We made a reservation for 30 people 2 weeks in advance, for a Wednesday night. When we got there, we did have a section reserved. The problem was the terrible service and the RUDE waiter. Mind you this was a Wednesday night, it was not busy. The waiter was maybe overwhelmed by the big party, but the comments and remarks he made to all of us were unacceptable. One woman in our party asked if the bathroom was behind the bookshelf (she had never been there) and he said “if you know, why did you ask” the first thing he said to me when I walked in with my daughter “it’s 21 and up at 9” (it was 7:30) one guy in our group was trying to order, and the waiter interrupted and said “I have other things to do- make it quick” he also told a guy to “go outside and pee” when he asked where the bathroom was. We waited over 30 minutes for each drink and we’re told we could not order at the bar… we asked for another waitor to help ours and the manager said “he’s our only server. Sorry” Do not recommend this place for a big group party. We were even all one on tab to make things easier, and got treated very poorly! No excuse for a bad attitude toward friendly people.

Great pub atmosphere and vibe. Belgium beer served in wrong style of glass slightly disappointing. Cauliflower bites were delicious. Caesar salad not so much. Karaoke night might be fun or annoying but it is loud.

Baker St is a very nice English style pub. The chicken quesadilla tasted very good. Good choice of craft beers, wines, and liquors

Nice pub. Number of beers to choose from. Everyday one dish is a 50% reduced price. Good fish and chips.

Abysmal service. We had two tables next to us walk out because the wait staff never showed up. It took over 30 minutes just to get a beer. I actually went to the bar and tried to buy a beer because I lost faith in the waiter and I couldn't even get the bar keeps attention. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your time. The food, when it finally showed up, was average. I regret going there because it was such a frustrating experience

Very cool spot in the woodlands! Pretty laid back, has a lot of decor and definitely I fun with a larger group of people. In-house games, attentive vartenders and very cool hidden bookshelf door that leads to the restroom. A must check out if you're in town.

The food here was delicious. Our waitress was somewhat attentive. We did dine in earlier, which meant it wasn't busy. Might try this establishment again if we are in the mood for the burger. The restroom was a nice touch to find, kept it entertaining.

ATMOSPHERE & SERVICE: The restaurant itself is great and creatively typical of a British pub. I must note the restroom door, which is like something off of Harry Potter where it is hidden within a bookshelf. The decor is great. The staff friendly and helpful. THE FOOD: My wife is from County Durham, England, and I have lived over there for some time with her. I was excited to bring her here for a feel of home. The staff and atmosphere are great. However, the owner must have something against vegetarians and vegans. There is no Beyond or Impossible burger patty options despite the pub being in an area where there certainly will be many vegans and vegetarians. No effort at all to make options for vegetarians or vegans, besides perhaps an accidentally vegetarian cheese sandwich. In the UK nowadays, nearly all pubs and restaurants include such options on their menus. This would have been a favorite place of ours. As it stands, we will not be returning unless it is just for drinks on a night.

The food was good and the staff was attentive and kind. A little loud for our taste but it wasn't unreasonable. We really enjoyed the burger and the potatoe nachos.

Nice happy hour with $5 cocktails but no food specials. We had 2 martinis each and the taste of them were inconsistent. The nachos with bbq pulled pork were really good! Bartenders were nice and friendly.

Honestly the food wasn't horrible but the drinks are definitely a joke. My family tried this place and we ended up sitting and waiting for the band to play. We had maybe 5 drinks each. There was little to no alcohol in them. I'm a light weight and it felt like I was drinking flavored water. At 7 bucks a piece after taxes you'd think they'd try. I ended with a margarita to help the fun start only to get a salty flavored drink. It was so salty I might a well have had some saline. Idk, what is going on behind that bar but liquor pouring is not one of them. They had a guest flailing around during the bands performance that changed the entire energy of room. I feel like this first time experience could have been so much better but it was chaos and weak drinks. Guess I should mention the cold limp fries on my $16 plate. I'm glad I was at least there with loved ones or the experience would've not been worth it at all.

