Great service here. Sit at the bar. Went on a Sunday around 3 pm. Nate the bartender knocked it out the park! Good service, plus good drinks, plus good food equals good tip! We will be returning here often, on Sunday's for sure. Keep up the great work BJ's of Willowbrook. Delgado Approved!!!

Came here for lunch with co-worker. It was fairly quiet when we arrived, so we sat at the bar. Kadijah (hope I spelled it correctly) was our server, and she was amazing. The chips salsa and guacamole are a must-have. The guacamole is very tasty. I am inspired to try it at home. I ordered the lunch chicken mash and corn. The meal was pretty good. The chicken was a tadbit dry, but overall, I would come again. My co-worker had a salad and deep dish pizza from the lunch menu as well. She ate everything, so I'm assuming it was "bussing". The price was definitely right! $12 lunch is the way to go. Somehow, I always manage to spend over $20. I just had to order an appetizer, which was $7.95. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the pizza.

It's a nice little restaurant with a really cool little bar area. The food is tad bit pricey. But everything had great flavor. The wake staff was friendly. But they forgot about three items out of seven people. After our food was served, two people had to wait an extra 10 minutes for their asparagus. They forgot upgrades that we made so they deducted the price later.

BJ's Restaurant has changed for me. I have been here several times. Unfortunately, today, it was not good at all. I only ordered an appetizer. The avocado egg rolls they were cold and overcooked. The sliders were just okay. The waitress was very slow. We sat there 10 minutes before we could request water and a drink. It took 35 minutes for our food to come out . Honestly, I'm not sure If I go back.

Excellent food, drinks and service. BJs has a huge menu but I came for the tavern cut pizza. Excellent as always and one of my favorite chain pizzas. If you have a BJs near you or are in the area you should stop and try them out.

First time here. We didn't have to wait to long for a table even though it was Mother's Day. We went in the evening. The calamari was good but was overcooked the shrimp scampi was good but I had to add pepper. It was enough for me to take home for lunch the following day. The wine was great. Did not eat the bread. The service was great

First time coming to BJ's upon arriving there was a stenchy smell in the air but the restaurant did seem clean. The waitress was polite, friendly and she constantly came to ask if we needed something else. The chips were a bit oily and the salsa was not spicey at all. The salmon was good and the asparagus were crispy and tastey. Both coworkers stated they liked their dish (pizza and steak).

Met a coworker of mine for lunch at the Willowbrook BJ’s. The waitress was fantastic. She was extremely personable and a joy to interact with. I had a personal pan pizza that was awesome - really hit the spot. The restaurant was clean and I left extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I’ve been to this location several times but it was even better than I recall - and I’ve never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, when I left, I found my back seat car window smashed in - for what I don’t know as there was nothing of value in the truck. I guess they lowlifes that did it thought there was something in there. I’m hearing from other people in my circle that this is a frequent spot for smash and grabs. There are signs posted all in the parking lot about locking your car and keeping valuables out of view. Obviously they know this is an issue. I guess my concern is that they know this is a problem but there’s no security in the parking lot to protect their customers from vandalism. I don’t enjoy leaving a bad review for a restaurant that clearly does so much right. And I hate to hold good people responsible for what low life’s do. But BJ’s knows this is a problem and doesn’t. do enough to protect their customers.

Asked the manager to put on the golf channel and they said no because someone else is watching the television I only wanted the small television to watch my golf. Very bad service and we left. There are 5 tvs total. Stay away!! Here are the Managers/Shareholder: 1. Maxwell James/Senior Manager 2. Nice environment and professional service. BJ’s received four stars because the table was sticky and I had to change tables.

The steak was tastee. My appetizers came right out, but the food took extra long. It's like 35-40 minutes long. This is before it got busy. The parking is cool. They take up 20 spaces for valet ($10). Considering how many people showed up after us, you wouldn't have a choice. The menu has plenty of options, and everything tasted good. The pizza was on point. It's not cheap, and I see why. Ask for lite sauce. It's really good.

Brought my husband and two of my nieces here for dinner. The food and service were great. My husband and I will be back.

