This venue hosted an event with the brand Vic & Cos. It was basically a scam. Both the venue and the brand should be embarrassed and reported. Their FB page said they expected 2000 people. Unfortunately, it was as if they setup for 200 people. We waited for almost 3 hours and never received food. One woman passed out from the heat and having to stand in line for so long. We left because we knew it would be at least another hour before we could maybe get what we paid for. We had to pay in advance and it was the biggest scam and ripoff. Picture is the 1 girl serving everyone. Everyone being the expected 2000 people per the event FB page (the other 2 pictures). Edit to add: They charged a 20% gratuity on all drink orders. No drinks were included with the tickets. Our drinks were $15. The bartender said it was $20. We gave him $100 and he didn't want to give us change because he thought we gave him a $20. And sorry but 20% on $15 is not $5! If you've ever been here, double check your credit card transactions.

First time I came here was alright experience, because I knew the DJ on Sundays. But second time I came here with other friends, the security is so disrespectful and made my friends pay TWICE, because he said he felt like it. They are the most disrespectful people and even the cocktail waitresses are trying to hustle you for money. They will say they don’t have change for a $20 bill when the shots they give out are $5.. The alcoholic drinks at the bars don’t even have alcohol in them. ALL juice or chaser each drink was like $10 and they expect a tip. Definitely will not be back ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND. The reason this place has a low rating is because it’s the TRUTH. Ghetto and Ratchet are the right words!

Came here for an “all you can eat” crawfish boil. $6 for a bottle of beer. Waited in line for 40 minutes. And got there 10 minutes before it opened. And waited in another line for 40 min for the crawfish inside. No signs indicating where the crawfish is. It’s utterly confusing. Rip off boxes. Some of them aren’t even full. All tables are in the hot sun. Unless you buy a bottle $250. Don’t expect normal service unless you’re ready to spend another $150

The Crawfish all you can eat festival was a disaster. The line was long getting in. Then the line for food was three times as long. The entire time wait for 1lb of crawfish was 2 and a half to three hours. I will never in my entire life go to a Vic & Co event again. This joke they got going on hustling people will get the in the same boat as the Fyre festival.

Fist time. Cool spot. Definitely has potential but the waitress never came around after the second drink. I was there for 4 hrs so I just started going to the bar. The bar staff was great for the most part, except one guy mocking my friend. Two hours later, I had to look for the waitress to get my ID since I was ready to go. Then when I found her, she was with some guys in the corner talking/laughing with the other waitress. At least act like your working when you’re goofing off. Look busy. She still never went to check on my friends that stayed 30mins later. They had to call me to figure out where to get there IDs as well. Maybe better staff will be there during summer break! 🤞🏼

It was pretty fun. The drinks were as averaged priced, nothing fancy. It does have a smoking area. The restrooms are avg just barely passable. It gets real hot because you are outside. They sell food their. Mixed crowd mostly Hispanics.

As an artist who pops up at various locations for vending Art, Capitol Bar Midtown has great shade and entertaining DJs

Ok went to this spot for a Caribbean party on July 3 and it's a actually a spacious indoor outdoor bar. And they had $5 drink specials which were pretty good. First time going here but would go back. P.S. the bathrooms were pretty clean and that's very surprising for a club.

Great place for casual mixed crowd fun, Sunday funday is the best, chef Greg creole food is awesome
