attended ACOE's annual holiday event at Cadillac Bar Laredo Room, themed Casino Nights, and it was a blast! The venue offered ample open space, fantastic bars, a lively dance floor, and abundant room for poker tables. The perfect setting for a memorable event, and the spacious layout ensured everyone had a great time. Highly recommend for future gatherings!

Sunday Brunch is always on point. The food and choices are a delight. Brittany the bartender/server is the best and my #1 requested person every time I drop in (lunch, Happy hour... It use to be Jimmy, but I haven't seen him in a long time) ! Very personable and recommends the best drink options! I have gone here with a large group as well but the MALE server that day came up short. The made to order omelets are my favorite, as well as the lady who makes them.

Went to the Cadillac bar and grill for the Sunday buffet had a good time they have lots of things their deserts omelet bar fajitas chips and salsa chips and queso pancakes and all kind of other stuff pretty neat place to go to for a family gathering after Sunday church they also have all kind of other stuff that goes on during the week haven't been there to do that yet but I've been here a couple times with my friends it's always a neat place to stop in whether to have a drink or just gather with your friends pretty cool little spot I recommended everybody check it out like and follow me for more great reviews as always keep it fresh

Great atmosphere. Get the fish!! Perfectly cooked. Combo fajita was so filling. Would highly recommend.

I got the spinach enchiladas. It tasted exactly like what I wanted, cheesy & creamy. We liked all of it, the chips, the margaritas, and the rice and beans. We are definitely going back.

Awesome food, service, staff and clean place. Friendly staff and great for networking and meetings.

The Cadillac Bar is defiantly a landmark in the area. I tried the Enchilada Combo plate, all were good. The best thing I tried was the bacon wrapped shrimp. They have a huge parking lot

Had an absolute blast at the Sunday Brunch Buffet at Cadillac Bar. Definitely will be back, definitely a great place to try before any Sunday afternoon flights back home for out of town friends.

My first time here and I have to say, WOW! It’s amazing Mexican food and when I say wow I mean it. There waiters are amazing and very attentive and help you if you have no clue what you want or if your a first timer like me. Then when it comes to the food, the fajitas are amazing, I’ll just let the pictures speak.

We were visiting Houston, and we went here with family during Happy Hour. We were seated right away with no wait. Everything that we ordered was spectacular. Highly recommend the strawberry margarita and beef quesadillas.

My partner and I just left and everything was GREAT! Our waiter ( I believe her name starts with a “T” she has braids) she was impeccable !! The food was sooo good. We will definitely be back !!

Let me just say that my Anniversary dinner was saved by the management and staff of Cadillac! I'd reserved a private dining room to celebrate my Anniversary with family and friends in February. In April, the day before my dinner, I'd learned that my reservation had not been taken down. Thankfully the room was available and OH MY GOSH, I forgot the manager's name that I spoke with over the phone, starts with a D. LOL, well he got me squared away. I was so emotional about the representative that initially took my reservation it was hard to speak. D remained calm and really helped me. When I arrived hauling all of my decorations in, lol, I was greeted and helped by the evening manager and bar waitress. They helped me with the table lines, centerpieces and EVERYTHING! Thank you Cadillac family for making my 12 year Anniversary dinner great!

Brittany took care of us whenever we came in while staying in town. The house salsa with chips is good. A decent deal for a pitcher of margarita if you want to get your drank on girlfriend. We ordered the street tacos plate with charro beans & rice & the Carnitas plate with charro beans and rice. This plate I would definitely order again, the meat was tender and juicy🥰😜 They definitely give you a lot of food and it was plated nicely. I didn't get a picture but trust me, it's a nice spot to check into. They have brunch that ends at 2pm on Sundays so we'll check that out next time. Went and Dine in for the first time, had a horrible experience. Took a while to get greeted, order ceviche as appetizer and Fajitas as our main entree. We got the fajitas first and with out tortillas and it took over 10 minutes to get the tortillas after that we got the ceviche and had more tomatoes and cabbage than anything. The server look like it was her first day, idk if I would go back. The only positive is the Fajitas are good. On the pic is what we got on the ceviche and for the price...

Went for Friday happy hour. Atmosphere was cool but drinks lacked and the bathroom facilities definitely were not clean. Price of drinks were good just very watered down. Overall ok

I had not been to the Cadillac bar since before the pandemic. Sat at the bar and the staff was awesome. 5 stars good customer service and great food. Awesome HH

A classic Mexican restaurant. Food was good especially Beef quesadillas ranchero and beef fajitas . Black Angus beef fajita was too greasy. But overall food is good. inside it’s a rustic interior. But nice people and friendly service. I recommend everyone.