We enjoyed every single bite of our meal. We had a 3 course meal, with a couple of beverages. Considering the quality, the price was reasonable. Ideal for those who want a family night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. My only complaint is the server, while she did well at the begining, her excellent service fizzled out nearing the end.

My family and I decided to eat lunch here on Sunday. No line. Waitress was attentive and kept the refills coming. Their 5-meat pizza was amazing! Great food.. great and fast service! Will recommend! :)

Typical BJs but the inflation is getting a bit out of hand. $19.25 for shrimp santa fe salad and $23.45 for jambalaya is borderline crazy...

Stopped by here for a glass of draft beer . The partially bold Bartender was so rude , didn’t have any positive emotions on his face . When I asked for a drink menu , he explained that it’s on the back of the menu . Another employee was able to give me the drink menu , I was looking for a beer , not for soda or iced tea . He was too busy or too ignorant , so I left .. and will not return . Can’t deal with this attitude.

I've been a loyal customer of BJ's for nearly 15 years and have always enjoyed it. However, my recent visit to this location during vacation was underwhelming. The service was notably slow; it took around 20 minutes after being seated to even place our order. Our appetizers and main course were brought by different staff, and our waitress was seldom seen. We also experienced lengthy waits for our food and dessert, and our water glasses were never refilled.

The atmosphere was great but the food was not. I ordered a Salmon. It was very , very dry,. . .almost checking while eating it. My guest ordered some Cajun jambalaya I believe. The quantity was great but she did not enjoy the food itself. We were not given any cutlery to eat with after the food was served until we asked for it. The Margaritas were excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ's Restaurant (Willowbrook) and I must say that the service I received from Jamal, our server, was truly outstanding. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with a warm and friendly demeanor. In addition to his exceptional service, his professionalism and courtesy stood out. He made us feel valued as guests, and it was evident in the pride he took in his role as a server. Overall, Jamal made our dining experience truly amazing. His exceptional service added to the enjoyment of our meal, and I would highly recommend dining there, not just for the fantastic food but also for the outstanding service provided by their remarkable server.

I will never come back to this restaurant. This is the 3rd time that I have come and been highly disappointed in the service. We even booked a reservation 3 hours ahead this time due to my oldest Sons Graduation. When we showed up for our reservation they told us we would have to wait 25 to 35 minutes at least. We did not have the time to do this because with their extremely slow service (the past visit took us 2 hours to get our food, however my son had never been here and picked this for his grad dinner) and their food is not nearly as good as it should be with their extraordinary pricing. WAY TOO OVER PRICED. I am a restaurant connoisseur and have owned and operated multiple restaurants and bars, still partnered with a couple in Vegas, so I understand food quality, management training, pricing and customer service. BJ's is mid grade at best, on all fronts. I will never enter the doors to this establishment again and will never suggest this place to anyone else. The point of booking a reservation in advance is to be able to get in at the allotted time. Obviously this was important enough for us to make the reservation far enough in advance, and still they couldn't come through on their end. To add insult to injury, the staff was extremely rude and did not care about the mistake. They were unapologetic and were even rude when confronted with their obvious mistake. In the long run, I am glad that this happened, we went and had Red Robin, a far better establishment. The food was actually good instead of the trash that BJ's cooks.

Recently went on a date here and it was a nice experience. The food was great and our server Jamal was very kind and had a great personality. He made us feel welcomed and made sure we were taken care of. Usually have bad luck with servers at restaurants but he was first that I actually didn’t mind tipping. I will for sure be back.

First things first, the atmosphere in this place is beyond what I expected, food was hot and drinks were good and cold. Not watered down. Jamal made me and my girlfriend feel like we were at a family gathering, will most definitely be asking for him next time we come here.

This was my first time at this location. The service and the food was awesome. The waiter recommended the special. The 16 oz steak special! I am so glad he did. It was delicious!

Had dinner with my best friend and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. The food came out hot and delicious. Happy hour is a plus and their margaritas are strong. We had to have the dessert for $5.00 on Tuesdays.

We visited this location on Labor day weekend. A decent place to spend quality time with friends & family, good food, great beer options, and amazing ambience.
