Okay this place gets 3 stars due to food and service. The food was pretty good but the appetizer ribs could have been better. The quantity of the sweet sour chicken was a little bit as well but was good to eat. The service we had was kinda late for things. We had to look around to get refills and the time length get checked up on took a long time. Probably won't be back to this specific location.

Love this place! I haven’t been in a few years but omg! They have not lost their touch. The chicken lettuce wraps & chili-garlic green beans are always my favorite! Everything we tried today had great flavor! Would definitely come back!

P.F.Changs near Willowbrook Mall is a good location. There is plenty of parking. There was no wait during lunch. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The food quality seems to have gone down some, but it was still pretty good. The staff were awesome, and we really apps their efforts.

A dining experience that was well received and exceptionally well served by our wait staff. The suggestions from the staff were spot on with our culinary desires for lunch. The entrée served was as good if not some of the Best tasting that we have had! We will definitely be visiting here again.

I normally don't hit alot of chain restaurants but PF Chang's is an exception. Great Asian food and very nice cocktails as well. Lettuce wraps, dim sum, egg rolls, spicy Glass noodles, shrimp and lobster sauce, and spicy crispy chicken. All of these were incredible. Chang's Mai Tai's we're delicious and were very strong cocktails. The service was excellent and on point and I even had the manager come to me at the bar and make sure everything was good. When I am in Houston, I definitely hit this spot on a regular. Huge thanks to all the staff who made sure I had a great lunch.

We went here on a Sunday night and had the absolute best experience that exceeded even my own expectations. Appetizers: The wagyu dumplings melted in your mouth while the green’s and crab wontons had the perfect crisp to them. All of the sauces served with the dishes really complimented the food well. Main courses: The orange chicken had the perfect amount of breading to chicken ratio and was super zesty and tasty. The Mongolian beef had plenty of beef and onions, it’s always a disappointment when you get basically a plate full of onions at other places but that was not the case at all! The combo fried rice was really the star of the show. One of the best fried rices I’ve had thus far and I could see myself coming back just for that! Drinks: The ornament is a must get! Not only do you get an ornament for your tree, but it’s also really good value because the ornament contains enough for 2 drinks. I was super skeptical about the emperors whiskey sour because the idea of a merlot float made no sense to me... it was one of the best whiskey sours I’ve ever had! Hats off to our servers Ted and Kyle for their outstanding service and recommendations! We already can’t wait to go back!

Visited for lunch. Not busy at all for lunch. Fully staffed. Sat at the bar and the bartender was super attentive and area was spotless. Beer poured perfectly and food (Mongolian Beef) was superb. Been at this location before and it's always spot on.

We ended up waiting over a half hour for a reservation. But the food was phenomenal. Large portions, fresh hot food .Our waitress was very cordial and explained that the kitchen was behind and that meals were taking 25 minutes longer so we ordered appetizers. We really appreciate it that information. The complementary dessert offered to us because of the table wait was also appreciated. My birthday card was a nice touch signed by the whole staff.

First time patronizing PF Chang's. Everything was wonderful, food and service HOWEVER I don't like the fact that my waiter walked in the back with my payment card instead of him staying in my sight and paying up front.

It’s Beautiful restaurant. I took a take out order. The food was good. I loved the eggplant and crispy beans they are the best. The only awkward situation was where we all people for takeout had to stand in the bar area where everyone was eating and drinking and we had to stand in the busy place. The kitchen staffs and barkeepers and waitresses kept running with their orders and we had to keep moving from here and there.

Must have a recent chef change. My dish was like it came from a different restaurant. Not even close to the standard. The other dishes were far off point but edible nonetheless. This was supposed to be mapo tofu extra spicy but it arrived deep fried, no heat and extra sweet.

Predictably PF Chang's. One cannot go wrong at this place. Food is great. Ambiance is great. Service is great. And this particular location has good amount of parking and the mall is accessible. Definitely a place to dine, drink and celebrate.

2nd time dining at this location. Nice aesthetics. The food has been underwhelming; lacks consistency. I ordered the Crispy Honey Shrimp and my tastebuds led me to believe it was the 'orange chicken' sauce, not the honey sauce. The fried rice was unsavory; no flavor at all, completely cold, saturated mush. Hot cooked shrimp on deflated rice ->😶 The appetizer: the Chang Lettuce Wraps have been good on both visits. Drink: Pomegranate Lemonade- 👍🏾

This place was beautiful. The decor, the uniforms, the staff were all amazing. The hostess was kind. Our server Phil worked really hard to make sure that my family had a great dining experience. I ordered a spicy chicken dish, but it wasn’t spicy at all. I like my food very spicy, so I’ll put that on me. We will definitely be back. Thank for making our surprise birthday lunch amazing!

