Went
here
with
family
for
dinner
(9/25/22).
Service
was
good
from
the
wait
staff
but
the
manager
was
rude.
So
I
found
a
hair
in
my
food,
I
didn’t
make
a
big
deal
out
of
it
just
asked
the
waitress
for
another.
So
fast
forward
to
when
we’re
about
to
pay,
we’re
going
over
the
bill
and
notice
a
few
things
wrong,
so
I
asked
the
waitress
to
go
over
it
with
me
and
she
does
and
she
noticed
that
I
was
charged
like
two
or
three
times
for
the
food
with
the
hair
in
it,
and
some
other
stuff.
So
I
guess
she
tells
the
manager
to
fix
my
order.
She
comes
back
and
said
the
manager
isn’t
taking
one
of
the
meals
off
(the
one
with
the
hair)
but
she
fixed
everything
else..
and
I
was
kinda
of
surprised,
because
I
never
asked
the
manager
to
remove
it,
I
was
still
willing
to
pay
for
the
full
service.
(I
mean
the
right
thing
to
do,
would
have
been
to
take
it
off
my
ticket)
but
I
guess
I
don’t
understand
the
customer
service
business
anymore.
Just
know
we
won’t
be
back
to
this
location
and
maybe
even
chilis
over
all.
The
food
wasn’t
that
great
anyways.
And
the
only
reason
they
are
even
getting
stars,
is
because
the
waitresses
were
great.
Or
at
least
the
young
lady
we
had
was.
Update
(9/26)….
So
on
top
of
all
of
this,
my
husband
and
daughter
both
have
food
poisoning,
my
husband
had
the
honey
chipotle
chicken
tenders
and
my
daughter
had
the
Cajun
shrimp
pasta.
