Very healthy option. What impressed me most is their drink selection. They have a lot of healthy and tasty options: watermelon lemonade, dragon fruit limeade, cucumber water and more. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was really good. This is a really good place to eat at after a workout. I will definitely visiting again because it is hard to find great healthy options when eating out. Service was great. Our server Becka was very cool and down to earth. We ate on the patio which has some good city views in the post oak / galleria area. This place has feel good vibes 😎

True Food Kitchen is delicious and health-conscious. Me and my group of 7 enjoyed our time here! The non-alcoholic drinks are good enough but maybe slightly too “healthy” for me because I would’ve liked more sweetness. The restaurant interior is modern and comfortable and there’s a lot of parking in the garage.

***Old review 08/21*** Alright the establishment was clean and the layout overall was pretty cool. Easy to get a table. Parking is pretty good as you can park in the garage attached to the shopping area. The food ordered was sadly not as good as I was imagining. It seemed fresh but my burger came out lukewarm/cold. The kale I can imagine was just kale nothing special. The pasta that my fellow foodie ate was ok a spaghetti squash dish. The healthy aspect was what brought me here but the taste didn’t live up to the other reviews I read. Also few items were not available thus having to change my order a few times. The service… well I hate to say it but it was really lacking. I had to hunt down my waitress and even ask another waitress for help. I understand we can also the QR code for ordering, but I wanted to clarify a few things prior to ordering. Outside of that the food I suppose was alright. I would’ve probably ate elsewhere considering the experience that was had. I will maybe give this place another go eventually when I forget about this last experience to say I gave it another try. *** update 09/13/21 My significant other and I came back to Try out the Fall season menu which was amazing and we felt that it was much tastier than the menu we had before! We had the butternut squash soup and Brussels sprouts for an appetizer. The soup was excellent and the Brussels sprouts flavorful! As far as the main course we had the margarita pizza and the chicken sausage which had been cooked perfectly. The ingredients like the cheese and crust were good. The squash pie was the finishing touch. Service… was so comfortable and casual I felt at home compared to the first time. Dominique our waitress was patient with us and gave us such good suggestions on food. Very polite and attentive and generally overall I felt that this experience was the 5 star experience I have heard about mainly times from other friends. I look forward to be a continued patron of this restaurant and support them!

We had a solid meal at true food. They have a broad menu including a seasonal menu which is fun to browse. The classic grass fed burger was very tasty and the sweet potato hash was excellent. They also have many seasonal juices that are similar to mocktails but are much cheaper. The prickly pear one was great. Our service was fast and the waiters were friendly. Note- there is free parking in the garage.

Great date night with my wife!! This is the best meal that I’ve had prior to other visits. The waiter and manager were very kind. Salmon portion could have been a little bigger lol but the flavors were spot on.

Today's lunch was extremely delightful and delicious, but $50 for one person is a bit outrageous for a mid-range restaurant,. Service was very nice, and the location is conveniently accessible. My pet peeve was paying $9 for a kale drink 😳😅. My fault for not paying attention to the menu prices.

Delicious clean food with several gluten-free options, amazing service and the best desserts. Their manager Ken is beyond welcoming & friendly, Brent is generous, accommodating & always smiling.. Recommended dishes: Spinach & Mushroom pizza, Spaghetti Squash Casserole, & all their desserts are perfect. Highly recommended & will always go back :)

A decent amount of gluten free options. I picked the tofu and quinoa bowl, without green beans. This was my first time ever at a True Food restaurant, and I am pleasantly impressed. The food was very fresh and healthy. My brother ordered a pizza and he was also happy with it. We also ordered the chocolate lava cake for dessert. The ice cream on top was delicious, and the cake was fine too. It’s not too sweet as it’s dark chocolate. The service was also great. We sat outside and there was no wait for a table.

Had a wonderful experience at TFK with one of my best friends! Really enjoyed the environment, customer service, & options. I was going to go with a burger but went with. -Tofu noodles. -Hummus No regrets here. The hummus was amazing, the olives were so freaking delicious! Wow! Def can’t wait to go back. Thanks, True Foods, for the wonderful Vegan options!

Best salmon I have ever had! I was having dinner by myself and sat down at the bar. I think they forgot about my in the dinner rush so I had to wait for a very long time, which was noticed by the bartender but also wasn’t a problem at all. She checked on the food and it came shortly after. As an apology she gave me my second drink and the dessert on the house, which was super nice. The cilantro pesto was to die for! Unfortunately there is no true food kitchen in Germany so I had to recreate the dish myself and my boyfriend also loved the pesto!

The veg double cheeseburger is excellent. Kale jikima salad ok, and butternut squash soup also very good. Service is friendly and they don’t push the cocktails. Thank you.

My husband and I live within walking distance of True Food Kitchen. It has been such a welcome addition to our restaurant rotation! From the moment you walk in, friendliness abounds. Angel greets us with a terrific smile and gets us seated in a fast and courteous manner. Yusur has quickly become our favorite server. She defies the odds by ALWAYS being upbeat and gives off a wondrously warm vibe. Love her! Now, for the food, it is healthy and so delicious...two things that don't typically reside in the same dish. I adore the chicken sausage pizza and the turtle sundae, but have yet to meet a dish that I don't enjoy at True Food Kitchen. A special shout out to Ken, who shows us love no matter how busy the restaurant is. From the food to the staff to the ambiance, you will thank yourself for choosing True Food Kitchen.

