Visited New Year's Eve. Fast and easy. The bar server was so helpful.The food, is marvelous. We ordered the 2 for $22.00. The order also came with your choice of an appetizer (boneless chicken wings). I had the fiesta lime chicken and he had the classic burger. I will come again.

Our waitress Amelia was awesome! Those $1 vodka strawberry lemonades were definitely worth the trip. Our food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and the manager was great. Will definitely be returning.

This Applebees service was good, but the appetizers took a little too long to come, and the tacos!? dont get me started those tacos weren’t even worth the wait, the chicken was cold, the coleslaw was cold, like who even puts coleslaw on tacos? nobody. that’s what i thought. and the classic combo was very questionable, the cups where stale, and the boneless wings was questionable too. and also i seen a couple of individual that work with this business smoking on the side of the the restaurant. now i don’t know if it was marijuana but all i know is they shouldn’t be smoking while on the clock. oh and that north shore senior wall,. dont get me started i seen TWO colored ppl on that wall, and a couple of colored cheerleaders. now that is OUTRAGEOUS. shame on this applebees. respectfully. first and last time eating here.

Well the food was seasoned very good but the steak was as tough as a pair of leather shoes. The menu stated that it was 12 inches but it was more like 4 to 6 inches in size. But the lady that waited on me was pretty good at her job in serving me and checking in to make sure I was satisfied and ok and if I wanted or needed anything else.

I was here for the first time. I like it. It's very nice and feels comfortable place. Our server name was Cristian, he was so nice and professional 😍 😍 😍 and all other servers were always smiling while serving customers. When it comes to the food. Good was tasty and hot, cooked nicely not burned 🙂🙂 I think you will like this place. Only one thing I didn't like is that it was smelling with smoking 🚬 I noticed it was coming from a bar section, even though it was separated with a glass wall. I am allergic to smoking so It was hard to seat there for me. Overall it was nice place.

this location its horrible.. I’ve actually tried to give the place a chance a couple times, this last time did it…the waitress sit you down and don’t bother to take your order, I was sitting at the table for almost 40 minutes and they just kept walking pass me, terrible customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Drinks and service was great. The food was alright the pasta with sauced chicken tenders was a little too saucy but spoke with manager she was great and had no problems replacing it with the fiesta chicken for us. Definitely will be returning

12 oz ribeye cooked perfectly. Loved the steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Waitress attentive but talked too fast. WOMENS BATHROOM WAS HORRIBLE!!!

Food was good and drinks were good and of course I love me a good deal. 2 for 35 meals. Food was flavorful and so well seasoned

The restaurant had larger tables going on a Saturday night. I didn't see a lot of staff/ servers, but they were actively always available. The service was still a little slow. Could have been the kitchen area. We ordered some appetizers. I love the wonton tacos. The chili sauce had a little more kick than I remembered. The mozzarella sticks were warm but still ok. The spinach and artichoke dip tastes bitter and pasty. Nobody at the table ate it. 2 people in our party had the unlimited wing special. After the first meal, including fries and 10 boneless wings... you reorder and wait on 5 boneless wings at a time until you're full/satisfied, I guess.

Great service and the food was delicious! The waitress that served my mom and I was kind and recommended some sweet drinks (Cinnamon Toast Crunch shot was so rad) and I love how refreshing that Fireball Lemonade is, and it tastes like a little bit of tamarind juice.

I rarely give 5 stars because to me that means perfect but, the food and service was as perfect as could be. Our waiter (wish I could remember your name) was very personable, polite and attentive which made it very pleasant. We (party of 6) all had hot meals delivered hot. The only thing I would change for the atmosphere is this location has very limited seating for large parties. We had to sit at a very uncomfortable booth.

I visited this restaurant last night to have a few drinks and a simple meal. The server was rude and she totally ignored every modification and/or request that my party made. Not only was she rude but her Hispanic manager that covered the shift was just as rude. The bartender had no clue on how to run a bar nor make a drink. The whole atmosphere was disgraceful and honestly I’ve visited the restaurant on several occasions but last night was absolutely horrendous, disgusting, and uninviting. Sadly, the terrible service comes from the head to the tail meaning the managers there needs disciplinary action and maybe they will discipline their staff. In order to run a successful business managers have to lead by example. After speaking with the manager last night, I realized why the servers had such bad character. The servers also needs to have their Tabc certificate because they have no clue of the laws. Simple knowing to check a ID is just the basics; knowing the law can help them have better customer service as well. The restaurant needs to revamp, retrain, and remove those employees who are not willing to change their behavior. Good Customer service starts the moment the employee clocks in. Hopefully this review will be shared with the team and upper management beyond store level but corporate.

