I enjoyed this experience. Like always the food was great I had the chicken and shrimp cabonara with the salad. My about to be 3 year old had the pizza with French fries but what I ready liked was that the waiter Hugo made something that wasn't on the menu happen. I ask for chocolate milk for my son and he said they don't have that but he would she if they could make it. They were able to make it for him. Overall great experience.

Food is excellent, everything was great only thing the soup don’t have enough potatoes, Other wise everything is great the waiter was excellent and top notch, the helpers also great and very nice Job well done

We are traveling and wanted to eat at Olive Garden. We GPSed the closest one, which was this location.... the 62 miles/1 hr 6 minutes was worth the drive. We were greeted by two young ladies and were immediately seated. I wanted to order something fast, so I ordered soup and salad. Our wonderful waitress Gabby was FABULOUS! She was busy, but still checked in on us the "right amount" of times. Another positive aspect that stood out about Gabby is her communication skills. Gabby kept us informed of whatever we ordered. I prefer that as a customer over excuses or just leaving us wondering when our order was coming. I didn't want the two options of salad dressing, so when she offered a more healthier alternative with some slices of lemon I asked for, it was impressive. Why? Because in YEARS of eating at Olive Garden, I have never been offered the alternative like she did today. Gabby was professional, quick, thoughtful, and kind. She served us with a servant's heart and a smile. If you come here, ask for Gabby. In the business industry I'm in, she'd be an amazing asset to have because of her care to details (even in the careful way she packaged our food) and her ensuring her customers are well taken care of. Thank you Gabby on a job well done.

Rudy the bartender was the bomb!! Thankfully I was the only one at the bar for majority of the time so I had his attention! He was professional, attentive, friendly and helpful with even a charger for my phone! Food came out hot and quickly! Moscato was on point! It was a quiet night for me.. I saw kiddos but didn’t hear any crying..maybe it was because of how smooth Rudy made my night! Either way, go see Rudy!

I came here for my birthday and we were seated at a dirty table. Later, I received a dirty glass of wine. When I asked for a new glass, I watched the bartender poor the the old wine into another glass he’d just rinsed. My wife found a fly in her food.

It's Olive Garden so don't expect too much. The service was pretty good, our waitress was attentive but not enthusiastic (I don't blame her), our drinks were filled but she never offered a smile. That's typical though, so no worries. The food has definitely gone down. Their Tour of Italy was smaller than it used to be and our server was very stingy with the cheese grater. OG (Olive Garden) always has a decent lasagna and very good fettuccine Alfredo and still is decent. However, their chicken Parm was atrocious, I've had better chicken Parm in frozen packages than the tripe they served me. Extremely salty and dried out. We noticed the salad was dry. The calamari app is completely different and it's definitely not hand made, that's a shame because OG used to serve a decent calamari. Damn inflation. Bathrooms were kind of clean, we didn't have to wait in line (yay) to be seated but the bill was extremely high for OG. We paid around $100.00 not including tip. Two adults and one child, no alcoholic drinks and a dessert. For that price, head to Carrabba's. Decent place, so-so service, mediocre food with a high price tag.

Just left here and immediately had to come and compliment a gentleman named "Glen." Was hands down some of the best service I've ever received. Not only was his quickness with our food remarkable. He told us a few jokes and played paper rock scissors with us at the table. My favorite part was over hearing him at another table sing a little girl happy birthday all by himself with the little girls father. Just an overall great experience. Thank you Glen.

My sister, her boyfriend, and I came in for dinner. Our server was Glen. I would love to point out this was our all time favorite experience we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. Our server was EXCELLENT!! He was quick, thoughtful, attentive, and most importantly he had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, but really the service is what did it for us. I already am ready to come back, and glen now has us as regulars. I really cannot give him enough praise!

Kind of average for OG, there must be a bread stick shortage because they only bring 2 at a time for 2 people and so we're constantly trying to flag them down.

I LOVE Olive Garden, & this location is always great to us! We’ve only ever had positive and helpful encounters every visit from walking in the doors, to our servers & surrounding staff. This is also very family friendly and accepting as well a great spot for date nights. Our food is always cooked to perfection and they are great at refilling drinks and soups/salads! They are also fast with bringing out your food hot and fresh and always delicious!

My daughter was here this holiday season from the military and wanted Olive Garden. We was blessed with the best Server ever. Glen a tall and handsome African American young man who was very pleasant and swift with our order and service. Glen was prompt with bringing out our food and was also very friendly. The huge blessing was that he offered to pay for our meal and insist on it. It’s a Blessing to receive exceptional service but it’s a Blessing for someone to actually pay for your meal when times are so hard. Thank You for such a great Server and wonderful Hospitality .

