So.... extremely frustrating. This was the THIRD burrito and it's still wrong. But. I gave up. The guy at the drive through was the only saving grace. Younger guy with glasses, extremely sweet and actually had genuine concern about my order. Thank you sir. The rest of that place, ridiculous. Shameful. My order was a burrito with -only- rice, beans, and veggies. The 1st burrito had fajitas. The 2nd had sour cream and cheese. The 3rd doesn't have beans, plus a piece of fajita. I can't eat it. I give up. Absolutely awful. Go to Taco Bell. They're better at following orders and instructions. Never coming here again.

I was charged almost $3 for maybe 3oz of a side of rice. Ticket said rice 8oz. I asked why, they said they changed the portion sizes of the dishes, but charge the same. I used to come here all the time for the OKish food for good prices. But I’d rather spend the extra money elsewhere for actual good food. Definitely not coming back.

Get rid of your drive thru! Your not utilizing for Customer convenience. Which is call in and pick up. You are using to for drive up orders as if you fast food and your not. Customers are pulling up and ordering and still have to wait 15-20 minutes for their food as if they were inside. Your not a fast food restaurant to keep people with their cars running for 15+ minutes. Might as well get rid of it. Yall had it for all these years as a storage and finally made good use of it when covid came because people were able to call in an order and run by and pick it up. Now it's back to the way it was before we have to go in,just defeats the whole purpose of calling it in and making it convenient for your customers.

Best Nacho Supreme ever. I order this every time. If you are looking for something that is open late and still have delicious food, this is the place.

Bought tacos about 10 mins ago. The meat was not cooked thoroughly nor the onions and the jalapeño. This place used to be good what happen. What a shame.

Our food had chicken that wasnt deboned or or trimmed. We werent able to eat the food. The Green Enchiladas with shredded chicken and the burrito that was supposed to be fajita chicken, also had the same shredded chicken. I used to love eating from this location, but obviously something has changed and the nasty taste of the unedible food is still lingering in my palate as of this morning. 42 bucks gone to waste. thanks.

My waitress was extremely unprofessional and not attentive at all. Wrong type of tortillas was given to me. Pay cash and no change back. Not sure if you understand the concept of server. Nelly please serve your customer better next time .

Poor management and customer service. I really don't like leaving negative reviews..but they messed up on our order and refused to fix their mistake. They charged us for an item that we did not order and I addressed the issue respectfully. They had 3 different ppl come to our table to discuss the issue and they still refused to fix it. They made it seem like we were trying to scam them or something, when they were the ones that messed up. Probably the first place I have ever not left a tip. They would rather lose a customer and rip them off than own up to their mistake. Smh. Do better

0 stars! Don't go here for breakfast. I can make better pancakes with my eyes closed. Their pancakes tasted like rubber and the bacon was burnt to a black crisp. Plus they charged 6.99 per kids juice. What the ??? The waitress only let me know how much they cost after it was time to pay. Really? That much for a 1, 4, and 6 year old to drink juice. $20 dollars for juice. What a rip off! This place has gone down hill. No wonder my step dad doesn't go here, after finding a hair in his food.

So we used to go to this place somewhat often… long story short we were charged $400.00 for only drinks and 2 rounds of shots. We did not eat any food. Oh and we bought 2 staff members shots when we all took them…. We will not be back unfortunately….typically our bills is only 50.00 for 2 dinners and a couple of beers.

This location has the best fajita. The food is beyond delicious and at a reasonable price. Staff is okay.

First time visiting this chain, and I have no complaints. The service was good and quick. The food was great, and the prices were not too bad. Will definitely visit again.

One of the girls in our party insisted that we visit. Went with a party of 9, poor service, but it didn't stop them from charging an 18% tip, food wasn't great, but wasn't terrible, (ordered fajitas for 2 and Quesadillas plate.) Never brought the rice and beans for the Quesadillas plate meal, chicken a little dry, rice mediocre, charro beans were good, salsa excellent. Waited 20+ minutes for a refill on tea, they could have made more money on our ticket if they had been attentive. I sure could have used another cold beer. The girl who insisted on our visit is barred from future involvement in choice of restaurants. Would not recommend.

Leaning towards the more authentic. To me it's the standard. Not amazing but good food for a fair price. Service is always awesome and friendly. Caldo on the weekends is great. Tacos are good and not crazy overpriced.

If you are hungry get the California Burrito. Chips and salsa are on point especially the green salsa. The orchata drink was good as well. And the quesadillas with chicken were good too. I actually was impressed.

Very rude was trying to get a refill on the lemonade and was inform I would need to pay for another one cool.. no problem. But before I can get it out my mouth a individual said “ refills or not free “ I told her I know that . I just felt like it could’ve been a Better way to handle that . That so unknown woman walks up and ask is there a problem … and I had to explain that her . But this this I just left my food that I was not done eating , and didn’t get the refill on the lemonade because i felt like it was a problem with my tone , and nobody was trying resolve the issue. Poor customer customer service and all I wanted was a refill so I can finish Ewing my lunch.

