I
have
been
enjoying
Naboo
for
many
years,
in
Houston,
Las
Vegas
and
Dallas.
While
the
sushi
was
fantastic,
what
was
unforgivable
was
the
bug
problem.
We
told
our
waitress
30min
into
the
meal
and
she
simply
said,
“I’m
sorry”.
That
was
the
last
time
we
saw
her
until
the
very
end
when
she
brought
the
check.
The
sushi
chefs
could
see
there
was
a
problem
and
tried
to
overcompensate
with
conversation.
The
bill
was
paid
and
a
healthy
tip
was
left
and
as
we
left
the
sushi
bar
and
waited
for
our
bags
from
the
coat
check,
the
manager
of
the
restaurant
asked
our
our
$1,000+
meal
was
and
I
told
the
manager
that
while
the
seafood
was
fantastic,
the
bugs
needed
to
be
taken
care
of.
I
then
showed
him
the
videos
of
the
bugs
flying
in
and
on
my
food
and
the
numerous
dead
ones
that
I
was
able
to
kill.
His
response,
“
so
sorry
about
that”
Nothing
else…no
explanation…no
empathy
In
Houston,
with
our
amazing
restaurant
scene
where
there
are
20
other
sushi
restaurants
at
the
same
quality
and
price
point,
this
was
a
major
let
down.
I
don’t
know
what
I
was
looking
for
but
I
know
I
wasn’t
expected
to
be
treated
in
such
a
dismissive
manner.
As
a
result
of
the
response
to
the
reaction,
or
lack
thereof,
to
the
numerous
videos
and
photos
I
shared,
I
can
only
think
of
one
way
to
let
others
have
a
better
level
of
expectation
when
visiting
this
establishment.
Shame
on
you

shame
on
you!
