Food was hot, service was great. The Build Your Own chicken sandwich needed more seasoning but the chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy.

The service was terrible!!! My husband and I was there for over an hour waiting on our food. Three other families( three different tables) came in after us and was served right away. We ordered 20 piece wings with large order of fries. The other tables was having wings while we were still waiting. So they couldn't give us a lame excuse that it was an appetizer. We spoke with the manager and the waitress about the horrible service and they was very passive. This was a very disrespectful environment!

Where do I even start. Yesterday 7/12/23 we celebrated my husbands birthday . Mind you we had 27 people in our party and I called before hand to let them know. This place was dead and they only gave us 1 waitress and her name was Alyssa. She tried her best but it wasn’t enough for a party of 27 that was ridiculous of the manager. At the end of the night we asked for 4 shots. We waited for about 15 minutes and the waitress never came back to let us know anything. By this time everyone had paid their tabs . We were walking out and my husband stopped our waitress Alyssa to asked what happen? Alyssa the waitress said “Oh my manager Alexis said not to go back over there” Excuse me ? We are paying customers and all we asked for was 4 shots and simple yes or no question. This by far has been the worse experience not to mention my husband is a regular there. This is so unprofessional of the manager ALEXIS and waitress ALYSSA. I am so upset on how they handled this. If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars.

My last Hooter experience (south end of Houston) was horrible and we haven't been back. That was about a year ago. This location was amazing! Our waitress was excellent! The food quality was spot on. Our rugby team came in hungry and thirsty. She managed our 10+ table with ease. She even managed to celebrate one of the players 18th birthday. Whoever is managing this location, Corporate should promote them and allow them to develop other locations. I may even give our local location a try again.

Service was good but the food was not great. I was not impressed by anything we got. Good atmosphere though

Beware of bad management , Came in with a party of 7 to eat lunch today, and went to order smoked wings, and after 30 minutes of waiting, she told us I’m sorry we do not have smoked wings so I did not eat . the manager was too good to come over to talk about the situation.Humble is probably the worse managed, and worst Hooters in a new update, 9-7-2023 do not go to the Humble location, the smoker is out for the 4th time and the A/C does not work , the manger Alexa is probably worse than Tom the other manager. Houston .spoke with Tom the manager on the way out and told him what we experienced and he said so what do you want me to do and he said what are you trying to do make me feel bad and I said no . I was letting you know how unprofessional your location is and then he said you can leave . Like I said already , Tom and the Humble location is the worse !!!!!!

I ordered a drink to start and the waitress never returned to ask if I wanted another until after the food had arrived. Food took a little while to arrive. I was done with my tiny drink way before that. So instead of enjoying libations like I wanted to before I eat. I felt rushed to eat and get out. My friend and I did not enjoy ourselves. Food was cold.

Friday night I arrived about 1115pm. I was seated and the waitress said she'd be right back. 10 minutes later I'm still sitting there. I got up and moved to the bar. 5 minutes later I'm still sitting there. The place was 20% full at the most. They just didn't seem interested in taking my order. I left and went to the competition. I don't know if the wings are even worth it at this point. I've been going to Hooters for 25 years now and I miss what it used to be. Maybe I'll try 1960 w.

I went here yesterday with my family. I was disappointed as I was really craving wings, we went inside and stood at the hostess counter for at least 15 minutes to be seated.. no one ever came or even acknowledged us to say “hey were a bit busy and will be right with you” I was hungry too so instead we just left and went somewhere else. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in this establishment and the treatment was the same. The last time I was picking up a to go order and I the manager asked what I wanted not “have I been helped” either hire some people that like doing their job or do something different. The customer service isn’t great.

This is the second hooters I've visited and the Houston area. I received a friendly greeting as I walked in with different options to sit. I chose to sit at the bar. I knew exactly what I wanted to order. Because if that and I did not order an alcoholic drink, I feel that bartender/waitress ignored me. The food was good us always. If I visited this location again that would definitely not be sitting at the bar.

