1st time at this location. In the area for a motorcycle Freedom ride and we had our meet n greet here. The atmosphere was great and the music awesome. Which would have for a great club. But its a restaurant and the service eas not great. The outside bar had quick service but the inside not so much. The servers were dancing and making videos with we other. So there were a few that were actually working, including ours. So the wait time to get food was ridiculous or teying ask for additional items. 5 of us at a table and 1 persons food went to the wrong person and was sent back so talking an our to get her food after the mix up. Wrong sauce for the wings and was charged extra for the right one. But if you don't tip it's an issue. TIPS Mean "To insure prompt service". Which we didn't get. Still had fun but it's the little thing that make a difference. This location will always have customers I'm sure but someone should still care about operations since that's what runs business in the ground over time, even franchises and chains.

Waited over an hour for shrimp that never came and was given to another table and eaten by some other customers. Spoke to the manager on duty about it and he stepped away to investigate but never came back. Spoke to the waitress who placed the order and asked her to call the man she back over and she walked away and never returned. The place isn’t even busy. We order drinks but had to walk to the bar to get the order ourselves. Definitely not impressed with the service here.

Pretty cool vibes. I ordered the Captain Crunch Chicken Tenders, which came with fries. I added a strawberry lemonade plus a side of Mac and Cheese. All food was good and the waitresses were nice. They could of put a lil mo season on the tenders but they were good.

I met a friend here to watch the Astros game and it was definitely a good choice for that! It was packed with Astros fans. The place was lively, loud and a very fun game Day atmosphere! It was hard to get a waiter initially, I’m assuming because it was so packed. But once our waiter made it to us, it wasn’t that bad. The drinks were either watered down or too sugary. I had to return my first drink and I only kept the other because I didn’t want to feel like I was being a problem customer. But the drinks weren’t good. I ordered cheese sticks just to have something to snack on while I was drinking and boy was I surprised at what came out. They brought out these cheese sticks that looked like they were covered in crumbled Cheetos Hot Fries!! Omg talk about disgusting. They were literally smothered in this Cheetos Hot Fries batter! This was not a good food experience for me but since this place was my friends choice, I didn’t complain. But I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say the food here is not the best. Good place for game day and bottled beers though!

Great Bombshells location! Greeted with an excited welcome and promptly seated. The atmosphere (went on a Sunday during football season) was great! Every game that was on at that time of day was on the screens. That says allot. Some places don't do that, they show just the local games. Very clean and attention to the seating areas and not just the bar. Food came out hot and very quickly. First time trying the pasta at Bombshells and I was impressed; might be my go to now. Drinks came out quickly and everything was correct. Shout-out to Alondra for exceptional service, thank you. I'll be back for sure to catch a game.

All food is way over priced. Not much selection on good whiskey. Margaritas were bland and watered down. Beer was cold, a lot of TVs and service was great. If you are ONLY getting some beers to watch a game this is your spot. Not to eat nor to grab a top shelf proper drink.

I was excited to try this place cause I normally love going to bars/restaurants like this. But I was really disappointed. The decor inside is pretty cool and fun to look around, the ladies were looking good also! I did notice lots of employees were standing around and socializing though and not really being attentive to their tables. The reasons for my 1-star review --- food was good, but overpriced, and it's $1.50 additional charges for more than one dipping sauce. The sauce cups are tiny! I've never heard of a place charging this much for sauce before. Our waitress was nice, but I'm not sure whether she was inexperienced in waiting or if the socializing I mentioned above was a factor, but she didn't come to check on us often and would leave empty glasses on our table, etc. The music was....okay? It was basically one genre of music and nothing else, but being a military/veteran themed place I guess I was expecting a certain genre but that might be unfair for me to assume. Our table was really wobbly and we had to be sat elsewhere, and then when I tried to wipe up some water I spilled, the rust came off all over the napkin. The rusty tables aren't really working out here. Overall I was let down by my visit, and I was disappointed since I was excited to try it! Probably won't be back.

I went to this place because it was close to my hotel. I had the chicken fried steak and I had mashed potatoes with gravy and the spicy Mac and cheese for sides. I also had the bread pudding for dessert. Let me start by saying that the best part of the meal was my server, Audrey. She was far and away the best part of the evening. She was very kind and very helpful and very attentive. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars to the place. The chicken fried steak at 1st came out with no gravy. Further, the chicken fried steak was very thin, tough, and dry. The mashed potatoes were very thick and may as well have just been a baked potato with gravy on it. The spicy mac and cheese was just mac and cheese with some hot sauce on top and was not the greatest. The bread pudding, while tasty, actually was more like a loaf of bread. The atmosphere actually wasn't bad and there were a lot of seemingly happy people in there. Overall, the food left a lot to be desired. Had it not been for Audrey and the overall environment, I really would have disliked the entire experience. Thank you for the great conversation and the laughs, Audrey.

I went today and hade the best experience the food was normal. However Mila was my waitress and she was amazing. She brings good energy and makes the atmosphere relatable. I will be going back in hopes that she is there because she is really good she didn’t have you wait long, checked on you multiple times, and overall keeps a smile on her face.

