This White family of 8 got their food 10minutes after sitting down and was seated an hour after us. We are here and still don’t have our food and gave us the wrong sized drinks which was baby sized cups. My daughter received her food first and had to share with her two younger siblings because they were hungry. Poor customer service highly fxcking irritated and this place is a shame. Racist just like most fast food joints serving whites first like brown skin is scum beneath their sneakers. Annoyed and HIGHLY irritated. Drove 45mins just to be treated with “not being noticed” and disrespect. Our waiter was nice but she did say that “she didn’t even notice” that we were here. How tf do you not notice an entire family of 5 sitting at a table???!!!!????? They were TRYING to be nice I just don’t like the secret inferiority we face because we are BLACK!! It’s 2022 for god sakes!!!!!!!

Disappointed, hadn’t been here in a couple of months. We sat and waited over 20min for food, but then got these tiny versions of food. Once we got the food it was cold and the potato wedges were so over cooked, not to mention there’s no fountain drinks. Only options available to me were water, lemonade and tea. Couldn’t find my waitress so I asked the hostess to get my tab. She said “it ain’t my job”. So then I asked some random server, he was kind to print the tab. But noticed that they charged me for sweet tea and I only got water. If you’re hungry or in a hurry for a lunch break don’t stop here. Save your time & money

This location should close! The place smells horrible! The tables are sticky! Don’t even attempt to use the ladies room, the smell is horrible. A Saturday night in midtown and they only have 6 customers in the restaurant. Tables not clean even though the place is almost empty. We ordered one drink and it took forever to get our check.

The food wasn’t hot, and it was maybe 2 dine in customer’s other then my party that came in, so it was not busy so there’s no reason that our food should have been cool. It’s like they didn’t even try. I definitely won’t visit again.

Update: my dumb self gave this location yet another chance. I ordered THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE ONLINE and it told me to get there at 7:40. I get there 7:41 and this is what my food looks like. I walked in and the “manager” stared outside for a minute completely ignoring me. Then finally said “can I help you?”. I worked at BWW for 2 years. This looks like food that sat out for 30+ minutes. And when you look at the ticket it says elapsed time was 6 minutes. Don’t tell me a pickup time if my food is going to sit out!!!!! It’s disgusting and dangerous. I would’ve showed up earlier had I known but I’ve showed up on time before to wait another 30 minutes for my food so I didn’t wanna do that again. The salt and vinegar I ordered? I got a sprinkle. That sprinkle is 60 cents worth?! My fries are hard and stale. This place needs to be investigated by corporate and by the health department. The walk in fridge was open the entire time I was in store. This review is after visiting multiple times with more undesirable experiences than pleasant. I have contacted customer service about that and may update my review later.

The worst experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I have had issues when ordering To Go at this location before. Almost every time, they forget a part of my order. But this was the worst one. To start, I had to go back because they forgot my fries. The chicken tasted like it was microwaved the day before and kept under a hot lamp since then. The "Buffalo Sauce" tasted like movie theater butter not buffalo sauce. And the mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them... How does that even happen? Will not be visiting ever again.

Went to buffalo wild wings after a long time, amazing time enjoying beer and wings with friends. Tried the fried pickles for the first time, they were awesome. I could see that there was only 2 server but out server was awesome in handling our request.

6:15pm on Wednesday 7/6 was my visit. I sat at the bar, not one of the 6 baseball games in progress were being displayed on the televisions. I asked the bar tender if he could put a game on and he put the college World Series game and an NBA basketball game (I assume summer league) and the rest remained talk shows. I was given so much attitude by the bartender for asking again for a live game to be put on one of the televisions, literally NONE of the TVs in the ENTIRE restaurant were tuned to a live game. I will no longer be going to BW3 as the bartenders aren’t trained to use the remotes and they are so full of attitude it’s unreal

Overall, my experience was consistent with many of the other reviews. When I arrived, it was “seat yourself”. So, I sat at a high top table in the bar. But walking through the regular restaurant, it was clear that nobody was bussing tables. Lots of tables were empty but still had prior patrons’ dishes. Many booths were ripped, exposing the foam of the cushion. The server in the bar area was nice. My service was quick, and I didn’t wait long to be greeted or to get my drink/food order taken. Food came out fairly quickly. The fries weren’t hot, and they were under seasoned. I never received the bleu cheese I ordered with my tenders. Tenders were pretty standard. They’re not going to knock your socks off, but they do the job of serving as the conduit for your sauces.

I came for lunch, they have a great selection of wing flavors. My only small complaint would be that the regular fries portion seems a bit small. The server was very attentive and ordered everything without issue. I'll be visiting again.

Sat down at the bar and a fan coated with grime and dust was sitting ON TOP of the dish washer… To top it off, several employees reeked of weed. YEAH, hard pass. Update: Provided polite feedback to the manager about how gross the fan was on top of the dishwasher. Her response, “yeah, I’ve told the GM but he has not done anything.” Didn’t offer to move it. Didn’t offer to clean it. Certainly, no apologies. Pure apathy! You just can’t make this level of gross up!!