I ordered the quesadilla chicken salad and it had lettuce, a couple of diced tomatoes, and severely watered-down dressing. The food took almost an hour to make its way to the table, and although the waitress was very polite, she hardly checked in on our table (especially while waiting on our food). When the waitress finally did come back around after getting our food, I informed her my salad was missing the chicken, black beans, and cheese. She apologized profusely and brought back the missing items in tiny portions. The salad was awful and the quesadillas were OK. It's not the waitress' fault (she doesn't work in the kitchen), but I will starve to death before I go back to this restaurant and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Absolutely terrible customer service, rude hostess, no hospitality whatsoever. We sat for 20 minutes without being served, without a server even checking on us. After waiting so long, the manager couldn't bother with discounting anything or making sure we had a good time. I only tipped our server because she didn't do anything wrong and shouldn't be punished for the rest of the restaurants incompetence. Still, her service could have been better. Please invest in training your staff and making sure they are capable of providing service before putting them on the floor. Also, no gummy in my shark bowl. Small thing but I was excited for shark :/ guess I shouldn't expect much from a dying chain.

The SERVICE here is HORRIBLE! Food takes forever to be brought to the table & fries are cold with undercooked chicken! Drinks were messed up idk how on 2 drinks. Just a horrible horrible experience! We were not the only customers complaining either. Lots of mess ups on several tables! Never coming to this location again. When brought to the managers attention he was more annoyed than apologetic!

After waiting 45 minutes and having to wave at our waitress for her to bring us another drink and ask if she could check on our food due to lack of service, we finally got our food to found that one of the meals not only had a lack of sauce, but also someone’s hair! I definitely do not recommend this Apple TV to anyone! It has been a very disappointing experience, especially after the manager did not even mention any type of credit or ask us how to make it, right.

We ordered a little bit of everything so far starters, the boneless wings were fried too long, the riblets were unseasoned, the mashed potatoes were too stiff and cold. The burgers definitely need seasoning and the chicken tenders should be discontinued. The bbq grilled chicken breast was the best thing because it was seasoned to perfection. The waitress was amazing and the manager is very rude. We came in because my daughter wanted to try this place for her 15th birthday and needless to say she was very disappointed. The drinks were the best part of the dinner. For $130 we won’t be coming back.

The service was great! Only suggestion is the mexican candy shot should have been rimmed with chamoy and tajin

This is how I received my salad to go. It was slathered in dressing and barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I was actually afraid to eat it because it looked like someone else had been eating out of it and they just dumped some fresh croutons on top. It was the most disgusting looking salad I've ever seen. I did not eat it. I don't like doing negative reviews but this is just unacceptable. The waitress was nice.

Applebee's has kind of taken a step down and a step up at the same time. They are open until 2am, that almost puts them with waffle house, Denny's, and IHOP. But those guys are open 24/7. Applebee's has food other than just breakfast, but so does IHOP and Denny's. I had a rack of ribs ..... They were kind of dry and tough.... It was 2300, so there's that. The service was ok..... The bartender was busy catching up with whatever she was doing, she looked so tired. Maybe it was because she didn't manage her rest hours, or maybe it was because she was overwhelmed..... Not really my problem as a coustomer...... Except service kind of sucked.

I try to like this place since it’s so close to my house but the service won’t let me.First tried this place with my family a while back. We stood at the podium for 15 minutes while staff just kept walking passed us not asking to f we needed to be seated. We ended up seating ourselves and sat another 15 minutes while nobody ever attended us. We got up and walked out. Decided to give this place another chance. This time we were actually seated. Place was empty but manager decided to sit us at the bar location with my young child. People at the bar were dropping “F” bombs and using foul language. I get it people are relaxed at the bar but why sit a family there when the other side is empty? Still we sat there to try the food out. Waited 15 minutes with no service while waiters were standing around talking. We got up and walked out. Never again will we try this place!!! Just terrible!

