Made reservations for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. I'll tell you, they really went the extra effort to make our experience pleasant. Our table was reserved with a printed menu that wished us a Happy Anniversary. And the. After seating us, the hostess took our picture and then printed it and gave us a copy in a card with wishes, as well. These extra little things were great! My wife had red wine while I had a Bourbon Manhattan. For an appetizer we tried their Wagyu Meatballs. They were delicious. Two huge meatballs covered in marinara sauce with Parmesean shavings on top, and ricotta cheese. They were awesome! For my plate I ordered the Cajun Prime Ribeye which is an excellent cut of meat aged 60 hours in Cajun spices. The meat was so tender and spiced perfectly. For my side I ordered their Brussel Sprouts. They're made with onions and bacon. They are buttery and savory, and huge! My wife ordered their Prime Ribeye with Blue Cheese butter. It was cooked exactly as we ordered it. The blue cheese butter went great on top of the steak, and poured with Red wine. For the side. She ordered the lobster Mac n Cheese. It's a great blended cheese sauce. The noodles were perfectly cooked and there was a good amount of lobster meat mixed in. For dessert we chose their Creme Brulee. It was cooked perfectly and topped with mint leaf and raspberries. This was an awesome experience.

One of the best steakhouse in Houston. Morton’s The Steakhouse is definitely one of my favorite. Grass finished Steak is always the way to go, the meat is so tender, I love the Brussels sprouts.. the atmosphere is so pleasant. Love it you!! Absolutely beautiful place! The ambiance is everything a couple needs for an elegant and upscale date night. Everything was well prepared and tasted delightful.

The ambiance is great well designed. You can park or valet both options are available. There is a bar menu we generally like sitting at the bar to enjoy. They had a nice delightful menu. I ordered corn soufflé. It was amazing. Very light. I added oysters 🦪 they were delicious Loved the service of the plate was fresh as well. Our waiter was excellent. Would I go back again unfortunately not. They need to update like add a live music piano or something to the ambiance for a upscale restaurant. I feel like as it’s a chain it loses the quality of a luxury steakhouse.

Visited for our anniversary. Estela was super attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She gave great insights about wine and food pairings. Fantastic service/experience. Will visit again soon.

Had an absolutely amazing meal and a great beginning to Houston Restaurant Weeks 2021! The food was delicious, the staff was courteous and great, and the food was amazing. Morton's definitely falls in the category with other greats like Ruth's Chris, The Capital Grille, and Smith & Wollensky! Did I mention the cognac sauce? You've gotta try the cognac au'poivre sauce!!

Loved the ambience, service was great even the manager came to our table to ask if we needed anything. Tried their HRW menu, food was excellent especially their lobster bisque and wagyu meatballs The main entree was the NY strip and fillet mignon with garlic butter added extra ($12) and their caramel topped cheesecake for dessert. I would highly recommend this steakhouse, one of the best in Houston.

We love this location! Carlos came to check on us and I asked who prepared the Filet Sliders and Crab Cakes no Filler all Crab Meat ! Thank you Allen and Jody for the Great Crab-cakes all the food was yummy ! Not to Mention Carlos, Patrick and Ryan (managers) delivered our food very elegantly! My Birthday Dinner was a 5star experience! Menus with my Name on them I’ve been everywhere never had this experience! Food ,Staff, Ambience was Perfect! Stellar Customer Service!

If you are looking for a 4-5 star restaurant with great service DO NOT GO to Morton’s the service is horrible. You can have a reservation and it don’t mean anything they will make you wait 1 hour after your reservation to seat you . Also the manager Ryan is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude also very prejudiced against Black people and rude . my advice is go to a real 5 star restaurant there so many in the galleria area Service wise you can go to dennys and have better service …Do better RYAN

First time at this location. Wife and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary and came to Morton’s for dinner (was on Thanksgiving Day). Service from front door to exit was outstanding. Commemorative menu with “Happy 33rd Anniversary” printed at the top, waiter took our picture and put in a paper frame too. She had the filet mignon and I had the King Salmon. Both were outstanding. The salmon rivaled the Copper River Salmon I had in Seattle a few years ago. For dessert, we shared the hot chocolate cake with a personalized message written on the plate- an excellent finish to our meal. Waiter was attentive and had 2 members of management at different times stop by table to ask if anything we needed. Will definitely return.Thank you Morton’s!