I love this place! I gave it four stars just because one and only bartender during lunch was just plain rude and didn't even want to clean the area of the bar where we were going to sit and got annoyed when we asked if she could clean it. BUT aside from her, the atmosphere, the food and the drinks are always great here! They have two pool tables and two dart boards available to play and it does get packed on the weekends!

Food was good, atmosphere was fun and inviting, service was kind of slow but then again it was an astros playoff game so i don't think they are used to getting that much traffic.

Fish n Chips was delicious, probably the best I’ve had. It came with a generous helping of coleslaw and fries, and the ranch dipping was also good. I also tried the appetizer Shepherd’s Pie Bites, also a unique recommendation- unexpected flavor! We had bread pudding for dessert, also highly recommended. My strawberry margarita was made just right, perfect amount of tequila and strawberry purée. I’ll be back to try other items.

Food is always good, the service however is always a hit or miss. A lot of the times the servers don’t want to serve or they seem miserable but when they have open mic night it’s always a blast with drinks!

Good location to pound a few beers and nimble bar food. I was there with friends to eat and drink before attending a concert. While the service was a tad slow due to kitchen issues, the staff was very amicable and attentive to our needs. The food was left to be desired but you can't expect too much at a bar. At least the drinks were plentiful and cold.

Great venue! We had to find a new venue for approximately 60 people in short notice, but they quickly welcomed and accommodated our group. Great food, drinks and we lucked out with karaoke night! We had so much fun!

The bar is cool. The food isn't so good. Dry chicken fried chicken. More crust than chicken. Mashed potatoes were dry & the veggies had no flavor. Do not recommend.

I was dining here today and Serena who I assume is a manager there at this location and ordered a delivery & had requested it be handed to her and the delivery person was seeming to have a hard time with her saying she was waiting out front. I did not see her out front. The delivery guy had given it to the bartender. I’m assuming she was in the back of the kitchen where the delivery person is not allowed access. The delivery person had asked Serena why she had committed fraud by saying she didn’t get her order & she had then admitted that she had received her order! I’d like a general manager to take care of this matter because I did not appreciate witnessing your manager lying and trying to get the delivery driver in trouble when she clearly got the order. All for what? A free meal? I don’t appreciate her lying and claiming she didn’t receive her order when there were plenty of witnesses and she was very rude to the delivery person. I will never dine here again. I don’t support people who commit fraud!

Very disappointing. The atmosphere is your typical pub which is nice. They have a cute novelty bookcase that you push to find the restrooms. The patty melt was good…not great, just good. But the so-called nachos. You pay $14 for 12 individual chips. I am not kidding when I tell you, you get 2 rows of 6 chips and that’s it. The service was SO slow. It was Friday around 5:30/6:00. They weren’t that busy but for some reason the party melt came out first and then 20 minutes later the nachos came out. Do better Baker Street.

Out of stock on first 3 beers I selected. I finally just asked for Bud Light. I wished it had been out after it was served. Warm and slightly skunky. Cobb salad was nice size but dressing was a weirdly flavored cumin-y vinaigrette. No options offered. Wine pour was very skimpy. Not even 5 oz. Service was friendly but slow paced. Do not anticipate returning.

This place is very quaint. I love how it looks like an authentic pub at least from what I've seen on television. But I particularly love the hidden door in the bookcase that leads to the restrooms. There is a full bar and karaoke some nights and a patio area. It's a good party spot and the food is not too shabby. We had fish and chips. I even liked the coleslaw which is saying a lot since I usually hate coleslaw. Parking is ample just down the street for 5 or 10 bucks. I highly recommend.

Awesome service. Food was fresh and the menu was robust and it was hard to choose. The sauv blanc from NZ was fantastic. Our server, Blake was excellent. We both had the turkey avocado bacon Sammy.
