I insisted on trying this location twice before coming to the conclusion this location really needs to step up the service quality and cleanliness. I felt bad for my waiters because I could tell the experience was out of their control. Everything I wanted ordered except for the hot chocolate was unavailable. Unfortunately the reviews don't lie there is definitely somthings wrong here sorry Denny's this location isn't is it 😕. But I still love Denny's.

Excellent service by my server Omar. Very nice to my and my family and brings positive attitude. My kids love him and definitely coming back again. Food was excellent I had the sirloin steak and it was perfectly well done nothing missing. The manager was super nice too Mauricio did his thing at welcoming us to the restaurant. Definitely recommend this place

Convienent location to Memorial Hermann SW, a brisk 8 minute walk. Early morning breakfast. I was the only customer in the place. Settled on the build your own slam breakfast. Two eggs over easy, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, and a coke. Debated about getting something from the 55+ menu, but the choices are limited. Clean restaurant. Plenty of seating for busy times. Solid experience.

I would never ever go there again everything tastes rotten and spoiled and just look at my supposed to be gravy. This is how I received my food. This is ridiculous. I wouldn't give this food to my dog😒🤨😖. Didn't want to give it a star.

This place is very bad waitress was sloppy and rude my order was wrong food was cold. Tea had no ice Waitress brought plastic spoon and fork and knife. They get bentl if you say anything they got nasty with me when I complained I got nasty back Waitress and manager followed to my car and beat on my windshield. When I got home I called the police and told him what happened and that I started to pepper spray and and the officer said I should have and that I was in my rights to do so

My sausage links was cold.. my server was very helpful with ordering in a timely manner and getting the food out to me even was trying to help me make a decision on what to get. Everything else was great

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service. The waitstaff was inattentive, and it took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken and our food to arrive. Additionally, when our food finally arrived, it was cold, and it seemed as though it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the service was slow and the food quality was subpar. I would not recommend dining here.

Usually the food is very good. Today the omelet was greasy and had no taste. The service was good. And the coffee was hot. We'll give it another try. It just may have been not so good a day for them. They did a a very needy customer who needed lots of help.

My experience here at this Denny’s was interesting. Upon arrival our waiter greets us and introduces himself by name. He was very friendly and was very attentive. Then came the time to ordered. I wanted to get a plate of chicken and biscuits in gravy, but wanted grilled chicken instead of the fried chicken. I asked my waiter to go ahead and ask the kitchen if that was doable, and if not it was fine I was willing to change it. He later comes back and say no it’s not possible and he leaves me another menu. The manager then comes out to explain to me again that they couldn’t do it and I simply asked why. He said because I wouldn’t like it and would send it back. This frustrated me because how could he possible tell me what I will and won’t like!? He then said that they had tried it multiple times and it was not good and I was just gonna send it back. After his long and pointless rant I simply ordered lasagna to get him to leave and that was the end of it. I also noticed this manager being very unnecessarily rude to his employees and that upset me further with him. I still gave it three stars however because my waiter, Nick, was great and the Lasagna was also pretty good. The manager was just kind of the bad I couldn’t overlook in this experience😅😅

Nice place to have a good dinner and calm conversation. Not sure how the place is on Sundays but at least Saturday night is good for me. I love to be there for their pancakes. I also have tried other good and tasty options. As for the place, is kept clean and tidy.

The food was delicious, the service was great. Our server Omar was the best made us laugh and had a fun time . The management was great. The manager Mauricio on duty was friendly and made out experience good.

Bad service and even worst food quality. Our waiter kept going outside and was never around to assist his customers, and there were only a handful of us in the establishment. Mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese inside was stiff.

Horrible! Bad food quality! Very small portion! Bad food old tomatoes ulgy cheese...Bad service by a short man in a plaid shirt red and white and some other color. wanna be manager 🤣 being rude to a homeless person just because they wanted a water like we all humans! And being rude to a nice lady named Linda she was nice and good customer service and apologized for the wanna be manager's attitude but the short man had a Horrible vibe and manners. It's no excuse for having ugly manners and attitude while working night shift I too work night shift and it's noones fault you tired or don't feel comfortable at ur job. This short mans attitude wanting to intimidad is crew ... I could feel his vibe the second he came up to the register.

Best experience ever, food was amazing, we order nachos and slam burger, wow just spectacular. Service was outstanding. Cassie is a great service always attentive, manager Mauricio gave us a warm welcome. 100% recommended.

Brought my family for what we thought would be a nice lunch. Got seated and forgotten about, order was taken and brought back incorrectly 3 different times for the same plate. Finally when the correct order was brought to us, we found bugs inside the syrup bottle that managed to crawl on the table. Not that it will matter to them, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

Omar is an incredible waiter. We placed separate drinks orders, both different and he remembered exactly what we requested. He is courteous and checks in us throughout our meal.

