Always a good time at Moxies. The crowd is always good...it's a nice mix of people. The drinks and food are amazing. We always get the coolest waiters or waitresses, and we never have to go broke to have a great time there. Love the vibe and it's the same no matter what city you are. Love a consistent business model. Definitely stop in and check it out.

For apps, got the spicy tuna roll and cashew chicken lettuce wraps. Both had a lot of flavor and were good sharing portions for 4 people. We also got the chicken Madeira rigatoni, linguine arrabiatta, vegetarian power bowl, and classic breakfast out of the brunch options. The portions were giant and beautifully plated. I didn't think the linguine had a lot of flavor, but the rest of the dishes were very hearty and filling.

*** Great Service and Friendly Staff *** I went to Moxie's in Houston on a Friday evening. It was a bit crowded but the ambiance was perfect. Was visiting from south Florida and was geeked at how hospitable the staff was. They didn't have many vegan options so I just ordered fries, which were so good. Our waitress Taylor was a delight. She was so nice and I can tell she loves her job. And a big kudos to the manager Tyler. He made sure to come to the table and check on us. That's a big plus in my book. And, he also mentioned that they plan on opening a Moxie's in Ft. Lauderdale which is awesome. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bathroom was and how good it smelled. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're in Houston. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

First time going to Moxie's for lunch, and I loved it. Can't believe I hadn't seen this place sooner. The food was amazingly delicious, and our server so very friendly. We ate outside because it was a beautiful day. There's a bar outside, several Tv's as well in case you don't want to miss the game. Also it has two floors. I'll definitely be coming back!

My nephew recommended this place as it was my fist time in Houston. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in awhile. They got everything right the ambiance, food, and the service was top notch. The funniest thing happened in this day. We came here twice in one day. So me and my family came for lunch not knowing my nephew would want us to have dinner here as well. But we still came because the food was that good! My top picks the bruschetta with roasted tomatoes at first bite I was in love. The sushi cones and that fabulous steak perfectly cooked with a tiny bit of fat. If you were to reserve a seat reserve for the second level, boot seating, and more intimate. The downstairs is “Barsi” is what my nephew called it. The place looks very upscale and the service is great. All the staff were all smiles. By the way the restrooms are clean, that’s a big plus! Lastly, there is a dress code. Don’t come is gym clothes they will turn you away. Make sure to check out the the dress code!!! There’s plenty of parking but was hard to find a spot. Moxies offers valet though. I recommend this place 110%.

Food was so good we went back for brunch! Staff here is very polite and welcoming and inside is beautiful. They also have outdoor seating on the warmer days. I must warn you tho, the white chocolate brownie is DANGEROUS 😳 I don't think my belly has ever been touched in such a way hahahahaha seriously, they have a dam good brownie recipe smh it comes out nice and hot and the ice cream just dripping 🤗😵‍💫 when we go back I need about 3 more just for me! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Houston.

Moxies was a huge wow!!! 🤩🤩🤩 We were seated in about 15 minutes. The lower deck was full and upper deck was just opening. We started with the Happy Hour menu which was not so varied or interesting. We did the Poutine which ended up being very filling. No regrets though. That did not stop us from digging into the dinner plates. I had the Blackened Mahi Mahi with chorizo sausage & corn hash, salsa aso and a side of ancient grains. It was divine! A great choice for dinner. My daughter ordered the Beef Vindaloo with fresh sautéed veggies, jasmine rice, crème fraiche, buttered naan. We were particularly delighted and impressed by the fact that their international cuisines could rival the specialty restaurants representing such places the dishes are know for. For cocktails, I started with Old Fashioned with bourbon, and moved to the Classic Mule. My daughter did 3 Classic Mules.

My friends and I enjoyed brunch at Moxie's, and our meals were great! For starters, we had the amazing Avocado Toast and Calamari, along with Orange-Pineapple Mimosa! Then our entrees were just as good, Blackened Chicken Burger, Salmon & Avocado Cobb Salad, and the Southwest Omelet - Awesome! We'll be back!

The interior of this place is dope when you walk in. I came here with my coworkers, and my only coy is that I wish my food was better. I decided to step out of the comfort zone of Classic American food. I ordered Thai Red Curry. Not only did I have to pay +$8 for chicken - everything about this dish sucked. Almost $30 bucks, and it was like a step up from frozen dinner you microwave out the box. Rice - Bland Curry - Very watery Chicken - Bland and chewy Customer service was so so. I'd only come back here cause drinks coming out looked great.

Everything we ordered was good, I especially liked the steak bites and the blackened shrimp tacos with guacamole and chips. The restaurant has two levels and we sat upstairs. Ambience was nice and it wasn't too loud like most places so you can actually have a conversation without shouting at your friends. Would definitely return to try out other items on the menu. The white mocha brownie is a must try!!!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere is great! You can go casual or dress up for date night . The service is impeccable and food is amazing. I had the salmon Cobb salad and hubby had seared tuna ginger salad (I may have the title wrong a little). Pics are posted . Drinks are also good. They do have a great bar for those wanting to have a bar experience.

