We had a magnificent evening for my wife's birthday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host greeted us by name upon arrival and our table was by perfect with views of the entire restaurant. Our Server Serena was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The appetizers were fabulous and the entrees delectable. This is fine dining at its finest.

Went there for our anniversary, had some amazing seafood and steak. Lobster bisque, crab cake and scallops were 10/10. Very good service and ambiance. We will definitely come back for the fresh seafood. The complimentary baked Alaska made our evening even more special.

Very nice restaurant, service is relaxing in that you are not rushed to order etc.. Food was excellent, girlfriend had salmon and she loved it, myself, had a Filet Mignon, cooked to perfection 🥰 💞...ambiance is warm, inviting. Wine selection is extensive... Ample parking on site, valet if you wish... It will cost you some $$$$, especially since it's mostly alcarte...remember, it's a great meal...

Outstanding! Went there again with the family and they let me choose where to sit so the baby wouldn't bother other guests (as per my request). Food's fresh, tasty and the service is really good. Will be coming back as we always have.

The food was delicious, our steaks were cooked to perfection. The Lyonnaise Potatoes were wonderful. The Mocktail: Berry Patch was very tasty. Our server, Art was wonderful. The service that he provided was exceptional. The atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone there was wonderful.

Outstanding high end seafood and steak venue. Wonderful setting, courteous yet unpretentious staff, fantastic seafood and steak with thoughtful vegan options as well. Competes strongly as one of the top quality seafood restaurants in Houston. It's pricey but if you want to impress your family, date, friends or clients, Truluck's will not disappoint. Highly recommended if you don't mind throwing down some Benjamins.

We had a fantastic experience at Truluck’s! We enjoyed the Ora Salmon, the South African Cold Water Lobster, and the Crab Fried Rice. I’d suggest all three of them. The ambiance was nice and the staff was friendly.

A Spectacular fine dining experience, as well as an impressive first date. I've been here a few times and everything is always too notch. Although we did not order the Parmesan yeast rolls with sea salt, when they accidentally arrived at our table, we couldn't eat just one. The freshest, most delicious fish anywhere! (Mediterranean Branzino). The flavorful accompaniment of vegan mashed cauliflower was perfect. And to finish with a peppermint chocolate cake, only available during the Christmas season was delectable! Hector was a fabulous server. Thank you!❤️

We had a excellent experience at Truluck’s. The service and atmosphere were impeccable. The drinks were very good but a bit pricey. All of the food was very good with the only exception being the sauce under the crab cakes which had a too much mayonnaise. That said, I do highly recommend the crab fried rice and lobster mash. Otherwise just be aware that the costs here will add up pretty quickly so if you are cost conscious be sure ask your sever as you are ordering.

Seafood options were good… disappointed with their ‘shareable side’ options - very limited options. We tried the ribeye and not one of the best but it went well with our seafood entree

I was in Houston on business and needed a quick bite for dinner near my hotel. The staff was very accommodating and the waitress (Miranda) was the best! The food was absolutely delicious and the guy playing piano made for a great dinner. The bourbon selection was incredible. Now that I think about it, FIVE stars isn’t enough. The prices are commensurate with the quality and deliciousness of the food. I love this place.

This place is wonderful. Worth it’s weight in gold. Hubs and I enjoyed our Anniversary here. It was a joy to experience. The food. The ambience. The service. Superb. The menu lit up once they dimmed the lights. We were gifted with a baked alaskan dessert that was set aflame with coffee after our meal. Wait…wut!?! Yes. It was DEVINE. The only issue I had was…the noise level was loud. A couple of patrons at tables around us talked “very” loud to the point we almost asked our waitress to ask them to tone down. We could hear the musician playing and singing from the other room which helped a tab bit but when he went on break, we heard entire conversations.

We came here first time, every dish is good and the drink is nice. Our server is very polite. The decoration is wonderful for sea food lover!

Wonderful birthday experience with long time clients. Stone crab was delectable. Crab cakes was full of crab goodness with every bite. Calamari had the right amount of saltiness with the right amount of spice. The potatoes were fried perfect, crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. The sea bass was the best. Not super heavy But heavy on flavors.

Explore a Whole New World of Fine Dining where the food is Rich and worth the trip. Not too far from the Galleria on Westheimer so you know it's good!

From the second we pulled up the valet was extremely nice and welcoming. Once making it to the front desk host we were greeted with a smile as well from our waitress. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We started off with the parmesan yeast rolls, followed by the shrimp and crab napoleon, a delicious and perfectly prepared NY strip steak, ending with a decadent baked Alaska (ice cream cake). Would 10/10 recommend and make a return trip as well. Great food and service.

I had an amazing graduation celebration dinner with some family that were in from out of town. Victor was an amazing server with A plus service and took really good care of us! We ordered a little bit of everything and all of the drinks and food was delicious especially the carrot cake. We were so hungry I did not get any real pictures of the food but I recommend trying the rolls, calamari, crab fried rice, risotto, lobster, king crab and carrot cake but everything else we ordered was just as good so you can’t go wrong with whatever you order. Thank you Victor and the rest of the staff for making our experience exceptional!

We went to the location in Houston for the first time. We have eaten at a location in Ft. Lauderdale and were so happy with it and were pleased to see there was one near us now. Today was our 7 year wedding anniversary and the service and food was just wonderful. The manager Oliver really was the nicest man and great at his job! Our waitress Mel was very helpful and delightful and informative, a perfect experience. The hostess’s were also friendly and accommodating as we arrived a little early for our reservation. We are grateful to dine at an establishment that takes their business serious and wants you to leave happy!!

Fancy restaurant. Expensive, yes. Customer service, very good. The servants will explain the menu line by line if you ask them. Food tastes great, and it could improve a little bit. Dessert is tasty, but some are too sweet for me. It wasn't that crawded when we went there (new year), i was surprised. Overall, we had a great experience and will come again for a special occasion. Unless we win a billion dollar lottery, then we might go there weekly.

It’s been very long time since I’ve been back here. The customer services and over experience are still excellent! Always love the King Crab and their steak ! Money well spent for this place !

Excellent service!! They have the best seafood in Houston. The redfish was flaky and slightly sweet for context. The scallops were not rubbery and cooked superbly. Our server Samantha T gave wonderful recommendations and even got their florist information. They have beautiful roses all over the restaurant. My husband and I had an excellent experience. Highly recommend!!

Last night's dinner was very good. I will say that the market price crab was incredibly gritty and underwhelming compared to the blue crab I had years ago. I know we're headed into a potential shortage of king crab. But this might be something of interest to somebody who's very much looking forward to coming to the restaurant. The service was excellent. And for the most part the food was very good. my daughter got the lobster mac and cheese. And the pasta I do have to say it was pretty dry. But overall it was a good restaurant experience there was just a little bit of room for some improvement

My friend had a birthday dinner here last night and it was really nice. Our waiter was very attentive and polite. I enjoyed the live music and the atmosphere. However, when I got my food I was slightly disappointed. When my potatoes were brought out, they were no where near hot. Also, the food lacked flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly but just didn’t really taste like anything.I had a great experience but I was not impressed with the food.

Me and my friend were in Houston for a business meeting and wanted to have a good dinner, the ballet recommended Trulucks and it was a great recommendation. Good service, fair prices and amazing food quality. The bread was fantastic.