I have a severe peanut allergy and this restaurant was incredibly accommodating towards my dietary restrictions. The food was SO incredible and a highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy option. I personally enjoyed the grass-fed burger the most, but the spaghetti squash casserole is also a fantastic option!

The place is very cute decor. The food did take a while to come around 40 minutes. The food was good, but i was pretty disappointed that the crust for the margarita pizza was burned which was a bummer. Our waiter was nice, but we kept on having to find her if we wanted something. Other than that, I would’ve given a 5 star

Had a decent range of options of plant based food. We had the edamame guacamole, seasonal ingredient salad (my favorite), teriyaki quinoa bowl. The quacamole was on the salty side. While overall food tasted decent, I think they over use sauces and salt, i.e. high sodium and not healthy! It was one of the few decent vegetarian options open late in the area. Our server was not very attentive, never refilled water, delivered our order slower than the table next to us who arrived later, and kept talking without masks about his life spitting into my food.

The bartender Aaron was great and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant seemed clean and has nice decor. The food wasn’t that great. The herb hummus was good. But I didn’t like the house made pita bread. It was very flat and reminded me of a tortilla shell. I also ordered the spaghetti squash casserole. The dish was weird. The squash was shredded like hash brown potatoes. The tomato tasted sour. The onion was understated. The cheese was cooked too long and was hard. And the overall dish was bland so I added salt and pepper. Aaron offered to take the dish and replace it with something else. However, I just kept the dish hoping it would grow on me. It didn’t. My cousin had the watermelon salad and he enjoyed it. I am looking for restaurants that serve vegetarian options but I’m not sure if I’ll return here. I don’t think the food quality matches the price. The restaurant wasn’t that busy but it was loud and hard to talk to the person sitting across from you.

Went as a big group and had a wonderful time!! Our server did an amazing job of taking care of everyone's orders. The only issue I had was that they were out of many food options that I could've had! I had to order 3x times and my food was messed up however everyone else at the table had a wonderful time. They have an open kitchen concept which was very cool to see. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking in the garage!

Nice little place in the Galleria area. If you are craving something refreshing and clean, I’d definitely recommend this place. They have a variety of drinks (both alcoholic and non) that are perfect for a warm summer day. The edamame guacamole was delicious as well. Ordered the kale salad with salmon on top for lunch and do not regret a thing. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the kale salad was full of flavor! **Bonus** they have cooled outdoor seating for you and your fur baby! Enjoy!🥰

Customer service was terrible. Our waitress wasn't friendly or checking on us. Our food took very long to come to us. The Brussel sprouts were hard. The chicken sausage pizza wasn't that tasty. The butternut squash soup was good. The vegan double cheese burger was alright. The Kale salad was good but the sweet potatoes were just ok. This location wasn't as good as the one in Atlanta.

Excellent options for everyone, healthy, fresh, and tastey. Super happy with the Sea Bass and Squash soup. Packaged well and delivered quickly. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Great food and very good vegan options. Service was great too. The seasonal dishes were good too. Parking is on the multi level and taking the elevator down is not hard. The only thing I can be picky about if I had to (and this is the only reason they got a 4 instead of 5 star rating) is the restroom area has a shared sink space and after using the toilet people have a door to touch without access to a sink before they can get to the sink area. Its hard to explain but basically you have to touch a door handle others touched after using the toilets without washig their hands, and I am not talking about the individual stall doors, its the door to the actual restroom. Other than that small inconvenience, I would say the resturant was great.

I have been here sooo many times and every time is a great experience. I have never had bad service. Seasonal burata has a unique taste to it, so if you want something different try this! You can’t go wrong with guacamole! The edamame guac is a must! As far as entrees, the spicy Panang curry bowl with chicken 10/10!! So flavorful! The grilled sustainable salmon is well seasoned and it’s a large portion! If you like mushrooms, highly recommend the spinach and mushroom pizza! Chicken and sausage pizza is also great!! Definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere is nice and quiet!

Awesome! That’s it! I go to every true food I find in TX and it is 10/10 for service, food and ambience! If you’re obsessed with high quality food, there it is for you! Their brand new Fall menu is the bomb! I could get everything on the menu.

Was my first time and I believe will be last… I do not know why it was actually very crowded or maybe I was unlucky I don’t know. My hamburger was horrible to be honest McDonald’s even serves better 😂 I think it was reheated the bread was burnt so I could not eat. I thought the plant based grown meat would be different well seriously had no taste and was horrible. I couldn’t tell the server unfortunately… Burnt fried when the sweet potatoes were burnt. And for the price the quality you get no no no… how can you manage to destroy a hamburger well very easy here you go. Service was ok, very attentive also the entrance is so weird like I entered from pick up area which doesn’t state on the door I didn’t understand if I was supposed to go to a check in area or was I supposed to be self seated.