We LOVED our meal at Moxies. The pineapple basil margarita was perfect for the summer time. The cheeseburger with bacon and shrimp tacos were phenomenal. You get a lot of food with each entree. There is so much on the menu that we can’t wait to go back and try.

Overall, they have great drinks and good food. Our server was very nice and she made great recommendations. The food was decent but this place is a tad overpriced. If you add shrimp to the curry it’s $6 extra and they were super tiny and only 5 shrimp. Kinda disappointing, shoulda stuck to just veggie curry. However, it was a nice ambience and we would go back for the mezcal drinks. We did have a small wait even though we went way after dinner time on a random Friday, but we enjoyed some drinks at the bar during our wait.

This is my second time visiting Moxie’s & I can say that I enjoyed my visit both times. The restaurant itself is beautiful. As soon as my group walked in, we were seated. The wait for food was also short. The seating options are great- upstairs, downstairs and outside balcony—beautiful, shady views on the patio. Customer service was receptive to the needs of the table. I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary valet parking but I thought it was a nice touch to the overall experience. There is also a cute area for pictures downstairs.

Go ahead and set that reservation cause overall this was definitely a 5 star place in my books. I took my mom her for her birthday and we absolutely loved it, the food was great to my mom and husband but ok to me. I had a ny prime steak with loaded mashed potato’s (it comes with 2 sides ) the steak wasn’t the best i’ve had but it was pretty good with a peach lemon drop. my husband had steak bites with loaded mashed potato’s as well and my mother had the salmon which i couldn’t tell if she loved bc she loves salmon or if it was actually good lol. The birthday dessert was honestly the best thing in our opinion typically it’s a cheap cupcake or something but for Moxies it was an ice cream cake ! the atmosphere was great we sat outside and still felt apart of the inside and our server was service was very good as well, Jennifer was very attentive. we got confused and ordered the wrong thing at first she didn’t hesitate to take it off the bill, thank you for that ! and of course i can’t forget the hostess very sweet when we first came in and the other opened the door for us when we left, it’s just the simple things sometimes. definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Went for a company holiday gathering. We went during “happy hour time” it wasn’t too busy and I was able to find decent free parking. The food was good I really loved the lettuce wraps. The waitress came to our table often. My only issue was the waitress took my food before I was finished, I ran out of lettuce which is maybe why she thought I was done but I definitely had enough meat left for 2 more wraps… I just needed more lettuce. 🥴 I was in a convo with a colleague and didn’t notice that my plate was snatched up until it was too late. Overall I’d go back, however, I’d suggest they ask if you’re done before picking up your plate.

I visited on a Saturday around 1pm. Ambience is amazing. Bartender was very personable and friendly. Restrooms were clean and food was delicious. I had the ahi tuna salad. Can’t wait to go back. :)

Located in the Galleria is Moxies. Upscale with a nice vibe. Friendly front desk team welcome you with a smile and quickly get you seated. Music is not loud so you can have a convo comfortably with your group. Did not do entree but the starter sushi cones was a hit for me and def worth a try on recommendation. Pricing is reasonable and food to price is good value.

American venue (central counter for drinks and multi-screens with games on them). Modern furnishings and interiors, the use of wood in American pub style stands out. Super organized service, relying on available and selected waitresses. The salads are special! fresh and always well cared for.

I went there during happy hour, it wasn’t too Crowded. I was greeted immediately by the hostess. I sat upstairs in the booths. The food and drinks came in really fast and delicious. Would recommend for a chill afternoon lunch.

A group of friends and I visited for drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were all good. My favorite would be between the steak bites and the nachos. The only complaint that I have about the steak bites is that I wish they would serve them medium rare opposed to medium well. The nachos were really filling and you’re given a large amount for an appetizer. My least favorite appetizer was the fried calamari. I found it to be extremely chewy. The sauces were really tasty though and paired well with the dish. If you don’t like your calamari fried too hard, this would be a good dish for you. I would come back to get a real experience of this place.

Moxie's was so delicious! I ordered the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni and substituted the chicken for the blackened shirmp! Omg it was so good. Also pictured is the hamburger and french fries which was also very good. Our waiter Christian was amazing! He was so patient with us and helped us through our indecisiveness of picking a meal. He made some awesome recommendations and tips to make the meal we choose that much better! We were so happy to have him wait on us. Great service! I would definitely come back as I have dined here 3 times already lol

Absolutely delicious food no matter what you select and reasonably priced given the location. The drinks are also top notch. 👌 love this place.

We recently had our company's holiday party here on the second floor and were blown away by the food, atmosphere and service! We had about 100 guests and everyone had an amazing time. Please ask for Allan the next time you think of a holiday event or even just a lunch! He goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly and that each guest is taken care of.

Usually it's my favourite place last time we were inviting friends. We orders 4 main dishes for dinner. My dish was too small . We complained about the very small piece of fish and they were like this is our standard size 6oz . It was not even close to it. ! Anyways I can't complain about the taste. We all liked the food

I eat here everytime I’m in Houston. Most recently with my family for my son’s 8th birthday. Great food. Amazing staff. We ate outside at golden hour. 10/10 experience.