Great place to come eat some wings and watch some sports. Clean bathrooms. I wish that we would originally get more napkins when eating wings because it gets dirty. compared to most places the server doesn’t come around with water as often.

The wings were acceptable, environment alright and drinks mostly good except for the choices were limited. Otherwise, midday service with little activity was more or less sparse to rare despite this. Won't be returning, there's plenty of other options in the area without rolling the dice with a mediocre experience here. Look around elsewhere and save yourself this otherwise unexceptionable outing interruption.

The waiter was using a load voice, but I'm not sure why. We asked for the chicken to be well done, but instead, the potato wedges was over cooked. The waiter brought the wings but not the potatoe wedges, and I had to get up and ask where the rest of my food was, I got attitude and waited on my wedges. I'm like, why didn't he just tell us the wedges were still being cooked? Will not return.

I came in on a Tuesday night at around 10 pm and My experience was positive for sure. Ordered Mozzarella Sticks as an appetizer and ordered a Hatch Chile Burger with Wedges as my meal. The food all came out at the same time and it was kind of quick so that was cool. The burger was nice and fresh, and tasty. The potato wedges were nicely seasoned and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The mozzarella sticks were, well, mozzarella sticks, nothing special about them. The atmosphere was pretty dead but it was Tuesday night so I didn’t expect much. Some TV’s has black and white screens instead of color which was a bit annoying. Server was great too. All in all, a positive experience and I would definitely come back to this location if I had to.

Fair warning ⚠️ Don't order the regular fries, they will short you drastically because of the size box. It's not worth $5.00 for a meager serving. The order overall was meant to be shared, but everything was not warm! Via Uber Eats I also requested one blue cheese and one ranch only to end up with four ranch dressings. Yeah I won't be back. Wingstop isn't stingy with the fries.

Went there for lunch today. It wasn't busy at all. 5 9f the tables in the entire place had customers so it was pretty empty. The waiter took my order pretty quickly and I appreciate that. However, my food came out within minutes and my food was cold. How? How can my food come out that quickly and be cold. I order boneless wings half mango habanero and half spicy garlic with chili cheese fries. The fries were good. The wings were disgusting. I couldn't finish eating them. I would've complained but, everyone was gone. I needed a refill on my drink. No one was around so I instead filled my drink up myself from the sweet tea container sitting on a table top in the bar area. The only time I saw a waiter was when I needed to pay. I will never go back to this location. There are plenty of other restaurants that I passed up that want my business and will provide fresh food. The food I was served was obviously prepared for a rush hour that never happened. They could've atleast warmed it in the microwave before serving it. I spent $30 on a meal that I could've made myself if I had gone to walmart and bought it out of the frozen food section. Don't waste your time at this location. It's a complete joke.

Girl waitresses are awesome. Men are iffy. I only hate they have no menus. The cool waitresses produce everything u need. Very quiet, chill, easy going vibe.

When I came in there were just a few people seated. I wanted to place a To go order, the server walked past me, no acknowledgement, 3 more people came in, he looked past me (I've been waiting at the register mind you) and told the 3 other people behind me to to ahead and have a seat. So then I had to ask if there was anyone taking to go orders today, he then called someone. The young lady that took my order was nice though.

My wife and I were suffering through withdrawals from not coming here for a while. We recently visited again and spent a football Sunday afternoon, enjoying wings, appetizers, and adult beverages. Even a couple of our friends, who were not originally planning to come with us, ended up joining us. The service is great, we are frequent visitors enough that some of the staff recognize us and remember us. Lots of options to choose from, and for the first time, we purchased bottles of seasonings and sauces.

Good chicken wings, lots of sauce to choose from. I was able to eat for about $7. Being that I was homeless when I ate here, I'm sure I was not the most attractive customer they had. However I was welcome allowed to charge my phone and got some wings to eat. Great customer service.

This was my first time going to a buffalo wild wings in ages and it was so delicious, I ordered honey bbq boneless flatbread pizza (limited time offer $10) and omg wow it was delicious. The waitress we had was so sweet

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. I tried placing a pick up order but they kept placing me on hold. After many attempts I finally drove 15 minutes to place my order in person. When I arrived to the restaurant it didn’t look busy, only a few people eating there. There were more Uber and doordash people waiting on food just waiting to be seen by the cashier girl. The phones kept ringing and I could see the girl at the front (skinny black girl with long black/blonde braided hair) answering phones and putting them on hold . I never actually saw her getting back to the customers on the phone. She was rude and had an attitude. I waited 30 minutes after placing my order. I will never come here again. Staff is rude and slow. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

The manager provided excellent service. We were a party of 5 and every meal was good. The restaurant was not crowded and the service was fast. Will definitely eat here again.

Great wings and sauces! This was my first time with the family. Ended up going back a week later