First let me say the waitress ANA (5 stars for her) we had was awesome, but the manager BRIAN sucks and his area manager or who ever needs to get another manager in there. BRIAN LACKS MANAGERIAL SKILLS and that’s coming from a person who does have over 20 years of managerial skills / experience …..So let me explain how I am not a Karen but I didn’t deserve his ignorant look and he ignored my request for appetizer plates . it’ was my son’s 21st bday and originally we planned to go somewhere else but like some things happen I said oh let’s go to bomb shells this place is great . It was busy but not too busy for the manager to ignore me twice . When we ordered I ordered the BATTALION PLATTER , Long Island 2 sprites …… let’s just say the ten plus tip came out to about $325.00 now I know it ain’t that much but it def was more then the table got who got special check in and served by Brian several times through out the night. All I wanted was appetizer plates for an appetizer we had sitting there for about 20 min . As he passed our table I said excuse me sir several times and he passed me up . Then I when to where he was I had asked if I could please speak with a manager he said I am the manager . I said can we please get some appetizer plates and he just carried on with another waitress who was asking him something as well . As I was ignored I just went back to my table and waited more. I will be contacting higher then this review because that place is needing new management FAST will never step in that location again . So in my experience i always tell my managers that we need to lead by example and that if there’s one rotten apple the whole fruit basket gets rotten so keep that in mind management above Brian . I will be going further to make sure this BRIAN gets the training he needs. his position has gotten to his head and he needs to be retrained . I have pictures time stamped to show how he catered to the table next to us. Or y’all can check yall cameras 😎 . Again I want to make sure that no one else goes through what I went through . So I know it won’t hurt your business if it don’t go anymore but best believe me I will never refer this place again as long as Brian is there . Oh and the two orders I got to take home …. I was missing my fries 😢 but I didn’t want to call and get ignored on that too.

The staff were very friendly and outgoing, however, trying to get their attention for service was close to pulling teeth. I ordered the ribeye and had to send it back twice. The first time it was cold as well as the sides, the second time the steak was over cooked. The manager told me I ordered it medium- well when I said medium. They didn't even bring it out the third time. She kept arguing that I sent it back the times and that I ordered it medium-well. What's worse is that it was supposed to be the veterans day meal and I spent an extra 55 on top. This is the absolute most incompetent management I have ever experienced and most unprofessional demeanor when asking for the food I ordered to be cooked correctly. To top it off, I had to beg for my receipt after paying for it. The bombshells located at 13965 South Freeway in Pearland, TX will never have any repeat business from me. This is the worst Bombshells I have ever experienced and I do not recommend this location.

This was my second time going to bombshells in general. My first experience at a different location wasn’t the best at all. This location was a different experience. I had a great time and my waitress, Jennifer, was the best. She was very outgoing and checked on us at the right time. This location is one of the best places to hang out and just have fun!

I had an outstanding dining experience at Bombshells and it was largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sheila. From the moment I walked in, Sheila attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly stood out. I never had to wait for more than 10 seconds for anything, as she was always on her toes, ensuring that my experience was seamless and enjoyable.Sheila friendly and welcoming demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere, making me feel right. Her genuine enthusiasm was evident, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. . When I come back around this area , I hope to see her behind the bar !

This is an amazing spot for watching sports as there are televisions EVERYWHERE!!! The food was decent. The drinks left more to be desired. But overall the atmosphere is energetic and a great spot to watch games.

Mariana Torres was my server and she had an amazing customer service, she took care of my table very well. I would love to take her on a date if she gives me the chance and treat her well. Can y’all tell her she my favorite server there

Here during the weekday, cause of the main event that should've started at 9 but guess what; 10:17pm and still no show! Dang, not doing this again during a weekday. Other than that, depending on the dj, it might just be a good time (females,stay away from the mixed drinks cause they're diluted!) Chicken strips are the way to go basically half a chicken!

Came at the request of my friends and was blown away by my experience!!! A lovely lady by the name of Allison was our server and was definitely the nicest and most helpful waitress i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Food was hot and cooked to perfection and restaurant was clean. If you’re looking for a relaxed spot with good vibes, good music and awesome staff, THIS is the place to be!

went on a Thursday and there was a DJ playing as early as 8:30pm which is nice. It was a big resto bar. I ordered a chicken wings with mango habanero sauce. It was good! Also ordered pulled pork Nachos and I loved it! Service was good. If you are into sports this is a great place to watch a game.

I recently visited and was lucky enough to have Kathy as my server. From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Throughout my meal, she was attentive and made sure that my dining experience was enjoyable. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and friendly demeanor. Look my service was fine, Destiny was cool the prices are fine for what you see and get what I don't like is some dude in the men's washroom spraying me with God knows what is touching me with a lint roller and then expecting me to tip him 2$ what the hell. I don't need any of that all I need is some soap that the establishment should provide. This is some racket he wasn't there at 5:30Pm but happens to be there at 7:50Pm when things get all busy?

It was my birthday so we had a really great time. First time there so we will be back.

Wings were really good. I got the Hellcat and the sweet and spicy BBQ. Also had 2 top shelf margaritas. Very pricey for 20 Wings and 2 margaritas I spent $76 😳

Roxanne was GREAT!! She wasn’t our waitress at first but she stepped in and took care of us! I was with my coworker on our lunch break and asked if the food could come out fast and she made it happen! She also was very friendly and attentive! Definitely coming back 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Roxanne made it a great experience!
