We
selected
Mo's
Irish
Pub
to
celebrate
St.
Patrick's
Day.
Planning
for
2
adults
and
a
7-year-old
sometimes
has
it's
complications,
but
Mo's
was
advertising
Irish
dancers
and
other
ALL
DAY
entertainment,
so
we
thought
the
venue
would
be
perfect.
We
left
disappointed.
I
will
break
this
review
down
as
so
many
factors
play
a
part
in
only
giving
them
2
shamrocks
(stars).
To
start,
I
will
say
the
service
was
great,
especially
since
it
was
SUPER
busy!
We
had
one
main
server
and
a
helper
server.
Both
were
very
attentive
and
handled
2
special
requests.
I
asked
for
kiddie
Sprite
to
be
green
and
I
asked
for
some
beads
for
him
to
wear.
All
smiles
and
they
seemed
happy
to
accommodate.
Now
on
to
the
low
rating
items.
ENTERING:
I
researched
this
place
ahead
of
time.
I
looked
at
the
advertised
entertainment,
hours,
menu
and
reviews.
We
went
early
in
the
day
and
was
encouraged
since
we
saw
a
line.
A
line
to
me
means
people
are
flocking
to
this
place
because
it's
good...
not
always
the
case.
The
line
was
for
the
entrance
fee
and
filing
out
the
paper
slip
for
a
drawing.
Only
$5
per
person
(not
children),
but
nowhere
on
their
website
was
this
advertised.
That's
a
big
no-no.
It
was
packed
and
loud,
which
is
not
their
fault
nor
am
I
rating
them
on
that
factor,
so
I
was
really
surprised
we
found
a
table
so
fast.
FOOD:
The
food
didn't
really
seem
Irish
for
an
Irish
pub.
The
names
were
Irish,
but
I
wouldn't
classify
the
actual
food
as
Irish.
Secondly,
you
could
tell
items
were
cooking
in
batches
ahead
of
time
instead
of
as
ordered
because
everything
was
lukewarm
at
best.
We
ordered
onion
rings
for
an
appetizer
-
barely
warm,
the
Reuben
-
cold,
chicken
tenders
-
cold,
and
a
kiddie
burger
-
barely
warm.
I
think
the
food
could
have
been
fairly
good,
but
without
the
temperature
accurate,
it's
hard
to
tell.
The
Jamison
dip
they
make
special
in
house
is
additional
$0.50
per
tiny
cup.
That
was
not
explained
when
offered.
ENTERTAINMENT:
We
heard
the
DJ
playing
and
I
saw
a
cornhole
game
going
on
outside
on
the
patio,
but
that
was
it.
No
Irish
dancers
as
advertised,
nothing
Irish
like
the
website
noted.
I
would
have
never
suggested
this
place
for
us
with
a
7-year-old
if
I
would
have
known
the
dancers
weren't
happening.
The
only
mention
of
a
time
frame
on
the
website
was
for
a
band
later
in
the
evening.
As
stated
earlier,
we
arrived
mid-day,
so
if
the
band
has
a
designated
time
and
the
other
entertainment
is
stated
as
"ALL
THROUGHOUT
THE
DAY",
why
wouldn't
I
think
they
would
have
at
least
performed
once
during
our
visit?!
Maybe
we
missed
this
in
our
2-hour
visit??
We
even
made
a
pass
through
the
restaurant
before
leaving
hoping
we
had
somehow
missed
the
dancers.
$5
per
person
for
cold
food
and
no
entertainment.
Not
impressed.
I
can't
imagine
I
will
venture
to
this
place
again.
If
I
do
and
feel
it
worthy
to
update
with
more
shamrocks,
I
will
do
so.
Until
then,
I
feel
$63.59
(without
tip)
for
the
nonsense
above
is
ridiculous.
I
still
tipped
our
server
22%
because
I
felt
she
personally
did
a
good
job.
I
normally
would
not
rate
a
place
on
a
holiday
situation,
but
there
were
so
many
things
that
were
not
right,
it
was
just
too
much
to
overlook.
