    Been coming here for years now. Old favorite of mine and my family's. Love their Chips and Salsa/Queso (No one makes chips like they do!!) Love their Burgers and especially their southwest egg rolls!! 🔥🔥🔥 I always seem to eventually come back here and don't plan on ever stopping. I've never had a issue with their service or their food. 💯💯💯

    Let me start off by saying if I could give no stars n leave a review that’s exactly what I would do.. so anyway… my family and I went to chilis in humble, our drinks were brought out and I place a kids meal order first before we decided what we wanted.. after 15-20 mins the baby’s food still was not out n as my daughter n I are talking she notices something in her glass as to she’s hoping it’s a big chunk of ice unfortunately it was not.. it was a crushed up lid jammed inside, so I ask the waiter if he can call his manager.. she comes out doesn’t say hello just stands at the end of the table w a look implying what with a questionable face. So I say I’m sure you see my cup, she hand gestures ok what I said ma’am there’s a whole lid inside my cup she’s reply’s it comes with a lid I said ma’am I didn’t ask for a lid that was crushed all the way inside my glass she never apologized or anything just stood there like what do you want me to do and then says are you sure.. me looking puzzled like am I sure?! I said wow ok.. she says I’ll bring you drinks in a too go cup is that what you want I said no what I want is better service but at this point I think it’s time for my family n I to leave your establishment because this is not how business should be handled. She said ok bye.. I will never again stop by a chilis!!! I get not all managers have the same attitude but to feel as though I put the lid in the glass and not one sorry did it for me

    Service was good as it could be I guess. Because they had the bartender doing four jobs at one time. Taking to-go orders , waiting tables , cleaning up the area and waiting people at the bar. I really didn't like the fact they didn't help the young lady out. But the food was cold when I got and they dam near gave my order another customer until I said something. They need do a lot better.

    Tonight was my second time sitting at the bar at this location Chili's on a Friday night. I had the displeasure of experiencing the pure lack of personality of the Friday night bartender. Last weekend, there were 4 of us & it would take forever to get our drinks after ordering them. Tonight, it was just me. I didn't get napkins or silverware. As soon as my food was brought out, he/she (not sure what their pronouns are) was asking if I was going to order anything else or ready for the ticket. I ordered the Queso Blanco curly fries & there were hardly any fries on the plate. I've been told the Atascocita location is much better.

    The service at this location was horrible! We went for lunch at a time that was not crowded but the service was HORRIBLE! The waiter was not interested and it showed.I had to go to the bar to get take out containers and continued to wait for our ticket. All in all the process took close to 20 minutes.The manager walked by several times , asking the 2 tables behind us if they needed anything. We could not get his attention and he continued to ignore our table. I asked to speak to him upon leaving. We waited at the entry to get out ticket from him as we couldn’t get it from the waiter. When I told the manager I wasn't pleased at being ignored or having to chase someone down to pay, he was unconcerned. He said oh sorry and then said “The next time you come ask for me( Paul) and I’ll get you a prime spot” as he hands me my ticket! NO NO NO, there will be NO next time!

    I would rate -0 let’s be honest guys with these reviews! Chili’s use to be my go spot for a quick meal and drink if I wanted . Today this location really made me think otherwise. After being patient with the newbie waitress came to realize my ticket was incorrect. The manager was called and she was very rude and nonchalant and oh I said rude . Words can’t even explain my frustration with this location. Team member s have low moral and motivation to assist the paying customers that come and tip them for their service. The current manager there needs to go . She’s not fit for the job , Jennifer is what I was told her name was. She did not want to adjust my ticket and talked sh.. the whole time. She got mad at her new employee for not knowing and took it out on me. Not cool I for sure went off on her because it was not called for . This location is going down you can tell- it use to be packed, now it’s a last resort for customers. If you can’t handle the position let someone handle it and you take another job. Jennifer , please reconstruct yourself you are a leader your team members have no one to depend on..if you can’t fix a customers ticket then say that and let someone else handle . Very embarrassing that I had to go off on her because she had an attitude the whole time as I was calm and cool she walked away during me explaining what was wrong on my ticket .. because she didn’t want to handle it . Smh waiting for someone from corporate to contact me in our interaction today.

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating to a pretty large group. We asked him to put two tables together, and they did it without hesitation for us. Our drinks got refilled very quickly without even having to ask and the food didn’t take long to come to the table. Six dollar monthly margarita was great! Overall a good option for families.

    I went with a couple of friends. Upon ordering the waiter let us know they were pretty much out of everything we wanted to order. No fries, asparagus, broccoli, guacamole, etc. Once I received my order I was very underwhelmed. The food was tasteless and for a $15 burger it was ridiculous on top of the fact I had to get a side of not so loaded mashed potatoes instead of the fries I wanted. The drinks were good but not worth the almost $9 they cost. Definitely will not return to this location.

    I liked it a lot!! Our waiter was kind and helpful and he knew the menu. He even recommended a dish.... which I did order. It tasted great so I ordered a "to go" meal as well. 😊 My cocktail was not to my liking and the manager gave me a free dessert to compensate for it. I was grateful and it was good and hot. I thoroughly enjoyed myself after a long week at work. Thanks Chili's!😉

    This was the second time my husband and I have visited Chili's. He is very hard to please and he enjoyed the burger and fries. You would think you couldn't go wrong with that but with him you can!!! I enjoyed the Text Mex egg rolls. The hours are such that we can attend after a play or concert.

    The chicken wings were undercooked and slimy and their Cajun Shrimp in the pasta was severely undercooked as well. My partner and I both got sick immediately after eating here tonight that we didn't make it all the way home before vomiting. Servers were all goofing off in the back near the kitchen barely checking on their patrons. Trash was left on the tables and they were half-assedly wiped down. One of the servers nearly sprayed their table cleaner into my soup as they completely missed the table next to us. Easily the worst location I've ever been to.