The food is good. I mean, it's PFChangs. I'm pretty sure everyone gets the same quality whichever restaurant you're at. The reason for 3 stars is strictly based on food value and overall quality. Sometimes, we get PF from the frozen food section of our grocery store, and recently, the quality of Restaurant food just seems more processed. Like I'm getting frozen food in a bag? Service here, especially at the bar, is tops. Portion sizes seem to have gotten smaller and replaced by extra sides? I don't remember getting rice and vegetables with my entree, which was half as big as it used to be. Great Wall cake is good. Little dry but still humongous. Dinner service but felt like lunch portions.

The customer service here is impeccable! From the host, server, bartender and runners. Everyone was smiling with good energy and genuinely made my experience wonderful. Special thanks to my server Alec, the best server I’ve had in a long time. The food is always good and the atmosphere gives a modern geisha house. Thank you all.

Love the food, peaceful atmosphere and the service was great from the time we stepped in,until the time we left. Phil did a wonderful and awesome job tending to our every needs and with a smile always on his face,I will definitely ask for him when we go back. Thank You for the amazing time that we had.

Outstanding!! decor was recently refreshed. New menu items. Food ,service , carry out and management attention was really great. Happy hour is back since the COVID shutdown. Excellent bar specials and new drinks. Food was bright and on point . PF Changs has always been a great place to grab lunch or drinks at happy hour or share dishes at dinner. This is my first time and as a vegetarian I was shocked on how delicious food was with good options. Loved Buddha bowl with white sauce. Came 20 mins before closing and no one rushed for orders and gave excellent service. Definitely coming back.

I haven't visited in several years although my home is only 4 min away. I do not believe I had a pleasant experience because I never wrote about it. My recent visit was wonderful. Our waiter was outstanding, personable, and very mannerable and honest. This visit received a five star rating

Ordered curbside. Food was hot however once home with my order (8 min. drive) ALL of the protein in my combo fried rice and Mongolian beef were DRY and OLD. The fried rice itself was good and seasoned well. Food is a little too pricey to be served old meat

Celebrated a birthday here. We decided to go last minute. The staff accommodated us beautifully. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. My family enjoyed the food. Great portion sizes and ambiance. Would return.

A good experience ruined by a single person. The place looks nice, very good lively and clean atmosphere. The staff were generally good and attentive, the hostesses in particular. Food is tasty and clean. The prices are pretty high, but that is expected from high quality food. The problem we had was with the waitress that attended us. Would take a long time to bring our food and drinks, with almost every time making an excuse. Even downright telling us that she forgot about us. And her humor was pretty terrible, would taunt and mock us, like if we were supposed to find it funny being the bad receiving end of her jokes. Though we ended up showing our humorous side when it came down to the tip. ^_^

If you haven't been to PF Changs by now, I'm surprised. But if you haven't, here's the deal. It's not authentic. But it is Asian inspired food that is mostly very good. It's a slightly upscale restaurant with a nice atmosphere, great bar and it can scratch that Asian food itch. A little sushi (just OK), some typical Chinese dishes with a twist, and a nice setting for date night or nice dining.

Phil is awesome!!! He’s attentive and engaging - sincerely nice person. We will ask for him and if he’s not there sorry to say, we will go elsewhere. Hostess is friendly, too!

My husband and I really like this restaurant. The food was plentiful with to go boxes being authentic to the theme. Service was wonderful and attentive.

We had reservations and were seated quickly once we arrived. The service was quick and prompt. We were a large group too. We got several appetizers that came out quickly although not all at the same time. The selection of entre options was very large and there is something for everyone. Almost all options (well, maybe I should say there are multiple options) are vegetarian and then you can select a protein if you want. Again the entrées were not all served at the same time as the last two came out a little bit after everyone had already been served, not very long though - just a few minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Came here for a nice lunch with my friend and I could tell it’s a cute place for date night. I love the ambiance and the food was on point. Nice menu selection for sushi lovers and options for traditional food as well. We shared all our items and left the place stuffed.
