We totally loved our complete fondue experience! We came here for our anniversary and loved everything about our dinner! The cheese fondue was delicious - was expecting a bigger portion of the cheese though (for the price). The salads were really good and tasty. Their entrees were really good as well. And the cooking styles are tasty and innovative! Yin and yang chocolate was amazing. That was one of the highlights for my husband! Service and ambience was great. It's a great place for a special day! Loved it overall! Would highly recommend.

This place is great! The service is impeccable! The food is delicious! My wife and I eat here a couple of times per year and it has never disappointed us. The new remodel of the place looks great. The portions look small but by the time you are done eating, you will be full. We always love to get some chocolate covered strawberries to go. On this visit the waiter Jordan took care of us and meet all of our expectations! He was courteous and funny. Thank you Melting Pot for a great dinning experience!

For my first experience it was pretty good! I went with my mother and we got the Big Night out Dinners for two! For the first time I really liked it ! There is actually a three step process that you guys can choose from ! The first one is choosing your own cheese fondue, then you pick your salad , then you pick your entree and chocolate fondue. We got the spinach artichoke dip for our cheese !It was highly recommend and I’m glad we chose that for our fondue .Then we got a tray with vegetable and fruit with it ! We chose the Caesar salad 🥗 and ate it with the signature garlic and wine seasoned made by the melting pot itself !! Now this was a 10/10 ⭐️! We got our variety of meats such as salmon, fish , teriyaki steak, filet moon steak and ravioli ! It was all delicious ! Although I don’t eat steak but my mother says it was delicious ! Then to top it all of my favorite part of this experience was the yin and yang ☯️ chocolate fondue ! We got milk chocolate and white chocolate. We got a tray with bananas, brownies , rice crispy treats, waffles , Oreo marshmallows and something else I forgot the name . But I recommend people give this a try it was a great experience !!!!!

This place was amazing! There are 4 courses and u get to pick what you want. The food was delicious and at first it doesn't seem like much food but once u start eating it's definitely enough we fed 3 on the dinner for 2. They also bring u extra of the food for dipping with the cheese and chocolate if u ask, no charge. Definitely going back it was a great experience with excellent food!

The melting pot has been a go-to for special events in my household. We love going on date nights and for special events with the family. You get an awesome experience and get to do something different with your dinner atmosphere. The food is very filling. I always leave satisfied and happy.

We booked for the New Year's Eve celebration and it was a great experience. It was a set menu. Four course dinner over two hours. The atmosphere was cozy and all the staff were friendly. Javion was our waiter and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the courses. We will definitely go back.

I went here for my Anniversary. Why? They have a 5 course experience, which includes a starter, appetizer, salad, entree and dessert. They also have the option to add on rose petals on the table, a rose bouquet, a picture with picture frame. Staff was great and would definitely recommend for a special event. Currently the 5 course experience is $85 per person. My total was roughly $200 due to adding the rose bundle and a few drinks. Very different from the average fancy dinner that would be $300+.

We celebrated my birthday at The Melting Pot. The customer service for reservations was excellent and our server was great. We were able to get a deal for a four course dining experience. They have seasonal deals so check their website before you go so you don’t miss out. I didn’t realize we were to cook our own food…. But that ended up being fun. I do not recommend taking smaller children due to heat at center of table . The meat was wonderful but the vegetables fried in the grease was not tasty…. The dessert was divine! The bathroom and restaurant were well maintained.

Overall: Prepare to spend a little extra, but definitely worth the occasional experience. Price: A little on the higher side, but it’s to be expected as a slightly more ‘upscale’ restaurant. I always feel like you get a smaller portion of protein for what you pay, but you are getting quality over quantity. Food: the food is always great. You choose a broth, and cook the raw meat in the broth yourself with skewers which is a fun and interactive way to enjoy yourselves. They have great pre made selections or a create your own style. You also get a plate of veggies to throw in the broth and you can request extra veggies at no cost, which I always do just because I never feel satisfied with the protein portions. Service: Always have great servers, been here several times and they’ve always been helpful with the menu, and never had any issues. Atmosphere/cleanliness: It appears they recently renovated the place. Walls removed and tables switched around. Typically very clean, clean bathrooms. Nice darker, slightly more romantic setting with led candles all over. Great place for couples.

