My wife and I one of our daughters here on an outing for her birthday. We had a wonderful time I've eaten here before but it's been a while. Everybody loved the dishes that we had. I should have taken photos of our individual meals, unfortunately i forgot. However i had their original Burger and it was great other than the bottom bun got soggy from all the juices from the meat. My wife had a steak salad that she loved. My vegetarian daughter had the meatless hamburger, and she loved it. Then afterward we shared a brownie. There's a picture of it because we simply couldn't believe how enormous it was! The 3 of us shared it.

Great service and the food was good. Exactly what I have come to expect from hard rock cafe. Not the biggest I've been to. But had some interesting items

Love the place! Great atmosphere and wonderful staff! The place was clean and relaxing but more over the food was fantastic as well as the dessert! Highly recommend!

Typical hard rock cafe, which I visit where ever I travel so this is a must visit for my experience and review. Liked the ambiance and service were quick and efficient. The beer and fries were great helping my second serving. The music was less suggesting, yet enjoyable. the place was unusually bit dark but being on the bar table, I didn't find it different.

Celebrated my 49th b-day here. Nearly empty, but that was fine with me. Great food. Good service. Great atmosphere- lots of music/artist decore to walk around & enjoy. Recommended.

The service was amazing and the burges was juicy and well cooked, nothing raw or bloody. The chipotle sauce was good spicy and sweet at the same time, and it tasted amazing with the fries. Food could be the same everywhere but not everybody can cook it good and tasty, they did an amazing job with the burger

I thought it was going to be better. The service wasn't that great. Our waiter took for ever to take our drinks and was seen talking more than working. As far as the food goes the fries were bland and soggy and the chicken was dry.

Decent environment to see all the memorabilia, and service was above average. But for the price, the food is sub par. I expected much more. Friend ordered Mac n Cheese plate, with a side of mushrooms. Her food came out dry and disheveled. My burger came out dry and even though the draft beers were cold, they were almost totally flat. (See the photo. Would you eat it?) No reason to ever return here. Sad.

I have been to several Hard Rock Cafes and Houston needs to get with it. This is probably the worst one I've visited. Aside from my service being sub par there isn't a whole lot to look at in this one. Construction around the area makes it hard to get in. We did come with a big group during the week for a reunion. We made reservations, let the server know prior to ordering it was all separate ect. It still took him and his manager about an hour after our meal to split the check. I have worked as a server so I know its not always easy but you guys were acting like it was your first time. The food came out great. But again working in the food industry before why in the hell was there only ONE person working our huge party? He couldn't handle all of that. No one else helped this poor server run our food, refill drinks, ect. Not his fault he can only do so much. Poor foh management really. The bartender Brittany was great. You guys can do better hard rock.