We had our very first family date with our 7 month old. She did great and was very comfortable in her high chair they provided for us. We had a great server and he kept checking on us. The food was delicious. My sirloin was well done how I like it and perfectly seasoned. Great environment for families of all sizes. Thank you

Paid at the table register; it charged us for 2 table games, which we did not play, and an extra dinner that we did not order or eat. Didn't look at receipt until back home. Called and was refunded the extra charge. Food was pretty good, tea was so-so. Just beware of that register.

Excellent service as always. We love the unlimited pasta e fagioli soup, the huge tasty salad (we couldn't eat one between three of us) and the unlimited bread sticks. I like the lasagna very much, though it isn't the best I've eaten. We go there every month. I recommend Olive Garden for a very good Italian meal at reasonable prices with great service.

I wish I could put 10 stars.. I haven't been to this location in years due to the lack of service but I would like to say today that changed.. I noticed such a big change in the atmosphere & service. Mr. Hollis who was our server was amazing, professional & very down to earth.. everything was on point down to the presentation of the food. I will definitely be coming again.

Went with family for dinner and got food which me and my family shared. The manager came for the bill and she gave us double the price saying that it’s only one entrée you guys can share and if you did so you have to pay double this is my first time in my entire existence that I’ve seen this kind of experience. We pay for the order we made when the food is at our table. It’s none of the waiters business how we serve our meal if we are family and we’re out to eat it’s very normal that we will share our food with each other. Funny thing is that this person was the manager at the store. I have a recommendation to Olive Garden if you guys do want a good rating on your store pick and choose your managers properly because this person clearly has no idea what they were doing i think his/her name is dana also to mention the managers behavior was really rude. Very offended with my experience today.

With hundreds of restaurants from which to choose, most new to me, sometimes I just want a tried-and-true. In a new city, that generally means a chain restaurant. Olive Garden was that for me today. Seating in a booth in the bar area mid-afternoon was quiet and comfortable - perfect! My server, Steven U, could not have been more friendly or gracious and covered about five tables with ease flowing in and out between English/Spanish so that everyone felt seen. Since Steven operates seemlessly without writing down orders, he even laughed with a young child who cautioned him not to forget his special drink! The next time I'm craving Olive Garden's salad, I won't hesitate to head to this location with fingers crossed that Steven is working!

This was by far thee best restaurant experience I have had in YEARS! Kristy was thee best server I have ever encountered ! Kind, courteous , fast and prompt and sweet. She had drinks refilled even before I realized one was low. She made frequent checks on us at the table. She made great food suggestions and she was so well put together. This location is lucky to have her. I asked her to pull her manager Dana to tell her also what a good job she is doing and Dana was just as great and proud herself. What a great experience and great team. The food was Excellent ! I highly recommend for anyone who is in this area to stop by this location. Thank you so much Kristy ! Trav

This is the second time I ordered chicken alfredo tortellini, but when I got home it was fettuccini. Packaging was unsatisfactory. The plastic bag broke at my door step because they crammed everything in one cheap plastic bag...bread sticks everywhere. Salad was soggy too. Not happy!

Placed an Order at 1230 am for an 1120 am to go catering hoping it wouldn't be an issue. Arrived at 1130 and was greeted with a smile and my whole order perfectly. While even added to the order at the time of pick up and they made it happen without a glitch. Food was hot and prepared for travel. The meal turned out great. We love doing business with locations who expect great customer service from their employees no make the challenge. Great job Willowbrook Olive Garden

Pretty good stuff but the breadsticks were not fresh at all! It lowkey messed up my meal ! I was looking for them them and they tasted like they were aleast and hour old!!

The food was really good but no the best I have ever had. I would go here again, prices are in line with most restaurants in the area. Really good food made with lots of love. The whole experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is amazing. The servers are very helpful and answer your questions with patience. Definitely make a reservation because it is a small space for Olive Garden.

There was 8 of us celebrating my momma birthday. It was one of her favorite restaurants before she passed in 2016. The restaurant seated us in a private room with a large table. Our server Laney was the best!!! Please ask for her when you go. She treated us as if we were in a high end restaurant. The food was hot and everyone enjoyed there selection. She kept the soup, salad, drink refills and bread sticks flowing upon request. This was my first time at the Willowbrook location. The greeters at the door were friendly and one of the young waiters who was not our server checked in on us. I value good service. We received excellent service and good food.

First time in a while to an Olive Garden. Came here for a special occasion. We had shrimp and chicken carbonara, steak (which came with a helping of fettucine alfredo), an Italian Margarita, and tiramisu for dessert. Got a five-dollar extra to-go item, spaghetti with meat sauce, too. Food was delicious and the meat and pasta really tasted great. Drink was good too (amaretto mixed in makes it "Italian"). Our server was attentive and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Very glad that we choose to come here for a special time.

Had an amazing dinner on Easter! Thank you!! Martin was our server and he timed everything perfectly! Had just enough time to enjoy our salad fully before he brought out or meal. The meal as the right temp, it all tasted amazing. Manager came by..she was upbeat and happy. The experience as a whole was perfect!