We were invited to a birthday luncheon. I hadn't been in a few years. I enjoyed the experience and so did my daughter. We had the three course meal. The servings were a nice size. Although it was a big party both waiters did an awesome job!

This was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We chose this place for a unique date night and it exceeded expectations. Everything was so delicious; from the fondue cheese dip, the salads, the meats & the desserts. Our waitress Olivia was very pleasant and spot on w her recommendations. This is now one of our favorites. Thanks again Olivia for a spectacular experience.

We went to celebrate our Anniversary and had the most relaxing time as we had expected from experience here. The food was fresh and so satisfying. Our server was so sweet. Our food came to us so quickly. We can't wait to come back again!

We have been going to the melting pot for years, more so when there were more locations, this was the first at this location. Reservations were easy and changing it was even easier. It was a little lightly attended foe a hot day. Decor was nice, staff were nice but were a little unattended. Food was good but a little over priced. I would recommend going at least once. I will say we were full and probably should have stuck with appetizer and desert.

Had an amazing experience, fantastic menu, flavors were on point and service was top notch. kitchen staff do come too often to ask if we were done cooking although we were visibly still working, but chatting. we were having too much of a good time and were probably slower than the average people i guess. absolutely loved the cheese entrée and the dessert chocolate fondue, each piece of cake we dipped was very good. we'll be back for more

Love this place. Such a fun experience for a date night, a group of friends, or the entire family. Be warned, it's expensive but the food is oh so good. We had a group of 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids and he bill was right at $209 before tip for a 3 course meal. I highly recommend the bananas foster fondue for dessert!

Our waitress took a long time getting back to us and seemed to not be in the best of moods, but the food was amazing and she answered all of our questions. It was a lovely dining experience.

Went for Houston Restaurant Weeks, and it definitely did not disappoint! All three courses were accompanied with different styles, and all courses were fun and delicious. We got the classic alpine for the first course, which is a classic, gruyere based cheese fondue. For the main course, we got the HRW traditional and Seafood lovers, which were also a surprisingly decent amount of food! When it first came out, I was worried that it won’t be enough, but it ended up being just enough. The cooking style we chose was Mojo, which was Caribbean inspired. Appreciated how it wasn’t too over-seasoned. For the dessert course, we got the S’mores, which I would definitely recommend, it was so fun and delicious! I would say one thing that was interesting to me was that the price point is pretty high end but the atmosphere was very casual.

If you're looking for a nice place out where you're willing to cook your meals and enjoy it straight from the pot then this is the place for you. A delightful experience though I wouldn't say I totally enjoyed cooking my own meal while paying for it but I would recommend it. Dessert was the yin and yang chocolate fondue which was divine. Staff were also very friendly and made the experience more delightful.

We visited for the first time today, to celebrate our anniversary! Our experience was amazing and our server, Tina, was great! She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Everything she recommended was phenomenal. She even recommended a “mocktail” because she noticed I’m pregnant. We will definitely return and definitely request her!

Really enjoyed our first time here. Even our boys loved it all. The cheese fondue was so good but the dessert fondue took the medal. I'm not even a huge dessert person. Overall a good time, will definitely be back one day to try different options.

Great and interesting place. Is a perfect option to go with your date. Has the 3 time option and the concept of food and how the customer cook it is striking.

We entered the establishment happy until we met with the receptionist who seemed irritated that we were one of the first people there. Our waitress was great in the beginning giving us her opinion on the menu and helping us since we were first timers but after a while she forgot about us and even admitted it when it came to checking on us for refills and food. After this incident she did better and continued to serve us well. The cheese could be better because we tasted more beer than actual cheese but the food as in salad, meat and dessert were delicious. This is a great place for a date night or special occasion.
