This is the third time we've ordered pick up. In the past I have had to wait when I got there, and the staff weren't particularly nice, but this time was a new low. The staff person told me my order and confirmed all the food was there. I asked him how much cocktail sauce he gave us. He told me none, that I had to order that extra ("the manager has gotten on us about giving it away for free"). So he charged me a dollar upcharge. What he brought me after I paid were three tiny cups, about enough for two shrimp a piece. Good news, because they also skimped on the shrimp, so we had enough. Seriously, we weighed our pound of shrimp, and it was about a half pound, plus the insignificant corn and potatoes they added to the steamed shrimp. The corn was inedible. It's a shame this is the kind of service they give, because the little we actually got was good. But we will not be going back.

This place was going good. I was even discussing to my wife how this place had low reviews. Then I saw a roach crawling by my plate of food. I was disgusted. I moved my baby and was shocked to see how a roach could crawl on a baby carrier. Then a manager came and checked and said he believed us.

The food was delicious and great portions. 5.00 Margaritas. The waitress , chubby Caucasian was not so inviting not such a good waitress. Great customer service is so important. No 0rices on menu , it had a barcode for prices but that didn't work. So she could only give us verbal prices. I wasn't happy with that. I would go back and request a different waitress.

Service was great, definitely some good old fashioned southern hospitality the moment we walked in. Wasn't very busy during lunch so great for nice quiet place for lunch. Asked for recommendations and told to try the Strawberry Lemonade drink. Tasted great!! Not too strong but the liquor was there. Ordered the oscar dipping sauce with extra bread and that was amazing!! We will definitely come back again and try more things!!

BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT!! I ordered a burger that was advertised for $7.99 and they wanted to charge me over $16. Never been here before and the waitress gave wrong information. This place wasted the food as well. They made the burger and didn’t want to bring it out after I told the manager that the waitress did not give the correct information about the price of the burger. Please do not go here. Very poor service and a horrible experience being the first time here.

I am a frequent diner here and love coming to eat here. Today was a different story. Our waitress spilled 2 full cups of ice water all over me, spilled over what I had left of my beer (maybe half), and yes she was apologetic but I found it surprising that she didn't at least offer to get me a new beer. Nothing. She brought our check like nothing happened. Not only was the ice freezing but I looked like I peed on myself. She also left a big puddle of water right where my feet go (my sandals were SOAKING WET), the manager walked by and said oh you had an accident, and sent someone with a mop. Didn't stop to ask what happened, otherwise I would've let her know that it wasn't me who had the accident. To me, the waitress was more worried about herself than me as a customer. I will continue to dine here but I refuse to have her as my waitress ever again.

The Texas Sampler is a great variety with yummy food. The boneless wings were the best part. I wish the Chef Salad had been prepared differently with the meat chopped instead of just rolled. The fajita melt and burger with sweet potato fries were delicious. Our service wasn't the best, but she was really nice.

No one takes care of you like Serena, amazing and professional Best crawfish when in season! Spicy for me, but maybe not for you lol

I was taking this establishment for a belated birthday dinner was very interesting offering Bingo music and entertainment on TV so you had everything the food was great our server was a little bit one could say too persistent to get us out of the but still very polite he was simply punctual which can be good and bad I won't hold it to him cause the food was beautifully made as well as tasty

#2 for the best hamburger and french fries that my wife and I have ever eaten. Great service. We will be back!!!

Enjoyed my time here after a terrible graduation day, to say the least. The DJ there for that night was AMAZING. The bartenders were very nice and accommodating. The food we ordered was okay, something new have haven't ordered before (seafood platter), butthe otherr menu options rarely ever disappoint.

Typical sports bar. Lots of tvs with varied sports venues. There is a lot of seating but the service is s l o w. The table we sat at was sticky not appealing to sit at. We waited a very long time to get our order. My husband's meal was fish and chips looked like frozen battered fish sticks. I ordered chips with caso. Not good either.

I rated this restaurant with 5 stars because, The food is great!! The employees were friendly and helpful. When I came in, I was helped in a timely manner. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and presentable. I would totally come back here and recommend it his place.

The food is absolutely nothing special. Appetizers are mediocre. The boudin bites, not even sure if it was boudin or not, super cheesy, over spiced, no kick, were decent, sauce to dip was gross. Service for a friday was fine, good atmosphere, not the most comforting place AC wise but still a fine time, not loud or crowded, comfortable just meh overall.

I love this place!! The appetizers are half price in Saturday...we love this!! The mushrooms, pickers and fried Jalenoes are the best I have had in a long time.

Not many customers when there, but still very slow and inattentive service (and my expectations are generally pretty low). Waitress was talking to bartender for several minutes, would disappear for long lengths. Had fajita steak nachos, and they were okay if you like the liquidy nacho cheese, but underseasoned. Fried jalapeños were good. No beer menu available,though.

Good atmosphere, but over priced menu. If you're priced to visit the place, think twice then think again. You're very likely to need to file bankruptcy afterwards. And the food quality is very much like McDonald's at best.

Mondays are best day to go, 5 wings for 3.75, got the Texas Heat with Lemon Pepper, boy that stuff was hitting! In a good way of course. Beer was cheap. Environment isn’t too crowded but crowded enough. Bartender was nice, forgot her name otherwise I would have listed it. Try it out, wouldn’t hurt.

Currently looking to hire and you can tell. My husband and I went in the late evening and although they were not too busy, our food could have been better. Seems like one bartender was servicing both inside and outside bar. I know they have great service but one experience does not define this restaurant. Hopefully they can hire new people and get back up to the top where I've known them to be.

The food is great, however the service is always slow and it's very loud inside. We've had several different servers and they have all had wonderful personalities and tableside manner, so I'm not sure if it's a matter of maybe being understaffed. It's a sports restaurant, so noise is expected, but the last several times we have been there, it's almost impossible to speak to anyone at the table, and even harder to hear our own server. If they'd just make the acoustics a bit better for tables to converse, the slow service might just become more of an oversight.

It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. QR codes on menu did not work and waitress gave false information on the burger special. She then went and lied to her manager and told him that we we told that the burgers we ordered we not included in the promotion. Instead of the issues being corrected we walked out without eating after being there for an hour. Absolute horrible customer service. Stay away from people if you can’t do your job properly.

The wings were great, just like the bartender stated! I think the beer taps need to be cleaned, though, because my beer started to taste off when it started to warm up. Overall, it is a great place. Next time, I will opt for a bottled beer.

We sat at the bar my 27 year old son and I and we ordered 2 appetizers . Nachos (delicious) and some kind of smothered fries with beef , cheese , all all the good stuff , etc.. We could have shared one of them that’s how big the portions are . The bartender was attentive and most helpful with the juke box that you control through an app on your phone…. Yes I’m over 50 and didn’t know such a thing existed . It was cool . The atmosphere had a vibe that was energetic and fun . Definitely will be going back in the near future .

First time eating here and definitely the last. The place was dirty. Nothing looked clean. The food was ok. We ordered blackened catfish and brought us a soup spoon bcuz they ran out of silverware. No prices on the menu as if we were at a luxurious steakhouse!
