Shot Bar is a mediocre club. The bar is not accessible when there is a crowd inside. I do not believe that they do a good enough job at limiting people from entering thus making the atmosphere overwhelming and unsafe. I would not go out of my way to come back. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

If I could give no stars I would the guy at the door that wears the same beige jacket every weekend is a racist. They see successful black men and find any reason not to let them in.. very unprofessional, it’s not my fault you make 12 a hour

We ordered rum and coke and they were serving us triple sec instead of rum. I'm in the bartending/hospitality industry and this was a deliberate choice to serve the triple sec instead of rum because multiple times they poured the same right in front of me.

horrible. horrible. disrespectful people, we were there in a group and they poured water at my friends; even though it was empty. it’s not our fault that that they can’t make sure how many people are occupying the place. please don’t go here it’s not even fun, or good music.

Such a fun spot! Straight forward party bar. Entertaining Shot wheel, fast service, and awesome music. Can't go wrong if you're bar hopping in midtown

This place is great if you are bar hopping. Definitely recommend getting the $5 shot wheel its fun and the shots are good. Music is great but this place gets cramped quick! Recommend getting a shot with some friends and checking out the other places across the street

DJ Wicked is the best DJ in Houston and he plays amazing music here at Shot Bar. The bartenders make the best drinks and are super nice!

This is the best place in Houston for a shot drink! If you are undecided, just tell the bartender to spin the wheel!

Very cool relaxed vibe. Nice whiskey selection, unique cocktails, and a proper Old Fashioned. Definitely recommend visiting!

I enjoyed my night here alone because my date left me. But who cares. I bought 2 more drinks and partied with the crowd, I met a few hotties inside and out. They even have an express bar so I didn't wait in line too long !

Went for my 21st bday. Had a very fun time!! Very packed and a little hard to get to the bar. There was more space up top though

Friendly owner & staff. Prompt service. Great sound. Small but people are respectful of your space. High ceiling gives a very underground concert feel. Definitely going back.

It's fun, but a little too packed. They could benefit from making their capacity about 10-15% less. There is barely room to dance. Wheel idea is cool but shots are very overpriced, even for the area. Worth checking out, but there are better options in the area
