Russell was our waiter and the man knows how to make sure your dining experience is nothing short of 5 stars. Knowledge, respectful, entertaining, and knew how to smooth over a minor hiccup we had. For the food I recommend everything we ordered! Second time here Ive had the crab cake too and it’s magnificent. Indoor or outdoor dining is great. They outdoor dining it covered all the way with a clear tent and is very spacious. It’s on the 2nd story

B&B is always my go to steakhouse in the city for dry aged, Wagyu or Kobe meat. I finally had the opportunity to try the full tasting menu and everything was awesome. It was eye opening to learn about all the meat and finding the things that you like and don’t. They teach you that price does not always mean better to each person. Ryan was an awesome waiter and teacher. The drinks we great and they did a good job with wine pairings too. My all time favorite though is getting the deli meat from the butcher. If you like pastrami you have to go try it! Great place for dates, work dinners and private events.

We had the HRW menu. They had a variety of fantastic menu choices. Every dish was great and so flavorful. I didn’t love the shape of the bread as it was difficult to eat and hard to spread butter or cheese on it. The service was impeccable. The steak was slightly over cooked but was still juicy and delish. It would have been nice if the steak came with sides but we had to order them separately.

Well…! First let’s talk about the service! I will give a 10/10. The place is perfect to enjoy the food with a good wine from their collection. We order oysters they were DELICIOUS, you won’t find them anywhere!! The steak was good they have the best ones in town. I just had an incident with one the sides, I ordered brocoli and mashed potatoes, and the brocoli had this worms that they usually have when you don’t washed properly. We notified it, and they were sorry, the chef said that those are normally find in there but well for me is just about sanity, and they didn’t washed it. After that I stopped eating, took a coffee pay my check and go! They just offer me dessert for the inconvenience, I didn’t take it but that was my experience. if you are looking for the best cuts of meat, this is the place! but you know DON'T ASK FOR BROCCOLI

Superb!!! Lovely traditional decor. Valet parking. Fantastic staff and service. Very cozy, warm atmosphere, upscale but not stuffy. And the food was MAGNIFICENT! Everything was prepared to perfection. If you're in Houston and you want a great steak (and sides), I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic dinner here! We started with wine for me and a mule for the husband. Our server was fantastic! She talked us into the bacon 3 ways for a starter; it was so delicious with thick cut bacon in 3 different styles. My least favorite was the lamb ... I just didn't like the taste of it. For my entree, I ordered the 8 oz North American Wagyu filet, cooked medium rare. It was cooked to perfection ... so yummy that it's making my mouth water now. Ambiance was great inside. They offer valet parking although we took an Uber this particular evening. Gorgeous views of downtown from the upstairs dining room make it a great date night spot.

Stopped by for lunch during restaurant week/month. $20 lunch was pretty stellar for what you got. I got the brisket ravioli. I have had it before as an appetizer at dinner. I knew it would be good. Kind of mushroom wine gravy on top, gravy was light though so wasn’t too full for main. Butcher Burger! Was humongous. Had to take off the bun 1/3 of the way through. Glad I did because the burger itself was delicious. Really fresh beef seasoned well. Also if a must is the thick cut bacon appetizer. It’s insane and could potentially be a meal by itself.

We dined at B&B last night. The ambiance was nice and cozy. Excellent for date night. Our waitress was nice, informative, and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. Will definitely be coming back. I will try the Steak next time.

The food was excellent, but the service had many gaps. Our table didn't receive the bread basket until I asked for it a second time, which was when our entree arrived. I had been hoping to enjoy some bread with the meatball marinara and the delicious prosciutto and burrata appetizer. After finishing our cocktails, we chose a bottle of merlot (priced at over $100 per bottle) to go with our main course. To my surprise, the server initially brought a bottle of cabernet sauvignon. I was dumbfounded. Afterward it would have been nice to have a sample pour in the wine glass before it was filled completely for my guest, allowing me to smell the wine for the quality. Lastly, I noticed that when I got home, the cheesecake I had barely touched was missing from my takeout bag. We both bearly touch our desert as when we first ordered, the waiter ensured that it wasn't overbaring amount of food, therefore we ordered additional apps and sides to go with our dinner. Please be honest to your customer, those portions are way too big for just two person. I hope the service improves as I do like the venue.

We've been wanting to go here for over a year and they did not disappoint! Food was amazing, atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was top notch. I think it's also important to note that we came here with a stroller and our 5-month-old son. Not only did they get us a table with enough room for the stroller, but they treated us and our son like we were guests of honor. Every single person at this restaurant goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, and that speaks volumes.

We tried to come here for my wife's birthday but the schedules didn't align. We did, however, get to enjoy via today's Veteran's Day lunch. I had the bacon appetizer, sirloin and bread pudding for dessert and my wife had the Caesar salad, chophouse burger and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was very good and despite the crush of business due to the Vet complimentary meals, staff/kitchen did a great job with service. Would definitely come again to try other dishes...oh and we grabbed crab cakes and scallops to go! Great experience. 👍🇺🇲

Overall good experience. No reservations needed on a Sunday around 3 pm. Friendly staff. Server was able to answer our questions about the menu. Soup was amazing. Prime Rib was good but it cool down too quick for my taste. I would visit again.

Wow this dinner was amazing!! My wife and I were in town for a vacation and we wanted somewhere nice to go for a couples dinner and this place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!. The food was amazing and our wait staff were great! Recommended what we liked rather than the most expensive item. Now dinner here may be a special occasion based on your own budgets, but you get what you pay for!” The Brussel sprouts and mushroom sides complemented our shared 40oz porterhouse

The server seemed not be in a good mood before we tipped him well... I came for my birthday and got a free dessert and different managers wished me a happy birthday which made me a little surprised. Overall, 5 star. Will be back to try different dishes.