    Gilbert was our server and since we hadn't been to Chili's in a long time, his assistance with my 81 yo MIL and me went above and beyond! We really enjoyed our lunch. Food and drinks were fantastic. The people who brought our meals to us were also superb. We're looking forward to our next visit!

    This Chili’s use to serve delicious food. The quality of the food has went down. My chicken bacon quesadilla was not good, some of the chicken taste like rubber when you chew it. My husband shrimp in the shrimp pasta was under cooked. My mom soup was cold she had to get another soup. The menu options has declined. I use to really like Chili’s and this use to be the one to go to in Humble, not anymore.

    Food, service, price great. Need wallcoverings or such to absorb sound. Way too much clatter, conversation impossible. Everyone having to yell. Some kids had ramp rat headsets on and they were toddlers! Full rack of ribs and split to make two dinners incredible bargain vs two half orders of ribs. $23 for full, $17 for half.

    The staff at Chili's led by Andrea ( Gen. Manager) and Mandy (server) were very hospitable and accommodating to our big, HS athletic group! We were treated very nicely and the food was precise and on-point! This is our 2nd time to this specific location, and it gets better every time. We will definitely be back next time we are in Humble. Thank you Andrea for making our experience wonderful!

    The food was delicious. Very tasty burger. Chips were not offered but charged, though. Most of the places offer free chips as a courtesy. The service was rather unfriendly. It is kind of sweet and sour between the good food and the very regular service.

    I would like to give Lady and Manager Paul for great service tonight... Fast and friendly service with a smile...     The table we were seated at was wobbly and caused my beer to spill so we moved to another table on our own accord since the waitress rarely checked in on us. The food took a while to arrive but was wrong because the same waitress entered the wrong dish for my friend. I had to eat without him so that my food didn't get cold. However, she informed the manager of the issue and he made amends. Overall, could have been better.

    I bought take out in the past and it was more quantity for your money spent, today not so much. Now it's like your buying a kids meal. Please give us more portion for our hard earned money that we spend to buy food from you guys. The 2 start is for quality and service.

    The bartender and bar was horrible on the night of 10-29-22!! Very unfriendly, she acted like she didn't want to be there, wasn't familiar with the wine selection and dirty dishes everywhere. I just came off a long shift and wanted to watch the game and enjoy some good food and service. I should have just went home and made a sandwich. IT was that bad. If you don't like people or your job, GET A NEW ONE!! The manager here needs to check their staff. Very disappointed as I used to be a Chilihead. We were not checked on and had to ask for everything. Won't be back.

    Went here with family for dinner (9/25/22). Service was good from the wait staff but the manager was rude. So I found a hair in my food, I didn’t make a big deal out of it just asked the waitress for another. So fast forward to when we’re about to pay, we’re going over the bill and notice a few things wrong, so I asked the waitress to go over it with me and she does and she noticed that I was charged like two or three times for the food with the hair in it, and some other stuff. So I guess she tells the manager to fix my order. She comes back and said the manager isn’t taking one of the meals off (the one with the hair) but she fixed everything else.. and I was kinda of surprised, because I never asked the manager to remove it, I was still willing to pay for the full service. (I mean the right thing to do, would have been to take it off my ticket) but I guess I don’t understand the customer service business anymore. Just know we won’t be back to this location and maybe even chilis over all. The food wasn’t that great anyways. And the only reason they are even getting stars, is because the waitresses were great. Or at least the young lady we had was. Update (9/26)…. So on top of all of this, my husband and daughter both have food poisoning, my husband had the honey chipotle chicken tenders and my daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta.

    Thank goodness you have new staff. I have been coming here for years! The last time it was warm, smelly and the food was terrible. Bartender was wonderful, sorry I forgot his name, tennis player 😉very friendly and great conversationalist. We just might go back if he's working the bar.

    The food was cheap and tasted like it but I got what I paid for the service though was amazing. I wish I could remember her name but she was a bartender and got me and my girl friend to sit in her bar area and she took great care of us. I told her I wanted something strong and she pointed me to the right drink. 2 drinks later I was happy and ready to go.

    This location, not so great. My food was brought out wrong and didn't get my new plate until my girls were done eating their food. Asked for manager after another issue with paying at table kiosk and after waiting quite awhile was told the manager was too busy to come speak with us. There was only about 20 customers in the whole restaurant, mind you, so why are you too busy to speak to us ? She finally came after I demanded, and another 15 minutes later. Won't frequent this location. Food was brought out right behind the appetizer as well so we were crammed at the table as well. Not the pleasant experience I was hoping for.

    Customer Service is good! However I feel so bad 2 ladies were running the whole diner left to seat and serve. It was a couple of us waiting to be seated but you could see they were trying to juggle both they handled it with a great attitude and apologized for the inconvenience. Where the heck is management??? Do better.

    We have eaten at this location for over 20 years. That means we like it and the staff ! Our last visit was very good even with some reduced staff. The food was good and served while still hot. Over the years we have seen some up and downs, but it has never been to the point we didn't return.

    So far my fave Chili's in H Town. The service is super fast, the food is quick and fresh. Highly recommend anyone to come and visit. Always a clean and friendly environment. Wish all the Chili's were like this one. Also I've had the same server a few times through out my visits. Emily, thank you for being outstanding and such a professional hard worker. I always sit in the bar even though I don't drink alcohol, for quicker service. And Emily is always on top of her game with service. Love the customers service here. Makes it more of a reason to come and eat!