Best Denny’s ever! Great workers and environment. Went to do schoolwork and everything was great, everyone was very nice and polite. Food was amazing as well as the smoothie I ordered.

I went in for my birthday. The service was pleasant. The food was great. Just one thing I didn't like was that they sat me at a table that wasn't completely clean. I saw evidence of sugar or salt all over the table and both the seats.

Everything was great up until I realized that the coffee was almost $3 one cup of coffee everything else was pretty reasonable I'm not too sure if they're trying to jack up certain little small items to make up a difference on loss wages that's not my fault other than that I was still generous lieving a tip because I got good service and a good meal.

I called in for an order on the phone, the manager took my order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I went in the store the manager and the employees accused me of not placing an order, then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a whole new order. After he gave me the order I checked the bag to make sure everything is there and he made a slick comment saying he’s seen me at this store before and explained to me how they package the food. I’ve never been to this location… never seen this man before. What a weirdo.

Our burger was cold and missing the bacon. The service was sad. I felt bad for our waitress as she seemed overwhelmed. The atmosphere was filled woth roaches. This place needs to be condemned. I had not 1 but 2 roaches crawling around behind me. One after the other. I was so uncomfortable just being there. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. When we told the waitress all she said was? "I know 🤷🏻‍♀️" she offered us to move tables 😆

July 25, 2022 6 pm I come in Indian man says what do you want ? I say can I get a table ? He looks at me like I owe him something he says go and points towards the tables. I go sit in a clean table he comes to me says AC is not working on this side go sit over there (AC was perfectly fine.) I say ok and he brings me to the dirty 🍑 table, lots of oil and sugar on the table and on the seat. I don’t ever eat in a place where they treat you like that. I simply don’t trust them making my food. Got out and left

I felt so welcomed just like a customer I loved there personality they had patience food was on time they were attentive towards me and the others which is somethin I would like to people to go so I recommend them to go

We were greeted by the nicest person. Set us right away and brought us coffee in the first few minutes . Ordered the chicken, biscuit, with gravy, had fried eggs on top,very tasty 😋

This place has improved since it was remodeled. Service had always been decent and the food has been good. The over all cleanliness is why I give it the 4 stars. They always clean the tables, but the floor and walls could use a good wipe down.

Restaurant is about half full. Yet here I am sitting at my table for over 10 minutes without a server even coming to yet my drink order or food order. Staff is lazy. Management is doing thr best that they can.

POV: This is my FIRST & LAST time at this location. Save your time & money, NEVER order from here. The customer service is way off the charts, not in a good way. They don’t answer the phones, so if you order curbside.. expect to have to go in. The manager was right by the phone btw & he was also walking around, coughing everywhere not caring to cover his mouth.. just gross. The food is horribly cooked & the staff doesn’t really care. Also I ordered grapes to go with my baby’s meal, didn’t receive them but I was already home when I realized that. I’m sorry but I will NEVER give this location my time or money again. This has to be the worse Denny’s I’ve ever encountered. (And I rarely leave reviews)

This is a good Denny's. They have good service, and sufficient parking. We've never had to wait, though in busier times that could be a problem. If you have babies the high chairs don't have straps to keep the babies contained. That's the only negative about the location.

First too cold second what I wanted they didn't have even tho the waiter suggested chocolate pancakes with bananas very good thrid didn't like how he was trying to rush me because I said I've never seen a order of 1 sausage & a 1 half of bacon was a full order 😆 🤣 😂 😹 ya'll pushing this pandemic stuff too far then said I would have to wait 25 mins for boil eggs like they needed to run to the next state Jhonny started rushing us just because I'm not a huge eater so I knew I was going to eat all them pancakes Johnny I know your young hun learn to have more patience u missed your tip

This place is ok.. our waitress was awesome (as she always is).. it needs to be updated, but honestly it reminds me of my childhood and I lowkey would be sad if they did update it... The menu is still the same from 20yrs ago, but I love some good ol fashioned customer service. From the moment you walk in, your greeted with love💘

Ordered food to go and they are in the back playing while making my smoothie 👎🏾 one smoothie was just ice and 2 strawberries and the other had to be remade twice. The manager was great but she needs to replace a few people

I normally go to the Dennys off of Main near the medical center…. This location off of Southwest Freeway is horrible 🤦🏽‍♀️ they got our order wrong so I called multiple times and they didn’t answer. I called back the next day. The manager Malik told me he would make both of the meals over again if I bring in my receipt. When I get to the Dennys Malik was rude and he only made the cinnamon roll pancakes that we didn’t get. I do not understand how he says something but when I get there it is a different tune. To add to that I did not know that the ladies the night before rung up our order wrong so Malik is acting as if I am lying even though I showed him how many times I called the day before…. Horrible experience & management should lead by example! Being rude and unpleasant isn’t a good example for his team.