We had the Butcher's Butter, 8oz North American wagyu sirloin, and a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary. All were amazing! The Butcher's Butter was so tender and flavorful, the North American wagyu was tender as well but my wife topped it with a truffle butter that took it to the next level. Fantastic food, service, and drinks! Try the Evening on Frenchman cocktail!

Beautiful steakhouse and top notch experience. The food was incredible and fit the billing. Fully recommend the rooftop patio if the weather is nice. Great atmosphere and views paired perfectly with our steaks!

Great service, food, ambiance and drink selection. Very impressive wine menu. They make a great old fashioned. Very fresh salads and fish. Their steak was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly and our waiter was super attentive as well as helpful when it came to picking dishes. We started off with the B&B Meatballs as well as the Sizzling Thick Cut Bacon. B&B Butchers is known for their bacon and it’s incorporated into many of their dishes. We each got the surf & turf for our second course. It was two filet medallions and two bacon wrapped crab stuffed shrimp. The filets were cooked perfectly and to top it off we ordered a side of the brussel sprouts. They were hands down some of the best brussel sprouts I’ve ever had as they were topped with bacon and garlic chili. Last but not least we ordered the cheesecake imported all the way from New York and it’s the only dessert on the menu they don’t make at the restaurant and then the classic crème brûlée. To tie the entire meal together we picked a Diora Pinot Noir. We had a great dinner and dining experience at B&B Butchers and recommend to anyone looking for a night out with your significant other, parents, friend or coworkers.

Service was good, but food lacked salt to taste. Disappointed brisket ravioli was very small plate; brisket should be on top and not infused. Burger was good , but lacked flavor in sauce and lack of salt. Sausage on burger was too small and one small tomato for a big bun. Needed onions, Potato wedges were huge, but not good at all. The oil used was not good enough and texture was off. Seasoning was lacking the most. Food temperature was good. Wedges should be thinner.

I had onion, jam, burger it was super good. My husband had the Ruben both were excellent. The potatoes are more like wedges, then steak fries. I would go back.

This place is absolutely amazing. Our waitress, Celeste was wonderful. We were here for a bachelorette gathering. She took great care of us. The food was amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and all the side were delightful.

My first review in many years… cuz they definitely deserves it. Food itself is certainly good bacon for appetizer and the Butcher’s Butter 10 oz all fantastic. But I’d appreciate the service even more. I mentioned myself only a visitor from NYC, who probably won’t get a chance to visit again but they still patiently introduced and explained the menu for me. When my appetizer took too long, they offer free bread and the manage came to apologize with sincerity. To my surprise, they waived my bill for that appetizer for too long waiting time. I mean, this is the service and respect I have been looking for. My waiter’s name is Matt. Wonderful man!

First restaurant on my fine dining food tour in Houston. Restaurant was nice, they have valet parking and we were seated immediately upon arrival. They sat us at a small two seater by the window. The table are very close together and the table tops are small. You can barely fit the utensils & menu on table together. The service was great. Staff is very attentive. All of the managers come by and make sure you’re enjoying yourself. Food was excellent, although could use a little more seasoning. I enjoyed the Wagyu carpaccio, 6oz Wagyu tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes and the Wagyu with steak fries. My only complaint is our waitress kept asking us (3 times) if we were celebrating something as if Black people weren’t their usual clientele. Then she finally asked, “So you guys look like this & dress like this all the time?” I was offended by this question but I didn’t address it. Overall, the meal was enjoyable. I would suggest servers “read the room”. People usually don’t patronize an establishment they can’t afford and they don’t have to “celebrating” something to want a great meal.

I've been looking for the best dry aged Wagyu in Houston and to this point have found it. This experience did not disappoint. The 55 day dry aged beef was excellent, very flavorful and cooked/seasoned near perfectly. The wine list was extensive and sides phenomenal. There is a top notch listing of cellar cut choices, aged in house. I will be back. A 5 star rating is near impossible with me but this is closest.

This is our second time here. The first time was dinner, and this time for brunch. Both times we had a wonderful experience. The food and service have always been top-notch. The atmosphere is very nice. I can not recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed. I only took one photo, and that was of the bacon 🥓, a must try item.

This was on my list of try places coming back to Houston again. I was not disappointed at all. The waiter and the rest of Team were very attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. Only real complaint I wish the Sando was a bit warmer. Aside from that everything was flavorful and simply amazing. 🤤

I have been coming to this location for years and the service is impeccable as is the food. Celebrated my birthday yesterday and had a wonderful experience and now they have a kids menu (never saw one before). My steak was not the greatest but everyone else had amazing food. Definitely try the carpetbagger and the Three Bacon app. Love this place!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the cocktails were expertly crafted. The ambiance was elegant and intimate, perfect for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. The highlight of the meal was definitely the quality of the meat - it was juicy, tender and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a high-end dining experience.

My girlfriend and I decided to stop by for HRW and we loved it! I choose the mozzarella BLT, medallions with bacon wrapped shrimp and NY cheese cake. Everything was delicious, but the cheesecake was a little warm which was kinda off putting. Still tasty. Would definitely go back to try more! The restaurant patio has fans and is really pretty I’d recommend sitting outside if you can.

Follow me @bigdaddykteats for more food pics and reviews. B&B butchers is a place that's done right. The Atmosphere is great, it sets the mood for a wonderful date night or a great night on the town with friends. The Service is excellent and the wait staff is very attentive to your needs and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was prepared excellent and taste amazing. We enjoyed the wygu steak steak and the butter medallions was the best steak I have ever tasted. This place is a must try.