Amazing service , Juan the manager was absolutely caring and passionate about Our experience and checked on the quality of our meal without asking , he literally made himself present and available for all guest . That quality you don't get that many restaurants anymore. Our waitress Crystal, and there Michele were astonishing in their greetings and service throughout our stay . I would recommend anyone that I love to come and visit this establishment. The food was great the service was wonderful thank you all for what you do. And thank you for being kind to my daughter !

I really enjoy my dinner. The service, the server, the food and most of all the selection of dishes were good. There were so many choices that I am ready to go back to try something different. Our server, Alyssa was great. Thanks for an enjoyable experience. My steak was cooked just right. The lemon butter sauteed shrimp, garlicky green beans and broccoli were really tasty. They didn't have one of their main side dishes that my husband ordered and the soda tasted bad. Overall, a good dinner.

Seated upon arrival but not greeted. Food was hot with nice size portions. Quiet and clean. The main issue was that there was a large party of 20 people who apparently knew the manager. We put in our order before that party was even approached. We were told by our waiter that part of our order would be delayed because the larger party would be served first because they were friends of the manager. This completely ruined my experience and outlook of the restaurant 😒. The food was good or I would give it a 1 star. I felt that this was rude and inconsiderate and my business and family was unimportant.

I know a good rib eye steak and the one I was served was anything but good. A rib eye should be marbled. The one I was served was dry, dry, dry with absolutely no marbling anywhere in it. Twelve ounces of tough meat. The peach tea was awesome. The three cheese mac and cheese was creamy and delicious but the steak just ruined the meal. We paid almost $100 for a meal that should not have cost more than $20. I k.n.o.w steak.

Haven't eaten here in a while must be New Management. Out of thousand Island Italian because they're not ordering it out of sweet and low. The food quality is not as good I had onion soup and salad. Waiter was very nice but I'm not sure if I'm going to be coming back anytime soon

I had the broccoli Alfredo. Tasted great and the lime margarita (better than the one at Chili’s) hit the spot after a long day at work.

Haven't been here in awhile. The kids like it so we came. I like to support local business in the area. Tried the quesadilla burger but I have to say it was bland with no flavor. This was a serious fusion of culture , It's suppose to be American burger, Mexican , and Asian, it sound good but the floors did not marry together well. It has your typical burger items and guacamole plus I add the Asian sweet spicy sauce, basically like a Thai chili sweet sauce. I was hoping to have a favor explosion to my taste buds. That was not the case, my opinion it was a total let down. The plate was over priced for 15 bucks. I gave applebee an b for effort but man try again.

Food was good. Service was good even though the waitress was overworked while 2 waitresses sat around. Tipped her well... The music sucked...damn place has a song written about them...should have played it because the canned music was annoyingly bad! Got that Bourbon Street steak with the Oreo shake...🤣🤣

Amelia our waitress was on point from the time we were seated. She is kind, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. She kept checking on us and our order was accurate. Our food was delicious. We are in town for the Christmas Holidays and this place was a great choice.

Food was good only thing is food did not come out together my wife received her meal first and my son and I waited almost another 20min for our meals to arrive.

Tonight was my birthday and we went to have a good dinner. Well where do I begin with this night. We get there had to wait 10 mins to be seated and there was hardly no one there. Then we’re seated and order. I always order my kids meals first. They brought 3 kids meal first then the adults ordered and they brought 2 meals out still missing 1 kids meal then proceeded to bring 2 more meals out still missing a kids meal after 35 mins. The steaks were wrong we had to wait literally an hour for them to bring the steaks back still missing a kids meal and another meal. So we decided to order a shot, the patron was hotter the hell itself. So finally after they forgot to bring cheese sauce out the waiter brings and I mentioned I forgot about it he proceeded to say oh yeah me too!!! Like really!!!! So now they bring the missing and wrong food out, the rest of our meals were cold the manager come apologize for the delay and says he’s going to adjust the bill. The bill comes it’s $242.87 with no adjustment but he gives us a 15% off our next visit!!! I won’t be going back!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Tonight my birthday dinner was ruined!!!! Never going back again!!!!
