I use to be a hostess here in my teen years so I know my way around this restaurant. Today's service and food were ok. I will say this, I brought my mom on her bday today (a senior citizen) because I saw the sign out front say "Seniors save here at IHOP." When I inquired about it, they said it means "two seniors save on a meal when dining together." I think the sign is very misleading. But the manager honored it after telling me he doesn't "argue with ppl. The customer is always right." So we stayed. Our server Justin was professional despite the hiccup in advertising and was a good waiter. I ordered the steak omelet and it was on the dry side.. the tres leches pancakes were tasty and we paid and left. It's come a long way from the service and food I remember back in my teens. But still a decent visit.👌🏾

Went there for a breakfast. We ordered a Big Steak Omelette which is stuffed with steak, hash browns, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes & Cheddar cheese and served with salsa. We also ordered a spicy shredded beef bowl. All the food was fresh, hot, and yummy. The food presentation was also good. Our server was very friendly and took the time to take our order just right. It shows the example of good management. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Worse experience ever. Brandon the manager was a racist piece of ….. They tried to make me take home cold waffles and French toast. Chicken tenders were cold as well. I would recommend going there when a different manager is present . He does not need to have the title or job. When I asked for my refund if they couldn’t warm the food. He used a derogatory term and instructed them to refund me. He started dancing and calling over the kitchen staff as if it was a game. This is how the videos appear in world star. They provoke you to act. I instead will be filling a claim with corporate and his superiors. Brandon Angeles should not be a manager or cook. The situation could have really ended badly. Mohammad the assistant was also complicit… They both should be reprimanded and demoted. I will not tolerate racism and will ensure that IHOP deals with this..

Good food good service. It was fast got everything I ordered correctly. No complains.

Haven't been to this Ihop in a while. Very nice customer service. Our server, Erik, is very attentive and fast. He came each time to refill our drinks, we didn't even have to ask. I find that very awesome! Thank you, Erik! I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad. The salad has spinach, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and avocado. The chicken has good flavor and is served hot. Loved it! My bf ordered a Southwest Grilled Breakfast Burrito. The Burrito contained eggs, bacon, avocado, hashbrowns, and cheese. The tortilla for the burrito was hot and soft. It comes with a side of your choice, we ordered hashbrowns. The Burrito was fresh and tasty. The hashbrowns were well done and crispy. Just how we love them! Overall, I give this place a 5 star rating. Great and Fast service. Definitely will continue coming here to enjoy my favorite dishes.

Most of you the waiters here are really good. I am impressed by the ones who can carry a table full of food on one arm. The food that I have had here is very good and I enjoyed it. The waiter we had was very good as well as friendly. I will come back again soon.

Best IHOP I’ve ever been to. Clean and modern looking location. Service very attentive and professional. Food came out hot, accurate, and perfectly prepared. All at a fair price. Just short of 5 stars, due to AC not working, so rushed through meal just to get out of the stale warm air.

Twice thus far, service and quality of food were spectacular at a late hour. Will definitely return Free parking for all to include disabled. Conveniently located off 6, near Mister Car Wash

Ac was broken, restaurant was HOT. Unstaffed from the looks of it. My server was hostess and serving us. Took quite. Awhile for her to refill my coffee, but she was nice tho. Food was good

Very bad service, about food, and steward actitud, shouting we are waiting you leave, and laugh about our table. So disgusting place for racism when they are looking very Mexican and they are the people who need to work there because they need to and don't have another choice.

The taste of IHOP food has changed but not for the better in the last few years. It's too generic, maybe a lot of volume but not enough punch? Me & my family have been eating at IHOP for a few good # of yrs.

I had not been to this location in a while and I was impressed. Very clean, the food was fast and good! Our waitress was amazing! Definitely has improved!

We eat at this IHOP 2 or 3 times a month. I love being greeted immediately and then taken to our seats if there's no wait. Even the wait times are usually short. Waitstaff are always happy and usually greeted and asked our drink preferences quickly. The food is served quickly and hot. Very good quality. Follow up for more coffee or just checking on us is consistent. This is the best IHOP we've eaten at in our area.

Ordered the new turkey melt and it was alright but I will not order it again. I also got the double blueberry pancakes, they were out of this world delicious and didn't even need syrup! There were 4 of us and my daughter ate for free but it still cost us $60. Prices have gone up for sure!

Pierre is a very rude part of the management team. He doesn't listen to the customers. He goes by what he says. I noticed that even a few of his employees talk bad about his management skills.

We were nearby and decided to get breakfast here. We enjoyed the food. The orange juice was great for some reason. Santos was our server and he was nice. It was just a bit noisy/busy but it was early so I guess it was a real breakfast crowd.

Had issues with billing as we asked for Seniors menue and billed regular meal, they quickly changed the bill and were apologetic. Meals were great as well as service

A whole lot better atmosphere than Denny's Bear Creek's atmosphere and food. Plus more up to date with the servers using tablets to place your order and you can pay with your server or on the app without getting up from your table. Way to go IHOP! What a way to step it up.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION! The cooks in the back are A1, my food is always good, fresh, hot!! U usually order to go! But everytime I’ve stepped in it’s been C L E A N!! Thank you IHOP for that!!! I appreciate especially spending my money a clean environment. Miguel is AWESOME! Request him when you come in and if he’s not available request Justin!!! Those two are awesome 👏🏾

Location is always clean. Staff is friendly most of the time, kind of hit or miss. Food is well prepared. My kiddos and I like to go because it's not crowded so we are seated quickly and don't feel rushed to get out the way so we can eat and talk. Great place for an inexpensive family meal.

Only giving 1 star because I wanted my rating to be seen. Every time I order online curbside pick up I always have to go inside and ask for my order while I’ve been sitting in the car waiting my food is very cold when I get it. I check in online and follow the directions and get no where I call the number on the sign posted at the curbside and the number is always busy it’s like they take the phone off the hook. Why tip when you can’t get your food and the phone seems to be off as well. Then I go inside to get my food and I get it with no syrup or utensils and both orders are wrong.

Always good to have ihop for breakfast good buttermilk pancakes and sirloin tip eggs so yummy 😋 . They need to improve the hashed brown though , the rest are awesome .

Katia my server was beyond the best. Friendly and super polite, took me to the table and asked what I wanted to drink, borough my coffee right away and asked what I wanted to eat. I am more than happy with her wonderful service, more servers like her we need.. Food looked and tasted exquisite… I highly recommend this Iho