Visited on a Saturday night, food was good, drinks were decent once we received them. It took about 45 minutes to get our drinks, server did apologize. Wasn't a bad experience.

The service was good, no complaints about that. But the cleanliness of the restaurant was discussing. This last experience completely turned me off to this place. I will never go back especially to this location.

Most times it's good, few times not the best. But always love the Traditional Hooter Wings with the "Hot" sauce. Fries are pretty good. The fried pickles are definitely a great classic appetizer. But the Pretzel bites and cheese sauce are awesome. Definitely recommend trying them out.

Basic ! Service was ok ! No complaints. Beer cold. Astros in the background.

Great food, bar area and plenty of large TVs for watching sports

Wings are great but the alcohol drinks not so much I had a hula hoop sent it back couldn't taste nothing but bland coconut and replaced it with a pink passion. Still not impressed !! Taste like a virgin fruit punch. Had to go somewhere else for alcoholic drinks. For them to charge so much they was watered down. Disappointed

Always a good time at this Humble Hooters. Sitting at the bar, great prompt, friendly, accurate service. Really cold beer and the best original wings. TVs on cool channels. I'll return again!

Everything was wonderful. It's exactly what my wife wanted for her birthday, and we were not disappointed at all.

My husband, our son, and I ate dinner here on July 10, 2022 as we were on a leisurely weekend getaway. The food was delicious! Our waitress, Courtney, did an outstanding job of taking care of us as we enjoyed a family dinner. Courtney did a great job as she was multitasking, taking care of others who were dining out. She was very friendly, and it was evident that she enjoyed serving as a waitress.

Good beer, wings, and appetizers! We went for our fantasy football draft and had a nice corner by ourselves which was nice. Our waitress Elana was especially great. She took wonderful care of our table and went above and beyond helping keep my toddler occupied with games while we drafted. I was very appreciative.

Wings are awesome, and drinks are cold. The shot specials of the day are definitely worth it! Wish the draft system was working but definitely appreciate how cold the bottled beer was! We had Alexis as our server. She was so attentive and had a great attitude. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was good, but that’s not the major selling point. I told my server that they didn’t have to worry about me since I’m the easiest person she will deal with all day. She went above and beyond consistently to make sure I was taken care of. I will 100% be coming back simply because of her ability to manage 2 sections worth of tables. Even had to tell the manager on duty about it!

Y'all Sasha is the best! Very attentive waitress made sure we were good the entire time! Great drinks and burgers love it!

Man I took my family here and had a great time . I must say that the waitress we had was super great the food was hot and we had a smile the whole time we were there which was great because we had just left tgi Fridays because of subpar service and food. Will most definitely be coming back again.

First we were sent to a table that wasn’t clean and had to ask the hostess for it to be cleaned and she had an attitude with that. After 10 minutes of sitting at the table someone finally comes to the table only to tell us she isn’t our waitress but she could start us off with drinks. We waited a total of 30 min just for the same waitress to come and say “No one still hasn’t come” she took our order… by that point I no longer wanted to be there but we still ordered our food. Others started to come in people that weren’t of color and guess what?? They were seated and orders taken soon as they sat down! I was very disappointed with this establishment as I’ve come here before with no issues! Will I visit again? That’s a big NO! Service is a big issue for me even if the food is good.

First time there and all the hooter girls were beautiful ..food was good and the beers cold...will come back for sure

The burguer was good but the onions ring not so much. If u like them i wouldn’t recommend order them from here. I provided my feedback and the manager apologized with me. I appreciate that.

Went to Hooters to watch the UFC Fight and the atmosphere wasn’t too crowded. Clean, good service and food. Our waitress stayed on top of our orders, she was really fast! There was plenty of big screen TV’s so we didn’t miss any fights. Hooters might be my wife and I new hangout spot so we can watch the UFC Fights comfortably
