The food was good but not as good as I remembered. The restaurant and restroom were clean. There was good music playing and our server was FANTASTIC. I wish I remembered her name because I would definitely give her a shout out. She definitely made my birthday dinner feel special.

The food is usually good, however, the manager at this restaurant would not turn the air up a few degrees to make the restaurant more tolerable to eat. It was freezing in here. The workers were freezing and I was freezing even with a sweater poncho. Unnacceptable. The temperature could have the been raised up some to accommodate the customer. I will not be back to this location and will report this manager's conduct to the corporate office because the temperature doesn't have to be that cold for the restaurant to be productive.

You can't go wrong with any appetizers at Friday's. The outstanding service was provided by an NC native. We related well because I was raised in NC. The location is great. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and can even be considered cozy.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars.. this place was horrible!!! It took us 45 minutes to get our food after our waitress disappeared. The food was cold and soggy!! The manager was real dry when I expressed my disappointment. First and last time going. The drink was the only thing worth taking a picture of 😂🤦🏾‍♀️. The food was not worth the money

The last 4 times I have visited TGI Fridays I have been disappointed. The chicken strips are always overcooked and dried out. It is really ridiculously how hard the strips are, you can't even bite into them. The chicken breast was either under cooked or overcooked and dried out, the wings are always under cooked.

The food was good, loaded mash potatoes are absolutely amazing! Very cheesy. The sirloin steak is tender and juicy! Their chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta was good! I just wish it was spicy. The street corn was tasty but I'd would have rather have had it served on the cob. The service was good, my server was nice and friendly, Very attentive. Over all Its a great place to dine in late. I believe they stay open till 2am.

Middle of the afternoon(3pm) so i didnt expect much. Waited a min or 2 at the door, no host, so i went to the bar. Bartender was getting ready for the night. I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweet. Didnt complain. Saw the new menu, ordered the new sandwich with fried cheese. It was so nasty. No meat at all. Just fried cheese and so messy. Ate 2 bites. Asked for sweet tea. Got a plate of sugar. Got left w an empty drink, no ask for a refill, so, i paid and left. Disappointed

Was a good experience! Came here for lunch and was mostly empty inside and sat at the bar, my server was a fun friendly guy and we talked about motorcycles haha Got the whisky burger medium rare and was really good, with a tall blue moon.. Overall price could've been cheaper but hit the spot.

The location was empty and most of the guest were sitting at the bar. That was the second sign after waiting for the hostest a few minutes at the door. The hostess was also our waitress and she seemed to avoid our table or walk by and not ask if we needed anything despite my husband's cup needing a refill. The food was okay and it was reasonably priced. However, we had to ask for plastic utensils after 3 of the four sets of silverware were dirty!!!! Since we already received our food, we decided to stay. However, we will not be going back.

Our service was good, drinks were okay, and very disappointed about their famous potato skins!!!

Xzavier is the BEST bartender! He’s extremely attentive and makes sure his customers are having the best experience. He’s also extremely friendly and down to earth. He’s my favorite bartender on the North side. My food comes out fresh and delicious every single time

If I could give this place zero star I definitely would. I went on a Thursday evening. Hardly any customers in the restaurant. I had a party of 4 and service was slow, we received our food separately from each other, had to ask for items multiple times. When I finally got my food it was disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager and informed her of what I was experiencing, she said she would look into it. She never came back only, but sent out the waiter. They did remove two items from our ticket, but I would prefer the manager to have been more attentive to our needs. I love TGI Fridays, my husband even work for them years , I'm so disappointed with their service.

I was reminded why I hardly go to this restaurant. Went by around 6ish, absolutely no one at the front! Waited 5min, so I sat myself along with my daughter, waited another 5minutes. Waitress assisting table beside me didn’t approach or say anything(assuming it wasn’t her table). Walked out. I saw an employee in the back towards the kitchen starring while waiting but didn’t do/say anything, could’ve been on break.

This is honestly one of my spouses and I regular date night spots. The drinks are always good the food is always hot and the service is always prompt and polite, not to mention it's incredibly affordable! We love it ❤️

Did not like the service at all. Burgers came out pink and red and not fully cooked,I DO NOT recommend this place and my waiter Harold didn’t check on us and left us with empty cups, and there were ants near my table. The bathroom was not clean and it was very rusty. And the floor is dirty.

The place is very well decorated with good service, the food was not that good, the wings and ribs seemed to me to have little flavor and I also felt that they were a bit cold, they did not have draft beer

Server Xavier was very nice. Offered to change out food that was too spicy for my daughter and did it with a good attitude. Food was good. Portions are big and price is fair. Restaurant was clean. Restrooms had a bit of a smell.

Waitress was awesome, whiskey burger was delicious. Only problem was the drink I ordered had very little alcohol added, and ordering a margarita, it should have plenty. All I tasted was the mix. I don't drink, like ever so I should have gotten a good buzz off two of them. Nope barely anything. Otherwise tho. One of my favorite restaurants

Pretty disappointed. Was craving their Cajun pasta all day, I hadn’t had it in years. Called to place a to-go order, the guy on the phone sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing at all. He asked if I wanted chicken, I said “yes, it comes with chicken and shrimp right?” He just said “uhhh” and kept taking my order. It always comes with chicken and shrimp. Got home and there was no shrimp in my pasta, which I was really looking forward to. The pasta always comes with both. You literally have to go in and change the order to put “no shrimp” for this to happen, not to mention I told him I wanted both, because it automatically comes with both anyways. They just need to train their employees better.

Ever since they re-did the menu it has not been the same the flat iron steak is being served as a fajita with cheese and grilled onions and the side of the jack daniel sauce. Definitely not the greatest taste nut the waiter was great and attentive 5 star for service and 2 star for the steak

Great lunch. Great waiter. Had the Philly Cheesesteak Egg roll appetizer, Cheeseburger and fries, Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta, OREO madness dessert. Every dish was delicious. This location across from the Willowbrook mall. Thank you Darius, you are a great waiter.