Food Was Well Seasoned, Came Out Hot And Quick. Our Server Was A Nice Young Lady Can't Remember Her Name. Nice Sized Portions. I Had 1 Hell Of A Migraine So It Was Difficult To Really Enjoy The Atmosphere. But People/Staff Were Very Inviting. I We Will Go Back Migraine Free So I Soak The FULL EXPERIENCE IN And Update Post Shortly.

Food was good but it needs an update badly. (It looks dirty if I'm being honest. They are somehow affiliated with the Astros. They should be making enough money to put it back into their restaurants.) This isn't your typical "Tex-Mex" but it's good.

Ordered carry out flautas are burnt taste like charcoal and old oil , also ordered caldo de res and came With one piece potatoe and what it looks like one chewed up piece of meat with broth. They forgot my rice and tortillas. No cilantro or onion for caldo.

This is supposed to be an omelet looks more like a barf up to me don't waste your time these people obviously don't care it's supposed to be a loaded omelet I told him I did not want him or sausage but where are the vegetables none as you see I like meat but I'm not just a carnivore and plus on that note is super dry and you have to like slop it in the sauces to make it go down there's far more places with much better food and on that note their bathrooms are disgustingThis place should be called a rundowns instead of arandas besides their waitresses and waiters are pushy and impatient very un business like

Couple of weeks placed an order to go order three quesadillas de fajita and one fajita torta quesadillas I don’t eat but my friend likes them and doesn’t complain but three times I’ve had bad luck with the tortas I’ve ordered different times the first time I asked not to put crema and I asked extra aguacate guess what? Had a lot of crema and no aguacate the top bread was put into three pieces. I said ok. Second time there was two little pieces of dark aguacate Ook! This last time had a barely smear of beans and left over burned fajita like charcoal so you know I drive there because he likes the quesadillas but I’m not going for tortas anymore the lady’s that pick up the phone orders and work there always have a bad attitude !!

Delicious shrimp burrito! I can do without the cooked lettuce. Love the drive thru option. Customer service is always on point to and very pleasant.

We have been coming here for over 10 years. Love the food, the staff is friendly, restrooms are good, gluten free options! This place is just all around great. And their flan napolitano is to die for!

Disappointing. I usually go to the location at I-45 & 1960. Ordered fajitas to go with chips and salsa. Got the fajitas but no chips and salsa, that costs an extra almost $4. If I'd eaten at a table I could have all the chips I want for free but I guess not with take out. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The beef was tough. Flour tortillas felt undercooked. The peppers and onions were streamed and not grilled. I've been eating at different Taqueria Arandas all over Houston since the 90s and the food has always been excellent. I'll try a different location next time

Food was delicious. Service was top. Our waiter kept asking us if anything was needed. Great experience

The food is awesome but the best thing is that it stays open late every night. Their kitchen continues to serve people until midnight. The dining area is open as well until 2 am. So if you're not in the mood for eggs and pancakes after a late night, taquerias arandas in humble is the place to go. They also have a full bar and great margaritas!

Very disappointed my first time and my sons first time. I asked for no sour cream in both meals and they didn’t listen I bit into my burrito and tasted the sour cream. Felt so disgusted my stomach hurts. Not only that but I asked for a spoon and I was given a fork. I’m NOT coming back here. Next time listen to your customers there’s reasons why they can’t have it. I am pregnant and can’t have sour cream.

Always good food and absolutely great service! Kudos to management for fostering such a great team! It really does make a difference and we always know we are going to fully enjoy ourselves every time we go there to eat. We'll worth the visit!!

Awesome friendly service, delicious food, lively atmosphere. We normally go for breakfast, but this time, we went late night and it was even better. The shrimp poppers appetizer are sooooo good. Real Mexican cokes and Horchata are the bomb. All of the food is good and fresh.

Have been coming here for years and the breakfast, prices and service has been very good. Today the service was not so good. Waited forever for our waitress to come so we could get a coffee refill. By the time she finally showed up it was with the check. So I asked for 2 coffees to go but she said we would be charged extra for the to go coffees and just walked away! Won't be visiting here in the near future. El Jalapeno n FM 1960 East gives better service great breakfast and free coffee refills to go! Either this place has changed their policy or Maricela must have been having a bad day!

Salsas we’re really good. The chicken tacos and the bean and cheese tacos were ok but the lengua taco not so much. It was really dry and bland. Great service and friendly staff

I started going to Arandas 30 years ago and it was the best. Food was excellent and that Green Salsa! The thing is though they went down hill and I stop going. I haven't been back in 10 years but I first went because of a last resort and I was so impressed with the improvement. I decided to take my family Friday and the food was perfect. The service was good too no complaints here only complements.

The food was excellent! The chicken #7was juicy and tender. The green sauce they bring to the table in the bottles is to die for. Definitely recommend to try if your in the area.

👍👍 A variety of different activities, tons of fun to be had. Laser-tag, bowling, Skywalk, arcade, even VR setups. I only had chips and queso there, but it was delicious.