We ordered two filets and lobster tails the filets were about room temperature and the lobster tails were not much warmer! So they took the filets back and when they came back they were hot but then the were not moist the mashed potato were also just warm! For the Christmas dinner this was very disappointing I would not consider this place as fine dining

This place was exquisite. I highly enjoyed my experience there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the food. They're good, but they come in small portions and are highly expensive. Other than that, I would highly recommend and hope to come back. Just make sure you have the money to afford it 😉.

Atmosphere would have been a 5 but there were several questionable patrons. We walked in on Christmas without a reservation and found a spot at the bar. We expected a long wait time under the circumstances. We were greeted immediately by the manager, Ryan, who quickly apologized and explained the reason for the wait. We elected to eat at the bar and the staff was prompt, the food was amazing and management checked in on us often. We appreciated the last minute Christmas experience and will be returning on a normal night to get the full dining experience in the restaurant.

I highly recommend Morton's The Steakhouse in the galleria area. Went there for my birthday and had a filet mignon and lobster tail with a baked potato.Thomas was my waiter who did an excellent job at explaining things to me such as Landry's Select Club rewards card. Eric and Ryan checked up on me to make sure everything was to my liking. The dessert was complimentary and I ordered Morton's legendary hot chocolate cake. It was delicious, actually all of the food was delicious. The atmosphere is elegant, private and sophisticated. Overall a great place to eat and I'm looking forward to my next meal here.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. Our server, Thomas was very kind and helpful when ordering. Management was very visible and kind. Our steaks were overcooked, but our dining experience made up for it.

Everything was amazing here. Staff, service, atmosphere, food. Absolutely all the food was fantastic. The steaks were probably the best we've ever had. The experience was definitely the best date night we've had in our whole 10ish years together.

How the mighty have fallen. I can't think of one redeeming thing about our dinner. Mediocre food with good service. Hard pass for the price. There are so many better options in Houston. Avoid the big name and go elsewhere.

It’s pretty pointless to make a reservation. I arrived for my reservation and had to wait 10-15 minutes due to over booking guest. I was looking forward to eating there. They didn’t offer anything beside the bar while I waited. We ending up leaving to another restaurant. The atmosphere was dead as well . I didn’t make it far to try their food so say.

I called ahead to ask if there was open seating for my anniversary. The person told me that the bar was open. I specifically said I didn't want to sit at the bar and they said okay just come on in and we'll get you seated. Went through the trouble of making my way there and finding parking, walk upstairs and they say, sorry, we can't seat you. I explained that we had just been told to come and that we would be seated. They were totally unapologetic and snooty. That's very offensive. Won't be back.

Beyond delighted with our visit. The staff took great care of us and paid super close attention to detail. It was our anniversary so they made “custom” menus with the date and “Happy Anniversary” on the menus themselves. They also took our photo and gave us a little cute keepsake frame to take home. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The dessert was to die for! The service was just spectacular and definitely memorable especially as we celebrated our anniversary. Would definitely return and celebrate another big life event here or even for a regular date night. Cannot thank the staff enough for such a great night!

Had a great dinner here last weekend on a date night. My server Brandon and the restaurant manager Ryan, could not have been more attentive to my needs throughout my dinner. The filet was perfectly cooked and the bar did a great job making cocktails as well. Thank you Morton's for a great night and hope to return soon.

It's a really nice restaurant. Perfect service. The food was delicious. The Cajun steak is a must try. Good vibe. Good for couples and for families. Must visit this steak house if you are a steak lover. 😋

Went to Morton’s with my son after a long and exhausting day in Houston. Ordered a NY Strip, a tenderloin, fries, loaded backed potato and ended it with a crème brûlée. I brief, steaks were tender, juicy and delicious. Everything else that we ordered was also super delicious! Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great drinks. Chicken was dry. Overall great birthday dinner! They spelled my name wrong on my birthday menu but it was okay.

Had dinner with my beautiful wife this evening... Atmosphere was romantic.... Time that we went... There was not many people at was wonderful.... Waitress made her suggestions... Since it was our first time.... And everything was at top notch quality and service.... Not your everyday eatery... But still a must go if you want to take your person to a high end... Romantic evening spot... We will return

Thuy Le (our server) is the best!! I will ONLY go when she is working! She is very nice & well informed with the menu and recommendations, she also recommended the bottle pictured, the food was so good, she let me substitute the Filet Mignon for the Cajun steak and OMG I love her for it! She truly made my experience one of a kind, I will be back but again ONLY when she is there!
