Tonight was my 3rd or 4th time in this place, over the course of 3 years. I always come on a Wednesday (karaoke night). I love the bartender (Christy?) and I love the karaoke jock (Gonzo?). They're obviously good at what they do, because it's the same two people every time I've come in here. Great spot, but it's downtown, so expect to pay $4.33 for a domestic bottle.

Didn't realize it was possible to hire angels as bartenders but this place has three. Every neighborhood should have a bar like this, whether you're a regular or just popping in from time to time. Treat the sweet ladies nice and they'll take care of you. Yes even the angry looking brunette ( just tell her she's pretty and say please and thank you).

Awesome bartenders and great vibes. Clean and people are genuinely happy when they are there. Also not too loud so you can hear each other talk and they do have a pool table and cozy back patio.

Probably the chillest neighborhood bar in Neartown. I stumbled into McElroy's Pub a few years ago and stumbled back regularly ever since. I cannot emphasize enough how relaxing this place is as the decor is of a worn well broken in leather and a rich mahogany (please get the reference). The price point is competitive compared to the local market. The staff is really cool and great conversation types. Quite a few TV's posted here to expect to be able to catch a game or four. Darts off in the back corner, pool table, and Golden Tee this spot has all the staple local pub games. When with friends this is a perfect situation to wager some drinks and find out who is most formidable. Wednesday night is Karaoke Night. This is valuable if you want to trick your friends into getting hammered and then find out its karaoke night when they are already buzzing. **Evil Laughs**

This is a fun pub. Just the right size. The porch in back doesn't have great views, but it is nice. Plenty of TVs for watching sports inside and outside. Full bar and good beer selection on tap or from the can or bottle. I'll be back.

Stellar old-skool bar! Great service! Laid back atmosphere! Definitely worth checking out! The bar survived COVID, much the same as it was before. :)
